The room was fine  I loved the balcony  I thought it was closer to main centre but I walked ok  Pitty no rooftop bar or pool  Nick in reception was extremely helpful

Great hotel, next to a lovely park. It is easy to get to downtown Athens by bus right next to the hotel, and/or Metro from the Metro line two bus stops away. Lovely room, and great staff!

Rooms & bathrooms are spacious with a high ceiling & artfully decorated, while staff are kind and always ready to provide assistance

I was able to use the luggage storage service, which allowed me to sightsee without having to carry a lot of luggage. The staff were all kind and friendly

Overall the hotel is a real gem if you are agreeable to a ten-minutes-plus walk from the nearest metro stop

Everything was super good! All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Upon arrival they were very welcoming and immediately told us a room with a far better view has been freed and they upgraded us on the house

Location is amazing, many beaches, local shops and bakeries (especially Marigonis) are a 3' minute walk away, and there's so many busses and trans passing right outside the hotel you can basically go anywhere

Room was really clean, bed was amazing (the mattress was literally better than the one we own), TV had all services you could ever imagine and with a tiny extra cost there's good breakfast available

Had a wonderful stay here during the summer. The staff were very polite and accommodating, rooms were very clean and the view is just wonderful to wake up and come back to!

Breakfast buffet for €11 on 7th floor is good value with decent coffee. Lifts are a bit tight, but they work

The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. They always greet us with a smile and help us open the elevator door. The balcony is spacious and close to the pier, just a three-minute walk away.

The staff are lovely and the location is excellent for the port and for some if yhd main areas of Piraeus

This was our first time out of our country internationally on our own so we were very nervous about how to get around ect, the staff answered any questions we had, at any hour of the night the staff would be present at the front desk always smiling and eager to assist

Staff is kind and attentive and the location is just perfect! The ice on the cake was the amazing massage I got from Dimitra, her deep tissue massage was at the same time relaxing and re-energising

Very unique rooms. Staff is very friendly and always offers cold bottles of water. Free breakfast is very plentiful and really tasty. Rooms are very clean, my only complaint is the are a bit run down.

The Priamos Hotel is in easy walking distance to Kolonaki Square, several museums, Aristotle's Lyceum, and Syntagma. Best of all is the quiet local charm away from the maddening crowd

We stayed there for just one night before a very early flight. Most of the hotels were booked so after reading the reviews we decided to stay there

We was made to feel very welcome all the time we were there. We are a family of 3 (2 adults 1 child aged 16) and the room was perfect for us, we even had a mini fridge to put our water in to keep it cool

Friendliness of the staff, always very open to help, excellent location, very safe, I was not afraid to walk at night as it is surrounded by many restaurants and embassies, 100% recommended, thank you very much for your attention, the only thing I would say is that the showers were very small and it was a little difficult to take a bath

It's close to public transport (buses and metro) and there's plenty of good bars and restaurants very nearby charging "local" prices (rather than "tourist")

A small hotel in a very central location but still totally quiet as the street in front of the hotel is a pedestrian zone. The recepion personnel is extremely friendly and helpful

We had a nice stay here, friendly staff, clean room and we loved that we could walk to the restaurants, mini market stores and to the bus/ metro stops within minutes.

The hotel is very modern and designed and even has a nice pool although during our stay the water was too cold to get in. Breakfast had relatively a wide range of options and most of it was fresh and good

Except for the location, everything was satisfactory. While it's understandable that a good location leads to a good view, I still recommend older guests look elsewhere. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Aside from the broken toilet seat, this is a great hotel. Great location, a 10-minute walk to the Acropolis. Even with an early checkout, they served breakfast at the time we needed!

Unfortunately our room was directly below that terrace and the noise of people scraping their chairs and tables back and forth at 10:30pm wasn't the greatest. The room was compact but effective

Whether this is your first visit or you’re an Athens expert, you will find that the location here is just perfect: close to the Acropolis and far from the noise and chaos of city center

Lots of restaurants in the area that are reasonably priced for to eat supper and the historic places to visit are a reasonable 25 minute walk away. So got the Christmas break I wanted and a friendly Greek welcome too

I was given a large comfortable room to relax inside and breakfast was even served on Christmas and Boxing Day, the boiled eggs weee yummy and plenty of cereals and cheese to cater for my pescatarian diet

Christmas break that was restful I usually stay by the Acropolis in Athens but wanted a peaceful, quiet Christmas stay and was given room 103 as was upgraded free in the true spirit of Christmas

I was given room 103 that was massive, relaxing, very comfy and found the male receptionist very friendly and loved to engage in conversation with his excellent English language

Laundrette nearby and lots of restaurants nearby and Athens historic centre is a brisk 25 minute walk. So a nice and relaxed Christmas was had at this lovely small Greek hotel

PLAY Theatrou Athens is fantastic. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The rooftop bar has a spectacular view! I loved being able to easily reach hotel staff through WhatsApp

There's some restaurants and food around it and it is pretty centric located. It was surprisingly peaceful and quiet at night which I loved

Had a pleasant overnight stay here during an international layover. The rooms were very spacious and clean

There are no shower curtains so traveling with children expect to have a flooded bathroom floor and sacrifice some of the already limited dingy towels. No soap or anything to wash to the dishes

I loved that the suite had a washer inside of it, had I stayed a bit longer, I definitely would’ve done a load of laundry

The property was fine. As described and expected given how cheap it is! Good value. However I booked a double bed and got twin beds which was a shame. Otherwise a great stay

- Walkable, though not super central. Absolutely no shower pressure. Towels provided are either hand-sized or very small for the body. The wardrobe has only 4 mismatched hangers and no shelves ;)

The check in was easy and our host fantastic. They arranged for a very reasonably priced transfer to and from the airport. We were within walking distance of very nice restaurants and we walked everywhere we went

We had the Standard Apartment no balcony which was still wonderful! The bed was super comfy! Very close to all shopping, restaurants , coffee, bars, markets. anything you need is very near and walkable

The electricity in the room was very peculiar because the plug sockets to charge your phones didn’t work if the lights were turned off so it was difficult to charge anything overnight whilst we slept - we had to wait until everything was fully charged before turning the lights off and going to sleep

The property had great access to the metro which was very convenient for travelling into the main city centre. The room was clean, but very basic. The staff were very friendly and check-in / check-out was quick and easy

It’s only 2/3 stops on the metro to get into the city centre, so ideal if you wanted a cheap stay with easy access to the centre
