Staying here is inexpensive and on the coast. We started in a large three bedroom with no view which was more expensive than the ocean view. We changed to the ocean view that was wonderful. Unfortunately the beds are not that comfortable but tolerable.

For 50 euros a night with a view of the sea, it was definitely worth it, but I wouldn’t pay more. The interior is very old, and the sink in the bathroom was hanging as if it was going to fall at any moment. One good point is that the check out is at 12 that was very convenient.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient with all my questions - they really went above and beyond. They also gave excellent meal recommendations. This hotel was absolutely amazing - from the staff to the location, it was a perfect stay. It is right in the heart of Athens and walking distance to most attractions. The staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming and gave us some great recommendations for local Greek food and bars to visit. One night before getting our rental boat for a week in the Greek archipelago, we stayed at hotel tropical. Clean and well organised hotel. We’re happy to stay there close to the beach and to restaurants with nice menues.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, and I really wanted to like this place. The location is a bit out of the way, but the view is nice. I was surprised by the small ooms. The beds are tiny, they felt kid sized. The walls are thin and you can hear every noise in the hallway. It was enough to keep me up for a while. Ear plugs let me sleep. The scenery is superb, and the location is very convenient, just steps from the pier. Supermarkets and restaurants are downstairs, and public transportation is very convenient. The rooftop terrace and the hotel's private beach make for a perfect vacation.

I found this to be a perfect choice for a few days before boarding a cruise. The hotel has a shuttle to the busier parts of Athens and to a private beach. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were both decent and fairly priced.

The room was ok, clean and comfortable

 I chose this hotel because it said it had Wi-Fi, but I couldn't use it at all. In the end, I had to go to a high-priced restaurant where there was Wi-Fi, which made for an inconvenient stay. It's close to the port.

This was a very basic hotel that needs renovation. The staff was not very helpful but rather impolite. It was OK for one night but I won't return. I do not recoment this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of much better hotels in the area with the same price.

The photos don't reflect the actual room. The accommodation was quite average. They posted a photo of a terrace in the superior twin room, but there wasn't one. The ceiling height was very low; it only had three floors. The advantages were the good location and the decent breakfast.

The room was extremely small, about the same size as a cheap hotel in China costing 50 or 60 yuan. The soundproofing was also mediocre, and the water was cut off when I woke up in the morning; they said it wouldn't be back on until 11 a.m.

It was great, very comfortable, and extremely clean. The location was also excellent, right near Syntagma Square; you can walk directly to the metro station to the airport. The hotel even offered nail polish, so I got my nails done there! 😛 The breakfast was also plentiful, but unfortunately, my stay was too short.

What an amazing find in Athens! Very nice experience! Staff was lovely and friendly. Breakfast was nice but it was a set menu (2 choices/person) and I think it would get dull after an extended stay. You also had to choose the day before. It was all delicious though and could be had in the room which was nice! I felt like the single room was a nice size and was very comfortable!

The hotel looks a bit small, but the rooms are large and have balconies. The breakfast is very exquisite. It is right next to Constitution Square and very close to Plaka Old Town and the Acropolis. It is very convenient to go out for a walk. In short, we were very satisfied with our stay.

This hotel stands out for several reasons: it is clean, organized, friendly, and serviceable. Additionally, it is centrally located in the city of Piraeus. We have been at the bar and the restaurant of the hotel; excellent cocktails, food and service. The only negative aspect is that pets are not allowed. We found this really inappropriate for the standards of such a hotel and given the fact that we live in the 21st century.. the management of the hotel should do something about it.

We visited as a family with other families with friends. Kids cinema ticket is 20 euros per ticket including a meal-box, which was junk food. Chips and chicken nuggets. This hotel is grand but it has all the warmth of a Greek family. The staff are warm, so friendly and helpful. We stayed here 4 different times during our rambling through Greece.
