Only coffee at breakfast was bad. They have good capuccino but quite expensive (5,5 Eur)..everthing else perfect.

Polite staff, clean rooms, breakfast was really good. The only thing was the opening times of the gym.

The hotel is very nice, on the beach with free umbrellas, the rooms were very clean, the towels were changed everyday. The staff was very polite, beach is great! We found parking spot very easily with the help of the staff. Only thing we didnt like was that the breakfast needs improvement. No variety of food, coffee is black and not good.

The room was spotless, a good size, with good facilities. The hotel is really well looked after and the staff were fantastic. The rooftop bar was alao a great place from which to enjoy the sunset with a drink in hand. We couldn't have asked for more. The location was good, near the Monastiraki Square Metro Station, within walking distance of loads of bars and restaurants and the Acropolis.

The hotel is located in a walking distance from the Acropolis which is helpful as a tourist. However since it is situated next door to the market, it tends to be a bit noisy and not so touristy looking. The hotel would not give me my Marriott points and may have the slowest elevator on the planet. The room was a bit small but managable. The shower was rain-style. Everything about Petasos was wonderful! The room was large and comfortable, the pool was stunning, the private beach was quiet and scenic, and the location perfect. But most of all, the staff were so kind and professional, and they all worked so hard to make our stay memorable.

Our stay for our honeymoon was amazing. The staff upgraded us to the most incredible room, and every single staff member is extremely kind and friendly. The all inclusive food was delicious and plentiful. Staff helped us set up taxis and direct us around. The beach was wonderful- always able to access loungers. The hotel is kept nicely but would benefit from more dining options, variety of foods. I agree with a previous review- one key card per room is not feasible when traveling with a family and the card controls electricity within your unit.

The hotel lobby is spacious. Restaurant has decent food. They offer airport transportation shuttle service. There’s a gas station/cafe right cross the parking lot that sells food & snacks which much cheaper than the hotel. The king room standard I selected was very spacious. Great medium sized hotel in the centre of Rhodes City, close to the Old Town. I was only here for 3 nights as my husband was in the hospital. The staff were so kind and helpful, I enjoyed the food, there was enough choice for me but it wasn't vast. The pool is quite small and looked as though it might be in the shade, but I'm not sure, I was at the hospital most of the time.

I arrived at the hotel after a 20 hour travel to find there was no hot water for shower. Over the next week, there was no hot water about half the time. This is totally unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The food and staff are good. The internet drops off often. Shower head was cracked and water would just pour in.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. They pay great attention to cleanliness, and the food is typically touristy but good. And then, something very important to me, the staff is really kind. I'm a little clumsy at times, but they were incredibly patient.

Have stayed in the Plaza many times usually for just one night in transit to a ferry to the islands. Is a perfect location and hotel for this kind of stay.

Convenient location, clean and with kind staff.

The hotel is centrally located, very clean, breakfast was rich, staff are very helpful. We received an upgrade of the room and a late checkout free of charge. We would definitely come back.

Spacious room. Bed was too hard for me but housekeeping added an extra bed topper when I asked for help and that made a big difference. Pool was lovely (although very busy) and hotel prices were good value.

This is one of the best places to locally - if not the best. A great welcome with local iced tea, homemade biscuits and a cool flannel.
