Very friendly place and easy access to most places.

I complained that the breakfast ham was sour, but they smelled it and said it wasn't bad. I was speechless. The young man at the reception only smiled when I checked out, otherwise he would think I owed him money.

None of the light on the stairs are working and I had to use the flash light on my phone to light a path up and down the stairs, could be dangerous if you need to evacuate the hotel quickly

The room door has key card slot but I guess it is broken as I needed a physical key to unlock the room door and a keycard to turn on the electricity, the room size is good and high ceiling

All the sofa in the lobby are covered with some sort of clothes I guess it is to cover the old and uninviting sight. The check in process was straight forward and friendly

The exterior of the hotel look inviting; however when we walked through the front door you can feel the heavy curtain around the lobby have not been clean for long time

Staff was absolutely amazing and the view mountain view from the room balcony was amazing.

Our 4-day stay at Life Gallery Athens truly felt like living in luxury. The food was fantastic—special mention to the African chef who prepared the most amazing dish of black “forbidden” rice with salmon

Featuring very interesting design, a charming garden, and a very “instagramable” outdoor pool, this hotel makes you feel so comfortable

The restaurant is working until 22-45, so you can have an opportunity to have a late dinner, the quality of food is Michelin-style. The cocktails at the bar were “state-of-art”

Plus - the hotel provides the transfer from and to the airport, for a fair price you get much better service and much better car comparing to a normal taxi

So if you can afford to miss a walking visit to Acropolis (and a mess and dirt of a city center) - I highly recommend you to stay in Life Gallery Athens

During our stay there was a taxi strike in Athens, and the hotel stepped in to secure transportation for us both to the hotel and to the airport. It removed what could have been a major stress point

Transportation from the airport is very simple via the M3 metro line (you can get off at Syntagma and walk, or transfer to the M2 Red Line, get off at the Acropolis station, and reach the hotel with a 1

It is only 150 meters from the entrance of the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, and you can easily reach Plaka, Monastiraki, Psiri, and Syntagma with a pleasant walk

The staff are extremely polite and helpful. We would especially like to thank Anna and (if I remember correctly, apologies if I’m mistaken) Ares, who work in the breakfast area

I booked a single room, but they provided two beds pushed together, so it couldn't be used as a double bed. Otherwise, it was alright. The location is fantastic; everything is within walking distance.

Everything was perfect, excellent parking possibilities in such a central location.

The rooms were very comfortable; in my case, I had a bathtub, and they left bath foam with natural products in the bathroom. The hotel's location is strategic. Perhaps the price seems a bit high, but it's truly worth it!

Overall good experience for a 3-star hotel. Rooftop was incredible! Very friendly and hospitable staff! Room was small and could use some updates, in particular the shower.

The breakfast they serve at the hotel is THE BEST I've ever had at a hotel. A great way to start your day of walking or touring is with a good breakfast. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful as well!

All the personal in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very rich and healthy. I liked especially the Greek olives, the Greek salad and the delicious Greek yogurt with honey

It has complete supporting facilities, high cost-effectiveness, and is close to Constitution Square. Except for some alleys with a lot of idle people, it is generally safe.

they returned to the hotel before dark, they didn’t risk walking along such streets 😬 And so there are no complaints about the hotel

The location is not the best of Athens , but inside the hotel we enjoyed our two-weeks-stay very much

The breakfast is included and offers both English and continental options. The hotel also offers a luggage storage service, which is very practical. The main highlight was the rooftop with a great view of the acropolis

It was very good and clean, but we were not there to spend time in the room! There is a roof bar that opens most evenings, but nice evening to head up there during the day to enjoy the sun and the view!

There is also an area behind the hotel in the lanes where you can stumble across quaint restaurants. The accommodation is not 5 star, but not advertised as so

Athens Center Square Hotel is a wonderful place to stay! It’s very well located, with clean and comfortable rooms of a good size. The beds are super cozy, and the lighting is excellent

Good, central, clean and cheap. Been there before. This time I stayed at the lower floors. Second floor. Much more noise from staff and guests this time. But total experience is ok for short stays.

I arrived around 1 am and was worried the hotel might be closed for the night. However they have 24hr service so you can check in at any time

The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels and linens provided. There was enough room for all my bags, it was snug but very good for the price. I ate breakfast every morning. It was a really nice breakfast room

I stayed in a single room on floor 4. The room was clean and had a window. There was a new fridge in the room that was fantastic and I was able to have ice cold drinks. The bathroom was small but had everything I needed

The hotel boasts a perfect location. The metro station is just a minute's walk away, or you can enjoy a pleasant 20-30 minute stroll to the Plaka district, where all attractions are then within easy reach

Floor 4 where I stayed was very quiet and I didn’t smell smoke at all. As a non smoking so traveller I have to have theses needs met! The reception staff were very friendly and polite

I loved this hotel, especially the location. It was close to the Piazzale Roma which is the drop off for the bus from the airport and close to the people mover if taking that to a cruise

But the water is a consistent temperature and heats up easily. The staff were very helpful and kind. There's a fabulous cafe for breakfast that costs less than the hotel just a few blocks away called Aioli

Have had relaxing time sitting at the balcony overlooking to the great acropolis. Nice view and such a strategic location to all sightseeing places. Hotel owners personalized reception is impressive

We ate at the rooftop restaurant on our first day here and while there was nothing wrong with our meal, there was also nothing in particular to draw us back for a second visit, especially with so many other options in walking distance

It’s a short walk to the nearest metro station and only slightly farther to most of the sights I wanted to see. Having a balcony overlooking Apostolou Pavlou was very pleasant as we wound down in the evening

The Thissio View is a very nice hotel and its name is well deserved. The view of the Acropolis from our room balcony was…just wow. As a first-time visitor to Athens, I found the location to be perfect

also I notice that they change only the sheets not the cover of the bed 🤢🤢 I try and booked 2 rooms they didn't have any cover but I found a blanket in the wardrobe that it's was used ,dirty and god knows how long it was in the wardrobe!! The CURTAINS AGAIN AND IT WAS A REASON I BOOKED AGAIN AFTER THEY TOLD ME THE LAST TIME THAT IT WAS IN THE STAGE TO CHANGE IT IN MY ROOM ALL THE LIGHT AND SUN WAKE...

The service attitude is very good, but the breakfast is relatively simple. The boss told me that there is a ** nearby. I went up to see it and it felt very luxurious. I will come again in the future

Rooms are really Good. It's a hotel more for wedding parties but if there is no wedding then it's really good place to stay in and there is a Mountain close so you can climb.

It was the nicest place we've stayed in on the tour. The beds were much softer!! The pool is definitely a plus. If you don't know how to work the AC just ask someone.

1 day the lady didnt clean the toilet change towels or the bed which the other regular lady was great for the other 3 days she was so nice cleaned up very good

Its have excellent location near marina and off down city away from cowd, you can enjoy staying there and catch transport about 10 to 15 minutes to the nearest Archeological sites, suitable for family with kids as well as Individual, since they have privacy and tranquility

Just a five minute walk to the beach With good swimming conditions and clear water, which is what I was looking for after several nights in Athens. The great breakfast really makes this a good value… Highly recommend!

It's not a warm welcome and made me feel unsafe. At the end, the accommodation rate is not high, so I think the price is far to what you get, therefore I can't have high expectations, hence the rating of 4 stars

Really good located dead in the center of Athens. 5 minutes to the agora and 15 to the Acropolis. Rooms were clean, quiet during the night despite being in the center. Breakfast was good, enjoyed it

The street turned lively at night with the little stalls selling souvenirs. Aesthetically the room wasn’t the best and was quite small BUT it had everything we needed for 7 days trip

A positive quirk is that the towels come wrapped in plastic! The front desk personnel are courteous, proactive and responsive. There’s a sad little parking “garage” beneath the hotel but there’s also street parking

However it’s roomy, has plenty of closet space and a mini-fridge. The towels are thick and absorbent, linens are crisp and the mattresses are comfortable

Obviously an older establishment, but it seems as if they’re engaged in a program of modernization. My room (205) had a renovated bathroom and a small balcony that faces the sea. The decor is a bit dark, dated and 1980s

The room had slippers, there were enough towels. Also, you can ask for daily cleaning, which is very convenient. But: You have to leave your room key at the reception every time you go out, which I didn’t like

Make sure to tell the reception when you want the room cleaned, it is not done automatically. Clean towels are delivered packed in plastic. The air condition worked well and there was always enough hot water

There was a small fridge with a tiny freezer that worked well. The rooms had some signs of needing maintenance and there could have been more places to hang used towels and shelfs for placing clothes etc

This is an awesome hostel, not too big. Lovely staff and a really cool area. If you're looking for somewhere super close to the tourist attractions, this is maybe not for you as it is about 15 minutes from the centre

It's got a great social life in the communal area. I would make sure you're not a light sleeper as noise travels easily in this place. You will hear all the doors closing anywhere inside

It was clean and staff were friendly but just had a few issues. I stayed in the private room, which is in the courtyard so you hear everything from people in the courtyard and main floor

For me, the location was perfect, within easy walking distance to where I needed to be. There are nice coffee shops nearby. It’s a hostel, not a hotel, adjust expectations accordingly

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Hotel was about 10 mins walk from the Victoria metro station. Along the way, there are many shops and cafes, making it a very pleasant walk. Staffs were friendly and helpful

The hotel is not far from the port - 15 minutes walk-but you still need a taxi to get to the major passenger cruise line (like Holland America, etc) as the port is huge. Rooms are very clean, and it is in a quiet area

The closest yet most affordable space was the Piraeus Port Hotel! Staff is very friendly and also helpful! We felt that there was no language barrier and also had the most pleasant breakfast before we needed to go to the MSC, they were also very willing to help with baggage storage and give good advance on where to go for some site seeing! Will make use of them again if we go to Greece in the future

This quaint appearing hotel is a hidden gem! The short cobblestone walk from the bus stop was a surprise but we made it. The staff were very welcoming and informative

They directed us to a lovely restaurant in walking distance. In fact we ate there twice! We forgot our conversion plugs and the happily provided us with two during our stay! I would return to this hotel for another stay

After a long flight, Piraeus Port Hotel was just what we needed. The location was perfect – right by the port for our early ferry the next morning, hot running water, AC working well, and a comfortable big bed
