It is located on a quiet street that is really close to everything, it is on the edge of a not so nice part of the street, but just don’t go left when leaving the hotel ;)
Walking distance from the main square and from there to Acropolis and others
The staff is very nice and the accommodation is more than wonderful and comfortable and close to tourist and service areas. Thank you all for your hospitality
I have had only the best experience with Elikon Hotel. Decent price, wonderful and most hospitable service, each and every day new and clean towels.
Next to metro station, just one stop to Monastraki. Easily transport to everywhere, rooms are clean, has balcony you can smoke , netflix and youtube are installed on tv. Refrigerator and AC works well
Nice and clean room with refrigerator,TV, water heater for coffee & tea, and a very kind welcome @ arrival. Excellent location, close to a Metro station and a nice Bakery & Cafè that opens @ 6am
George is a lovely worker, the hotel is located in great location for a incredible location I highly recommend to anyone who’s staying in Athens and wants to be around everything !!
However, they had a lot of electrical issues (electricity would randomly cut off for a few minutes and turn back on again) and issues with the Air Conditioning that meant the room was very very hot (one night even reaching 30C)
The yoga mats and accessories were a lovely addition and we used them every morning so came away feeling like we'd been on a spa retreat! The breakfasts were delicious and we pre-ordered the evening before for delivery to our room, the rooftop or the bar area
The rooftop has beautiful views but being February it was sadly too cold to use the pool. It was easy walking distance to explore the sights and a short walk to public transport links
The room was great not sure I could say value for money though. Perhaps my fault as I wanted a place with a pool but it wasn’t heated and the weather was no longer hot in Athens.
This is a real gem of a place with super helpful and friendly staff. The decor is modern and calming and everywhere is kept clean and well looked after. My husband and two sons enjoyed the junior suite for 4 nights
Lovely hotel in a great part of town. Up a quiet street only one block away from bars and restaurants. The hotel is small and perfectly formed. The roof terrace is its best feature
Near Mezza Greek restaurant with good food. All the sights within walking distance. Breakfast served in the room was nice & included fresh milk & orange juice. Good sized room with fridge, kettle, microwave & dishwasher
The rooms are clean, modern, and equipped with everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple, but there is plenty of it. Overall, excellent value for money
We really enjoyed the room: good quality of the fourniture, personnel very nice and an amazing spot to visit Athens
Not what I’d order, but the thought was there. The in-room coffee/espresso maker was nice too. One thing that’s weird is the door key. It’s an actual key and you only get one. Kinda tough for a family of three to manage
Unfortunately there are things that no longer work that need updating, but all in all everything else makes up for it. Breakfast is delivered to the room. Some breads and cheese and lunch meat with juice and milk
The street out front is super narrow so mainly foot or bike/motor bike traffic. It’s a really neat boutique hotel — 20-30 years old with great design details
The rooms are cozy yet modern, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. You won't regret choosing this charming accommodation for your stay in Athens
The hotel location was very convenient, also the hotel environment and facilities were nice too. Breakfast was also very good.
They anticipated needs and made us feel very welcomed. If I come back to Athens I will definitely stay here again. AIRPORT: The hotel is located very conveniently from the train station that goes to and from the airport
I took two rolly suitcase and found the sidewalk/road conditions very manageable. BIG BUS: The hotel is also conveniently located close to a big bus stop. The bus stop and train station is located and Monastraki square
Great place to stop in and have a drink while exploring Plaka, Athens. Staff are really personable, and the service is great. Welcomed all 10 of us and made the kids feel really welcome. Defiantly worth a visit.
Absolutely amazing stay! Amazing 5-night stay! Excellent, Convenient, quiet central location. The staff were friendly, incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. The room was spotless and spacious

One thing that can be improved is how well equipped the rooms are: Our bed felt cheap and was creaking and there were not enough easy to access electricity sockets
The nearby suburb of Glyfada has everything you might need from nice beaches, to shopping, to luxury dining
Great budget hotel, they upgrade u to higher standard if availability allows. Great connection to city center one bus a2 line in front of hotel or tram line, Beach just 5 min walk away. Great and very helpfull staff
Room was quite basic but very clean, bed was comfortable, AC seems to be brand new and works perfectly. Good and big breakfast, very good coffee. There are beautiful beaches within 5-10 minutes walk
Excellent, spotless family run hotel with considerate staff. Nice breakfast, rooms and a lift for the luggage. 5 miles from Glyfada, go by Tram, Bus or Taxi (5 euros). Fridge available upon request
Ikaros is a nice and comfortable hotel. The owners are wonderful people, they are kind and warm. The hotel is close to several beaches. And the tram station is across the street
Stayed overnight 2-11am just for a sleep. Very good hotel for arrivals to ATH, though a gap between the two mattresses is not convenient for a romantic sleep.

The service was pretty good no complaints, the employees were very nice and useful so no problem here
I'd describe it as comfortable, cool and friendly, and in a great location. The decor is super nice, and the beds are very comfortable. The people working there are lovely, always keen to have a chat and a drink together
Aristos is an incredible host, always ready with coffee, retsina and excellent restaurant recommendations and general advice. A very well-travelled friend recommended this place without hesitation, and they were right!
He also called for a taxi to port Rafina early in the morning on a Sunday and made us a very strong espresso, which was much needed. When I return to Athens, I'm going to make sure to book this place again!
The rooms were clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The real highlight of this hotel was the owner, Aristo. He welcomed us with some drinks and made the hotel feel like home
The locaiton is great too, in the alternative neighbourhood of Exarchia, which is super friendly and cool with some great restaurants, bars and cafes, and only a short walk from the centre
Everything OK, but there is a window that leaves the light of the sun enter the room. And breakfast is a little weak, for those who love omelettes, cheese, dried jam or similar.
This hotel is chiper tham usually. But a litle bit poor. There is no self service in the room. And the breakfast is always same.
Very nice and clean. Provides jacuzzi in selected rooms, though two times the jacuzzi didn’t work and still paid the extra fee.
Convenient location, in residential area, 15 min walk to Athens Mall and Metro, 5-10 min walk to restaurants, coffee shops etc. Hotel is small, about 15 rooms, our room was not very big and basic
It had a balcony with table and chairs. The hotel is due a renovation

Old world charm
It was very good thanks to the check in staff.
We had use of the pool at the Theoxenia Palace one block away.
We stayed one night.
Passing traffic is a little heavy but the double glazing pretty much blocks it out though crossing the road is always a seat of the pants adventure
The only downside for us was a lack of kettle in the room , you have to order coffee which comes from the Theoxenia Palace Hotel about 50m away
The staff are generally lovely & more than happy to help , Fotis being one of the best members of staff , he was just brilliant
maybe no more room were available moreover was almost impossible to sleep due to a rumour coming from the suite close to mine. which should be kept under control by the direction
Good stay
Great hotel but baths were difficult/dangerous to climb into. Plus the shower head hit me in the back when I turned the water off. Some bathroom modifications are needed.
Otherwise, excellent stay.

I stayed here for two nights and i was scared i wouldn’t be able to explore athens freely but i was wrong ! The hotel was five minutes walking away from the metro , telescope cafe was 20 minutes away walking (HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISITING)
A very decent place preserved to the detail from 1980. The staff is very friendly, reception is open all around the clock, there is a private parking lot, and rooms are very clean. Also, there is a Metro station nearby
Easy access to Public transport, Buses, Metro, and a wonderful location near the town centre where you can find restaurants, bars, shops, e. c
Safe Parking with roof available if you have a car
Thank you so much for your great services
I definitely recommend it either if it’s for short or long - term staying. Located in the beginning of Attiki in the beautiful municipality of Haidari
The owner and the staff are very kind, willing to help the visitors with their accommodation, and other little things that someone who is visiting for the first time that are non-hotel related
Friendly place, kind family business. Covered and secure parking. Close to main road, relatively quick access from highway. Good choice for car travellers
within it's budget.
I stayed at 3rd floor it is like penthouse with big terrase (for every body),could see palltenon. the other side shower has limited boiler capacity and to me hard to understand key system,no eleveter
Very close from monestiraki station. this is very nice for coming from airport, going to paltenon, and take a walk & shopping, take food
at total athen’s sun is deadly dangerous there is big value for location which we can escape often within one day during sightseeing
The restaurant associated with the apartment building is a real highlight: delicious food, warm staff, and excellent service. Unfortunately, the apartment itself is poorly maintained
Great Location and Restaurant, but Poor Maintenance!
The location is phenomenal, right in the center of Athens, just a 15 min' walk from the Acropolis
The sink is rusted and unpainted, the refrigerator door is broken (the plastic seal is coming off), and the water heater takes a long time to warm up, and once it does, it only lasts a few minutes in the shower
The hotel is in a prime location, just a 7-minute walk from Constitution Square, next to the pedestrian street, and a 15-minute walk from the Acropolis. It is very convenient for dining, shopping and traveling
There are two churches nearby and you can hear the bells ringing, but it's not noisy. The hotel service is warm and friendly. The two restaurants recommended by George at the front desk are both delicious
The only fyi is to consider it has 3 floors and only stairs. It was not an issue for me and my family, but something to think about if you have reduced mobility. Thanks for the help calling the taxi to the airport!
5 flight of stairs to my room with my luggage was a bit rough for me but I did it. LOL Just beware if you have trouble with stairs. The hallways were rundown but I thought my room was quite nice
I was allowed to check in early and the desk clerk also helped me book a taxi to the airport during the transportation strike — this was no easy feat! I highly recommend Kimon hotel!
The people in Greece are very friendly and prices are lower than elsewhere in Europe. PS:George: I went to Saita at night and had grilled squid. It was perfect! Thank you very much!

The hotel is very close to the port, the room is simple and clean
Just stayed one night, the room was clean and nice but the hotel itself isn’t too flash. Did the job and ultimately very happy with the stay no issues
Great location if you need to take a morning boat in Pireaus Port! otherwise very modest and old hotel...no high expectations :)
I've been passing through but I've had a good rest
The room was ok, clean and comfortable
Booked into this hotel by Trip as they had booked me into the wrong hotel- another story- on arrival the woman tried to charge me following trip having emailed me confirmation of payment by them following their blunder with the pervious booking

Like kitchen, fridge, ironing board, a secure box, bug repellents and much more. In regards of the service, nothing is missing from the bathroom, towels, bathrobes, toothbrushes and soaps
The room is cleaned daily, towels are replaced and they even open the windows for the fresh air
Good linens and pillows and towels. Good bakery a few blocks away. Interesting horse stables near building #2. Parking can be difficult if you don't get their reserved places. Heavy traffic on main area roads
Finally, the location was ideal for my work travel, but also being so close to Kifisia Avenue it is very convenient for commuting back and forth to the center of the city (if not bothered by the traffic jam or driving at night)
I stayed in a Grand Suite, everything in the room was perfect, it has wide space, a large balcony I didn't get to use, the bed is nice and it has everything one could use for a long time travel
Will return if in the area
Good hotel minded to details. Good location for the Olympic park. Malls walking distance. Only began was no place to hang the shower handle so need to hold it.

Just for reference we spent a lot of time in the hip Exarcheia neighborhood (10 min walk), took a taxi to the Vouliagmeni beach (18 euros) and the Acropolis (10 euros or so) and walked to the Playce board game cafe (30 mins)
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Hotel Frida has been one of the best things about our stay in Athens. We booked 6 nights and wouldn’t have minded staying 6 more
It’s been a great trip, and having hotel Frida as a home base was a big part of why it’s been so great!
We didn’t mind so much because we saw so much cool stuff, it was a great way to explore the city
Amazin location and service. I had a great experience.
Loved that place on every aspect.
Great location, very clean rooms andbthe most helpful and cooperative staff.
And the BREAKFAST!! OH MY GOD.
The breakfast is a must have, very delicious, great value for money.
There are not many rooms in the hotel, but each one is very clean. You can see part of the sea view standing on the balcony. The hotel has free WIFI with fast speed. The overall feeling is pretty good
Very nice boutique hotel. originally designed. Close to the beach. Room spacious, very clean. Staff nice and friendly. We spend a very nice holiday in Athens
Very nice place for staying before yachting. Nice rooms, nice service, nice breakfast. Everything is clean. Recommend.
Really comfortable and beautiful hotel!! We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
Place was very clean, quiet, staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful!

Yes, there was a 10 euro charge for a sun bed at the rooftop pool but due to the smaller size of the pool I can see why it would be necessary to have guests reserve them. I did not see that as a downside
The hotel has nice decor, and I appreciate that they offer triple rooms. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a great variety of tasty options
We stayed 5 nights. We all loved this hotel. The lobby atmosphere was very nice. The breakfast was great. Our room was 12th floor and the lift always came soon. The restaurant was a little bit pricy.
Access to the pool was blocked by furniture and you had to look frustrated walking around the restaurant to get outside. We ate at the restaurant and food was good, serving size was on the small side
However, the safe in my room was broken. I didn't want the hassle of changing rooms, so I just went without using a safe for my entire stay
Swimming pool only till 7 pm, and u need to pay extra, no umbrellas there, but the view from swimming pool is really stunning

The rooftop pool, bar and restaurant outstanding but most of all, the team at the hotel were extraordinary. Each request was addressed quickly and efficiently and always with a smile
Other luxury hotels in the city, even the most famous, can be really busy, with the lobbies filled with tour and cruise groups, buses parked in front making even the most elegant hotels feel almost too big, too commercial
Its central location provides easy access to the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and transport links. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens and would gladly return on my next trip
From the moment I entered the hotel, where I was greeted and escorted to the reception desk for check in, I knew this was going to be a great visit. My room was roomy and comfortable with great amenities
And I think a lot of this high touch experience has to do with the hotel size, which feels like a luxury super boutique hotel. Then there is the location, simply the best in the city
I would recommend rooms that don't face the main road to avoid the chaotic traffic noise (traffic is probably Athens' main problem). Thank you for the hospitality
I highly recommend this place. The room was very clean and beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
We had an excellent stay.
It's about a 5-minute walk from the metro and train stations.
Nice hotel
Its a nice hotel with lovely pool that opens at 10 am. Rooms are big but a bit tired. Staff was nice.
I stayed there a night until my flight the next day. Hotel was 1/2 way from downtown Athens to the airport and 8 mins walk to a mall. It was perfect considering the low price I paid for a Friday night
I didn’t need anything except a clean bed and shower and the mall to kill a couple of hours and grab a bite. Asked for a noon check out which was accommodated
The room is clean and tidy! The breakfast is relatively rich!
