Ii would recommend putting a normal hairdryer in every room instead of the old wall-hairdryer that's in the bathroom, it is inconvenient to use (gets very hot) and it is very slow

Very good, the location is in the center of Kifisia, the location is very eye-catching, and there is a small swimming pool, I love summer

However, the rooms have pretty old furniture, almost zero electricity plugs in the room (and the one next to my bed stopped working the second day)

The hotel location is top. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Also, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would say definitely go for that hotel, as it sends off a great feeling of luxury and comfort!

The hotel is an overall nice hotel in a very nice area, surrounded by quite a few good restaurants. The staff is amazing and always ready to help

Nice pool area and overall quality. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff was attentive and helped me with storing my bike in a safe location, which is not a common request in Greece. Breakfast should be improved.

The bathroom was quite good, clean, and provided everything needed for hassle-free and enjoyable use (three types of shampoo for hair and body, lotion, bathroom slippers, clean and relatively new towels, cotton swabs, etc

The breakfast is generous and varied, the rooms are spacious and warm—an important detail, especially when traveling near Christmas. The hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant

Theoxenia Palace Piraeus is a great choice for a successful city trip. The location is very convenient, close to everything you might need

A big plus for those arriving by car is the underground parking, which adds real comfort and peace of mind

And one remark about the price: I had tried to book through a well-known platform and the price (supposedly a special offer) I received turned out to be at least 20 euros more expensive! Fortunately for us, as it wasn't certain whether we would stay overnight in Piraeus, I preferred not to make an online reservation, and I think I probably never will again!

And all of this at a price that, when it was told to me at reception, I thought it must be a numerical mistake and I had to have them confirm it to be convinced I had heard the requested amount correctly

This is a lovely hotel overall and I will book with them again the next time I visit Athens!

The scenery is superb, and the location is very convenient, just steps from the pier. Supermarkets and restaurants are downstairs, and public transportation is very convenient

The rooms are good, though not the most soundproof you will ever have. Great breakfast in a newly renovated room. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and are the biggest asset of the hotel by far

It's in a great spot, with the sea and a small pebble beach at the doorstep. The area is nice enough, with some good restaurants and shopping (including supermarkets) around

This is my go to place when visiting Athens. I've been here a number of times throughout the years and the Coral hotel continues to surprise and deliver above and beyond

The room was a good size, fully equipped, and even included complimentary soft drinks. The location was convenient, very close to the conference center and easy to get to the airport and subway station

The room itself was rather small and the windows faced another building - but the room was clean and tidy and the bathroom/shower seemed renovated (if, again, very small and felt a little cramped)

My second stay in this hotel, got again a warm welcome. Very good breakfast and complimentary water/coffee in the room. Metro station and also airport bus nearby.

Morning Breakfast isn't too fancy, but the things that were offered were fresh and tasty

The environment was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly

Rooms were cleaned daily with towels changed which was a plus, we had a room with a balcony so it was easy to get some fresh air into the room from time to time. Wi-fi was fast enough for work meetings

The rooftop restaurant view was good, but the food itself was not as good for the price. We had the Prawns and Salmon and it was tasteless. We didn't go up there again after the trail throughout our 7 nights stay

The breakfast was very rich with a wide variety. The staff were warm and friendly.

The check-in was very warm and speedy. Hotel itself was just a few minutes walk from the Rail station in Omonia Station. The Duo at the reception were very friendly and warm, always smiling and saying hello

We stayed post-celestyal cruise. The view from the rooftop restaurant was great. The food was excellent, including staff interactions. Answering whatever questions we had even seeking out the answers if they didn't know

We were only there for one night before leaving on a cruise, but overall I was very happy with our stay. The front desk check in was excellent and the breakfast spread was outstanding

Hotel has good facilities, is nice and provided the necessary without being too overwhelmed or posh. good deal for medium class. The hotel was exactly what we were looking for.

Room was big enough and bathroom designed quite modern. The door to the bathroom could be a bit more isolating, but no big deal. No watercooker in the room, but we could borrow one from the restaurant

The Hyatt is right across from the hotel. The front desk service was excellent. Special thanks to the staff at the restaurant on the first floor for patiently lending me their kettle.

There is occasional noice from the busy main street but it is tolerable and we also only rarely heard other guests. The staff was friendly and fulfilled all our requests

The room is clean, bright and comfortable!

You are requested to spend a minimum amount at the pool bar which starts at 25euros which I don’t think is unreasonable. The staff were all excellent and very welcoming

We had a lovely 7-day stay at this hotel. It was comfortable and welcoming. The proximity to both the hospital and the university was perfectly located and convenient for our purpose

The hotel is not in the heart of downtown, but its location is still convenient, with the Syntagma Square, Hellenic Parliament, and National Garden just a half-hour walk away, and only a 15-minute walk to the Lycabettus Hill

Great stay Pool on the roof was great! Room was comfortable, but not large

The only negative was that the internet/wireless was not very strong in the room that we were assigned which was frustrating. All in all, an excellent hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality

Everyone is genuinely sweet, kind and helpful. The gym is great, sauna is amazing and breakfast was perfect. Room was beautifully designed, cosy, comfortable bed and very good pillows!

Second, there's the air conditioning/temperature control issue: On my first day, the room was extremely hot, which I completely couldn't understand why the air conditioning was set so stuffy in Greece's approximately 11°C weather; however, the air conditioning was later locked at 20°C, becoming very cold and difficult to adjust

For travelers, basic rest quality is the bare minimum a hotel should guarantee, but this hotel forced guests to endure prolonged noise disturbances in their rooms, directly undermining the core value of the accommodation

I've traveled to approximately 40 countries and stayed in various five-star hotels worldwide, but the Academias Hotel, Autograph Collection is one of the worst five-star experiences I've ever had

First, there's the noise issue: parties were held in the upstairs restaurant, with music and noise continuing until midnight, even into the late hours, making it impossible for me to sleep

Even more absurdly, because the room couldn't be properly temperature-controlled, I had to go downstairs almost every night to ask the front desk staff to adjust the air conditioning

My wife and I spent 9 nights at the Dolli in celebration of her birthday and I can't recommend this property more highly! The location is ideal for exploring Athens and the hospitality they provided was above and beyond

The crown jewel of this boutique hotel is the rooftop restaurant, pool and outdoor seating/lounging area with a mesmerizing veiw of the Acropolis! Wow, wow, wow! However, all the amenities offered still didn't match the service and hospitality provided by the tremendous staff

The hotel is beautiful, featuring both classic and modern motifs. Our room was spacious with large windows, a most comfortable bed, and everything one could need at their fingertips

The venue includes both a hotel and a cafe and they offer an afternoon tea experience with an open buffet featuring a lovely mix of sweet and savory options

The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful special mention to Alexandria, who was absolutely wonderful. The desserts were outstanding

I almost never revisit the same place while traveling, as I usually prefer discovering new spots, but this was a clear exception

Also, posting pictures of the room, two things I didn’t get a pic of were the LED lights on the ground outside the room that will allow you to say you don’t want to be disturbed, the maid is in the room, or you need service and one feature I found kind of cool was a tablet in the room that allowed you to read more on the hotel or request towels or an ironing board to the room

Came as a family of 5 so had to get two rooms (they put us beside eachother which was very convenient)! The amenities were fantastic and we enjoyed time at the pool after we checked in

The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable - they gave us a great dinner recommendation and helped us book taxis to the post when we left! The area is very safe and you can walk around comfortably at night

I had an outstanding experience at the Koumkan restaurant in the Semiramis Hotel. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, and the food is truly exceptional. What made the evening unforgettable was the impeccable service

Karavasilis, the restaurant manager, is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring every guest feels special. His presence elevates the entire dining experience

However, be aware that those driving a B-class car or above, or an SUV or MPV, should exercise caution: the parking lot is very cramped, and the elevator only accommodates two people

Our room on the top floor had a view of the Acropolis, was equipped with a refrigerator, had a good shower and hot water came out quickly, so the room was warm and nice

If you're carrying a 26-inch suitcase, both of you will have to sit on it

Location and service were really great, we liked so much

The room itself was also very nice, so we could easily spread out two suitcases without any problems. The porters and receptionists were kind, and they also looked after our luggage, so it was very convenient

They compare countless booking web sites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been coming here for a long time

But in person, the room had old features, air conditioning hardly worked, blow dryer from 1960s with not a lot of power. Paint peeling on trim around bathroom door. Lobby furniture fabric fraying

Great short term stay for 2 nights. The promises are good and the location excellent. Next to both shopping and beach. Only minor was the street noise when occasionally, motorcycles would rev up their engines

I booked a short break specifically with the filter set to Swimming pool. There is no swimming pool - it’s empty and late may. Can’t tell you how disappointed I am. It definitely should be stated when booking

Hotels in Greece are not very big, but they have a balcony, are clean, and the hotel staff can speak English. There is a business district nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and dining

Nice hotel, about 2.5km from the heart of Glyfada. Lovely pool area, and the beach is close by. Would have been nice if there was a bottle of water in the room.

The location is not great, as there are not many restaurants or other things in the area: Beyond that, I believe that the hotel is a good option (value for money) if you are looking for a hotel with a pool (want to stay with kids, etc) and have the time to take transport to another beach

Rooms are old, especially bathroom. Hotel interior is also old, but it works. Biggest advantage is pool and chill zone and it's location just next to the beach

Very cheap hotel, good service attitude, but the room windows are not soundproof and right next to the main road, the noise is very loud

Apart from the laughter we had, we wet our winter slippers to take a shower and wash our hands and teeth

The rooms here are of a decent size its in a really good central location easy access to trams and busses. There was still some building going on near by I seen some reviews mentioning this

We solved the noise by heading to the beach in the morning and get back poolside in the afternoon All in all it was a nice stay and the quality of the hotel and the staff friendliness weigh up for the noisy neighbours 😄😅 We will be back and recommend the hotel to others

Rooms are nice and kept always clean, super comfortable pillows and beds. Clean nice pool with good service for snacks and drinks, towels available daily. Pool open 11-7pm with a lifeguard present

We had a very nice 5 day stay here with our family, We had a corner room with view to the pool and unfortunately a noisy construction sight at day time

Very friendly and smiling staff, good breakfast and a nice pool open 11:00-19:00 with lifeguard. Poolside service food and drinks, drinks were good and reasonable prized

The staff have been so good to me my room always tidied each day for me and water replaced. I even lost my phone in Athens centre and they were able to help speak to the guy that found it

Not to mention the location, its only a 5 minute walk away from the beach, which is incredibly practical and perfect for a late night swim. If you're not a fan a of beaches the hotel also offers a pool

No one came out to the pool for a drink service. Restaurant food was very nice, especially the beef fillet

In conclusion we really enjoyed and loved our stay at Glyfada Riviera Hotel. We of course recommend this hotel and would love to spend our next stay in greece here again!

Had a nice experience at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all I asked for. Common area in the pool was very nice. Breakfast quality could improve a bit but overall they had different options

The hotel is situated at a quiet area which sets your mind at ease. It has all the amenities that are required and a pool too. The bedroom is very nice too that is complemented with a large balcony

The location is suitable for Christmas holidays, we loved it. It also has a swimming pool so it will be just as perfect in the summer. Of course we will visit it again, thank you very much 😁

Last year's Christmas at Civitel was dreamy! Clean and beautiful rooms, pleasant staff and great buffets! Very close to "The mall", where you can even go on foot

The staff is very polite and at your disposal at any time. The restaurant serves an exquisite breakfast every morning and throughout the day a variety of meals

The room is quite spacious and has a balcony. The room is cleaned every day and bottled water is replenished every day. The service attitude of the front desk is great, and some snacks can be made for breakfast

The surroundings are less crowded, providing a relaxed atmosphere with stunning sunsets and plenty of great dining options nearby. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the service is impeccable

We stayed at this hotel several times, the staff is friendly and polite! We could only improve the quality of the coffee at breakfast, it tastes like powder, but that's just our thing

Great hotel, close to the beach, you can take a tram and/or bus to go to Athens. The street is not active and you can sleep longer

The most comfortable bedding I’ve ever experienced in 50 years of travel. Finally a hotel that has firm useful pillows rather than just plastic bags filled with air. Great food around every corner

The only slight improvement I would make is an update to the room’s LG Smart Television’s — the streaming connection is an outdated version that doesn’t really work anymore

Perhaps invest in smart TV’s that have the most common Chromecast and/or ApplePlay systems which are much more simple and require less intervention
