The staff at the Pinnacle were so welcoming, kind, friendly and helpful. They made sure our room was comfortable and to our liking. The room is newly renovated and in excellent condition. Location and staff are great! Church bells make some noise at odd hours, also pretty loud from the street. Could not figure out how to make the aircondition work, and the elevator is shared with the rooftop restaurant so sometimes theres a wait.

This hotel offers great value for money. Although the facade is small, it has quite a few rooms. The staff are all very responsible; when our water heater broke, we told the front desk, and they quickly sent someone to replace the set for us. The hotel is located in the old town, allowing you to experience the daily life of Athens residents. They also provide a standard free European breakfast.

While the hotel is close to restaurants and bars in Monistiraki, it's very loud at night. We had trouble sleeping until 2 am. most mornings due to the nightlife. The walls are thin, and you can hear those in other rooms. The room is tiny, especially the bathroom, and the hallway occasionally smelled of sewer. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was in a central location.

We went for few days to the islands since there are baggage restrictions on small flights we asked the hotel if we can leave few things with them as we had reservations for one more night upon returning. Amazing place for a quick visit in Athens! It is very well situated, so you can walk almost everywhere. The front desk staff is extra friendly and helpful. Don't forget to have a few drinks on the rooftop terrace on the third floor, it's an amazing vibe during the night.

Rooms are really Good. It's a hotel more for wedding parties but if there is no wedding then it's really good place to stay in and there is a Mountain close so you can climb.

Claim for pomposity. But in places like the unfinished work of migrant workers. On weekends, the restaurant often hosts various celebrations (weddings, birthdays, etc.), which often drag on for's midnight and heard throughout the property, which is not conducive to normal sleep patterns. Breakfast is included in the payment - disgusting.

I am very impressed that the hotel provides complimentary wines in the evening between 7:00pm-8:00pm and morning Pilate lesson at roof top garden overlooking view of the city and Acropolis, bottled fresh smoothies were served after the lesson. This is my home away from home the only issue we had was the temperature one but was solved eventually. The breakfast is good lots of options however the plant based milk wasn’t good which made the coffee taste bad. The receptionists are always polite and welcoming.

The (#704) room was spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately, it connected with the neighboring room and had precisely zero soundproofing. The staff appeared to be aware it might be a problem, were apologetic, but did precisely nothing to remedy it.

Property was in great shape. I didn't receive the free bottle of wine. And the "free" parking was indeed free but very inconvenient finding it in the evening when it was dark. It was not at the hotel but about 3 blocks away.

Staying here is inexpensive and on the coast. We started in a large three bedroom with no view which was more expensive than the ocean view. We changed to the ocean view that was wonderful. Unfortunately the beds are not that comfortable but tolerable.
