The hotel located in walking distance to subway, rooms are ok but I was disappointed by the hotel stuff, they was unfriendly who works in reception. First time I saw they forbid to make videos in the lobby, my mom was sad and feel uncomfortable. Swimming pool only till 7 pm, and u need to pay extra, no umbrellas there, but the view from swimming pool is really stunning.

The only downside was that we were staying at the top of the resort and there are very steep hills to climb to get back. Staying at the hotel for the second time we realized that is still a great hotel with some ups and downs. Ups: Service, location, pool, spacious room with kitchen and very friendly staff. A little dated… breakfast below average

The rooms are beautiful, ours had a sea view. The staff work tirelessly but all are friendly and polite. There is extensive choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant as well as some nice snacks during the day at the pool bar. My daughter and I went in August but the hotel was surprisingly not too busy which we appreciated. We will definitely return.

The staff are very friendly if you need anything they will do their best for you drinks are nice and the bartender can’t do enough for you and sometimes damitris lets you make your own cocktail if they aren’t busy

We stayed in one of the newly renovated apartments. It was very spacious with plenty of room for the four of us, with a good sized balcony great aircon. The bathroom was very nice with a great walk in shower. We also had a kitchen area not that we used it much as we went out to eat. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied. Cons: A bit worn out hotel rooms, paperthin walls (bring earplugs) and a really outdated bathroom. Very few sun beds, small breakfast. Pros: Nice staff! Clean rooms! Just a few steps to a large supermarket.

All was perfect. The room was big and clean everyday they clean and change all . All the staff were nice and kind . The food is amazing like you are in some high restoraunt . The fish barbique day was amazing with all the food . The beach is calm , nice , the water of the sea amazing . You can change beach towel everyday

It's a super nice place. It's literally at the beach - you just cross the road and you can jump in water. With my boyfriend we got a room with balcony and great view. Rooms are clean and cleaned on a regular basis. Stuff is nice and helpful, food is very good.

The hotel is old and really needs some more maintenance. From the photos you can see that in the bathroom the tub is rusted with little hole in it and god knows where the water goes. Beach is close at least but the one in front of the hotel is rocky. To use the beach facilities you have to pay 10 euro per person for food/drinks consumption. Just best to the hotel there is a fee zone with no rocks...

We came to the beach, the service was excellent, Amarda the girl we gave our order was very polite and extremely helpful. We hope to see her again next year. The food, the club sandwich and the Caesar salad , was very good. Unfortunately, there was no music, and the beach had a lot of rocks.

Amazing couples full body massage. I had Nora who was amazing, very tentative and my partner had Nickita, it was my partners first massage and he said he was amazing, pressure applied was great. We came away feeling so relaxed. The whole team have been very welcoming and accommodating to our chosen needs. Wonderful spa and wonderful people. Thank you

Nice hotel on Zakynthos. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The food is of good quality, with enough variety to easily last a full week. There is fun entertainment such as pub quizzes and small cooking workshops. The pool is clean. Overall, a more than decent hotel for a relaxing holiday in Greece.

Location of the hotel was great with plenty of bars etc down the strip and not far from the mini golf which we really enjoyed. The hotel itself was a little worn in some areas (a lot of the outside furniture looked tatty) our room was clean but the wet room style shower did mean water ran into the toilet and wasn’t ideal. One of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is so well designed that you will not want to leave the hotel. All the rooms overlook this "pool-lake" in the center of the hotel.
