Very nice hotel, people working there were very nice and friendly. There were not many attractions nearby, but there was not really any need for them, because every night there was some event happening at the hotel at one bar. Even you ask for daily clean, the room was not cleaned at all. Besides, when we first step in the room, there was a dirty cleaning cloth on the floor. There is always always noise in the room. Room furnitures moved from one side to another which makes noise in our room.

Very well situated just on the harbour so location is very good with unlimited restaurants, shops and bars within a few minutes of stepping out on the street. Rooms were pretty basic, AC worked, the beds were 2 single beds pushed together. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh bedding and towels. Toilet paper is single ply so get used to that. The kids klubb was lovely for my cousins. The entertainment was so nice and put in a lot of effort. My aunt went there last year and the hotel and entertainment has had a great improvement. Wonderful!

The hotel is excellent! Excellent service, beautifully decorated, lovely staff, but the hotel is located in a less pleasant area (it didn't bother me as much). Great pool and restaurant on the roof!

The guest relation manager John iş the best told him it was my mama birthday he organized it amazing gifted us two bottles of wine and macarons . Even write a handwritten letter, very cute thank you. This was the best hotel I have stayed in, the location of the hotel was perfect and not too far away from faliraki. Water park is across the road and the beach is on the doorstep. Hotel not perfect but had good food options for 1 week and rooms were OK but needed some upgrading. The sunbeds down on the beach you had to pay for which for an all-inclusive is not on. Pools were good as lots of them

We have just returned from a week with our two children and all had a wonderful time! The variety of pools were great (if a little cold!). The food was brilliant, our favourite night was the Asian night! Would recommend to people with families as the kids had lots to keep them entertained. We caught the bus from outside the hotel to both old town and lindos, well worth it!
