My family and I stayed here for a sightseeing trip. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and gave us excellent dinner recommendations. Our room was spotless and the beds were remarkably comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

We have been at the bar and the restaurant of the hotel; excellent cocktails, food and service. The only negative aspect is that pets are not allowed. We found this really inappropriate for the standards of such a hotel and given the fact that we live in the 21st century.. the management of the hotel should do something about it.

Last month my daughter and I stayed at the hotel twice. In the first instance the room was small and had a foul smell on entering. The next time we were put up in a better room. We had a fantastic stay at the Oasis! We missed our first night due to country wide strike(could not get a ferry). I wish I wrote down her name but the representative that checked us in was extremely helpful in helping us deal with the change in plans. She was exceptional. Dinner was fabulous as well as the staff in the restaurant. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The bellhop was the absolute best. He did not like you to take your luggage, he you that you visit, I work, I take your bags for you. This hotel is grand but it has all the warmth of a Greek family. The staff are warm, so friendly and helpful. We stayed here 4 different times during our rambling through Greece. A week before we were due to go to Greece I broke my wrist so we had to cancel our holiday. Bratsera was the only hotel that refunded us our full payment, even though we had booked under the terms of cancellations being non-refundable. The service is good as well as the location. However, it is not so clean and a few things need renovation.

We visited as a family with other families with friends. Kids cinema ticket is 20 euros per ticket including a meal-box, which was junk food. Chips and chicken nuggets. The restaurant area is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere but service was chaotic and it wasn’t even full. They forgot our salad, our pizza, everything was being served from a different person and each item was being served separately...

For what we needed - a place to spend a night before an early morning flight out of Athens - this was more than ok. Great breakfast and an extremly nice and helpful staff all around the hotel. Clean and comfortable, this hotel is just a few minutes' walk to the port to catch an island ferry. Most of the rooms appear to be at the front, facing the main road, which is a little noisy until late evening, but we still slept OK. There isn't a restaurant for lunch or dinner (just breakfast), but there are plenty of good restaurants around in the streets behind the hotel.
