Nice location and good service

The hotel located in walking distance to subway, rooms are ok but I was disappointed by the hotel stuff, they was unfriendly who works in reception. First time I saw they forbid to make videos in the lobby, my mom was sad and feel uncomfortable. Swimming pool only till 7 pm, and u need to pay extra, no umbrellas there, but the view from swimming pool is really stunning.

The only downside was that we were staying at the top of the resort and there are very steep hills to climb to get back. A little dated… breakfast below average

The rooms are beautiful, ours had a sea view. The staff work tirelessly but all are friendly and polite. There is extensive choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant as well as some nice snacks during the day at the pool bar. My daughter and I went in August but the hotel was surprisingly not too busy which we appreciated. We will definitely return.

It's a super nice place. It's literally at the beach - you just cross the road and you can jump in water. With my boyfriend we got a room with balcony and great view. Rooms are clean and cleaned on a regular basis. Stuff is nice and helpful, food is very good.

The hotel is old and really needs some more maintenance. From the photos you can see that in the bathroom the tub is rusted with little hole in it and god knows where the water goes. Beach is close at least but the one in front of the hotel is rocky. To use the beach facilities you have to pay 10 euro per person for food/drinks consumption. Just best to the hotel there is a fee zone with no rocks...

Nice hotel on Zakynthos. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The food is of good quality, with enough variety to easily last a full week. We had a lovely time at Arcus Suites and would definitely return. We were very well looked after and the accommodation is comfortable and atmospheric. We really liked being there!

Great place to rest - the hotel and the village, very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, lush green and great to spend time away from crowds. Noticeably cooler than on the coast in full sunshine (serious advantage from my point of view) as it sits in mountains.

Beautiful oasis in a searing hot day. The suite was just beautiful. Comfortable bed, fierce shower, huge fridge. The weather was particularly hot and so we stayed by the lovely pool. Luckily we were able to find something to eat at a local taverna, there are more places at the lower town so do check on opening before you go.

Excellent venue! Location in a nice little town in the mountains, beautifully renovated historical building, cosy place as there are a limited number of suites, the suites are of excellent comfort and well maintained and they fully deliver what the description and the pictures promise, finally a sympathetic and efficient manager who makes sure everything runs smoothly.

This is a beautiful place. Our "room" was a huge suite, beautiful and comfortable. The people are very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are excellent. And the pool is a great relaxer. And the location! It's right in the middle of the loveliest part of Argyroupoli, yet is completely quiet at night.

My husband and I have different opinions. I loved it here, the breakfast was more than delicious, nice people! We were here at the end of October 2023 and stayed in the Ontis suite. This suite is very beautiful, but you first have to climb a staircase with high steps. So not suitable for older people or people with mobility problems. Due to my fligt I arrived nearly midnight, but welcomed with a smile :) The Hotel is is situated close to the beach in very quit area. The bed was very comfotable, the view over the pool area from a huges terrasse is Super. Room and resturant spotless , clean. very good breakfast :)

Holidays with my family and my 10 month baby. The place was very nice and quiet. The personnel was very polite and willing to help in our demands. The food was excellent and fresh with variety. The only negative were the a/c that need to be changed but that was minor. Certainly a value for money choice! Cu next year!

One of the best hotels in Evia. Peacefull and tranquil and eveything very close to the beach. Hotel employees are very welcoming and friendly. Pool is good and the beach is ok. We had a lovely holiday here in a resort that is small enough to feel that you get to experience the real Greece. The water park keeps the kids happy and happy kids means happy parents!
