Very good hotel, with very good adaptations to make the most of the building, given that it is not very new. The room is controlled from a tablet, which sometimes causes confusion or disconnections, but it is not serious. The room is very dark, that can be a problem. The area is difficult, it is the centre of Athens and has some complicated streets around it, but it is manageable.

Completely in Love with the view from the Rooftop... The room was spacious. The location was walking distance to all the sites and the roof top was magical at night when all the most iconic places had switched on the lights.

The service is good as well as the location. However, it is not so clean and a few things need renovation.

We visited as a family with other families with friends. Kids cinema ticket is 20 euros per ticket including a meal-box, which was junk food. Chips and chicken nuggets. The hotel lobby is spacious. Restaurant has decent food. They offer airport transportation shuttle service. There’s a gas station/cafe right cross the parking lot that sells food & snacks which much cheaper than the hotel. The king room standard I selected was very spacious. This isn't my first time staying here, and I really like it. The only downside is that you have to walk up the stairs with your suitcases to get to the reception area, and you also have to carry your suitcases up the stairs when leaving the hotel.

Good service from start to finish. Good engilish speak staff, complementary breakfast was very good and was stock well. The only minus point is the lack of soundproofing between rooms. We liked how close this property was to the Acropolis and nice restaurants, all with a 30 minute wall or less. However, when our Uber driver dropped us off he warned us not to go out at night because it was not a safe area. On our walks, we saw a lot of things that told us that was probably pretty accurate. The hotel is used to sleep while you are in Athens for a couple of days, the location is complicated, since it is located in an unsafe neighborhood at night and quite abandoned and dirty. Otherwise it is fine.

In terms of accommodation alone, it's excellent value for money, the most affordable option in downtown Athens, and the rooms aren't particularly small. The problem is, the hotel is located in one of Athens' most chaotic squares; outside the hotel are all sorts of strange people, and I even encountered a pickpocket. Breakfast was at the bar, but seating was limited, so I had to sit at the counter....

I booked this hotel because it was very affordable, but honestly it doesn’t feel like a real 4-star hotel. The area around it is not very nice and feels a bit run-down, which makes the location less appealing. That said, the hotel itself was clean, and that was a positive point. It reminded me of a Motel 6. It was a bed and a bathroom with a broken chair at the desk. You cannot take a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet and the toilet is up against the side wall.

We got to the hotel early and the front desk accommodated my husband and I by allowing us to check in early so we can rest. The hotel is near the cruise terminals which was also convenient. Overall, we had a great stay before our cruise.
