The room is spacious and clean, and check-in is easy. The bathroom is also quite clean, so it is a great place to relax! It is about a 5-minute walk from Thessaloniki Station.

It was really clean, we had a nice time and found parking easily, the area looked a bit negelected and unsafe but 15 min away from the city center and close to the one salonica outlet.

Clean accommodation, nice hot shower. A lot of little stores around, many dining options. About 20 minutes walk to Aristothel square. Bus station was so close , convenient ( I took bus from Thessaloniki to Tirana ). This place has self check in , so you don’t see any staff

Absolutely beautiful hotel overlooking the sea. Well appointed simple rooms, water and mini wine in fridge with a couple of local pastries. Lovely toiletries. Housekeeping perfect. Genuinely lovely staff. Perfectly placed to walk into town, but quietly placed away from noise. KYMA restaurant attached is glorious.

Great rooms, genuinely friendly staff and the sea right in front of the private beach is lovely and full of a variety of fish. The coffee is surprisingly good. There is some music from the bar next door, but with the door closed it is not audible. Generally you are outside of the crowdedness in this hotel. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning. Definitely recommend

I stayed here in June for a couple of days – perfectly located a bit off the beaten path, so you can enjoy peace and quiet, yet still close enough to the city center. Very positive experience. Staff made us most welcome and the 'hotel' was in a superb position. Will be returning asap. However, just a couple of gripes. We were there for 14 nights and and the 2 teabags, 2 shampoos , 2 small waters and 2 body washes were never replaced which I have never experienced with other hotels. Huge apartment, very convenient, clean room. It could use a little upkeep—chipped furniture, the people before us must have smoked a pack of cigarettes before we checked in.

We have been visiting Milonas House Apartments for years and are fascinated by the hospitality and cleanliness. We stayed here with 4kids aged from 7 to 18. The apartments are ideally located -supermarket and car hire opposite, cocktail bar and cafe nearby and both main beaches 300m away. The apartment block, although well taken care of, was a bit old fashioned. We stayed there for a night and we were asked to pay upfront. The apartment was clean, well equipped, big, with cooking appliances and a new clotheshorse. Getting to the breakfast, it was very poor with minimum choices. Was about 2 and a half miles walk from my hotel, but worth it. The staff, the atmosphere was so good that after walking 24 miles through the mountains of Zante the next day. I added the another 2.5 miles on so I could come and see a brilliant Elvis act on my final night before I had to fly back home. Which I could have stayed longer. Will be back. We didn't stay at the hotel, just went to one of the night performances. The cocktails are nice and the hotel is quite beautiful. The pool is big enough, the hotel is huge. If you're a party person and you enjoy the Brits, the area and the hotel is probably for you. They do a good job to entertain their guests.

It is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel. There are two pools and a restaurant. The ladies on the reception desk are service-oriented and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Despotiko is our sanctuary! It is the absolute place for family vacations! we have been visiting 3 years in a row and each year we have the best time. Perfect rooms ideal for families, amazing pools and poll area, all amenities and more, friendly and effective staff, beautiful ladnscape and kind and helpful owners. Lovely rooms, great location. Vasso and petros keep the rooms and area spotless. Lots of people return here year after year. Self catering rooms have everything you would want in them. 5 minutes to shops and bars, 5 minutes from the beach.

Just returned from a stay at Asteri studios. Nothing too much for property manager, let us keep our room on until 3 pm on our last day. Have use of Costa's pool and bar opposite, they are super friendly and serve great selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. Great location for beach 5-10 mins walk and kalamaki main strip 5 mins.

Asteri Studios are superb The room i had was spotless and maintained to that level throughout my 2 week stay The owner and her family work really hard to make sure everything is as it should be. Lovely apartments, in a lovely setting. Very clean, and the familly that run it are so nice and helpful. Nothing is too much for them. 5 minutes from shops, 5 minutes to the beach. Ideal place to stay, with use of the costas pool and bar just next door. We have stayed here a few times and will certainly be coming back. 10/10.

This hotel is run down the sunbeds are old and need throwing away the pool is just ok , The bar is Absolutely Rubbish Bar What BAR it's absolutely Terrible ,The bar needs to be made a lot bigger with lots of stuff in it like food better ice creams better bar staff that nos how to make drinks 🍸 yes the bar was Terrible, never mind the bed rooms they was clean very basic the beds where very bad...

Needed an extra room for a week and this place was basic but fine. Room cleaned 4 times in 7 nights, right on the coast. Would recommend if you are ok with basic no frills, of you want something for the family it will disappoint. Swimming pool was fine, place was quiet.

Cheap hotel, so don't expect much, but it's clean and dining place is located 20m from sea so you can enjoy seaview while eating brekfast! If you would like to take a walk 400m west you can find huge and almost empty beach!

Definitely one of the best villa in Oia and also the best we had in Santorini . Spectacular view , awesome breakfast choice . Love it

The hotel's location is superb, situated prominently in the heart of Oia town. The terrace offers panoramic views of the town to the left and right – a truly fantastic vantage point. It's very close to the blue-roofed buildings, and you can enjoy stunning views right from your window. However, I recommend booking a higher-class room for even better views. The breakfast is also a highlight!

Unbelievable! Beyond the incredibly convenient location and delicious breakfast, I honestly don't even know where to begin with their service. 1. I planned this honeymoon well in advance and emailed the hotel early to arrange an airport transfer (€70 per trip). I even sent a gentle reminder the night before.
