Beautiful quiet location with pool and access to small beach. Great modern rooms with excellent amenities. Staff are very friendly and helpfully. Very good restaurants close by and bus service into town

We had a wonderful stay at Mirabella Apartments. The studio was comfortable and had everything we needed. The ocean views from our balcony were beautiful

My husband swam over a mile each morning right in front of the property. Also, the staff were super friendly. One added bonus was the ping pong table. We played quite a few fun games

Of course we expect some smoking in Europe, however, this was constant and it made our stay much less enjoyable as we were unable to sit outside and enjoy the view we had paid for

The hotel was able to do laundry for us for 7 euro, however, we had to rewash everything at our next stay as it all smelled like smoke from drying on the balcony

Very nice place to spend holidays. Decent quiet area, sea view from every apartment, clean rooms, friendly staff (feeling like between family) local shop with most needed products. Highly recommended.

The sunbeds were mainly in the shade which is lovely, but would benefit from some sunny areas. Located with easy reach to a small but beautiful beach with tavernas, bar and small shop

Location is fantastic, close to the beach & a choice lovely restaurants on the beach front.

We spent two weeks in this paradise on earth. Our room and the huge terrace provided real luxury comfort. The staff (Liana and Manos) are very kind and professional, any request we made was fulfilled immediately

The location couldn’t be better either, it’s right in the heart of Agios Nikolaos, within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and beaches, yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing

What really made my stay special, though, was the incredible staff. They were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed

The hotel has a lovely bar with great service. From the minute I arrived they really took care of me - bar lady bringing me a drink upstairs as she noticed I was hot and bothered

Katrina, one of the owners, showed us around and helped us settle into our apartment and she was very helpful and friendly in guiding us, as well as providing some knowledge about the local area

We found the 2 sisters that run the apartments very lovely, they were so kind and courteous in their services and very thorough with their daily maintenance of the apartment

It was a good depth as well- from 1 meter down to 2 and a bit meres allowing people to enjoy the pool at various levels of competency

An absolutely superb accommodation, perfect for staying in the lovely area of Crete. My stay here lasted 7 days in peak time of summer, in the first week of august

We found ourselves eating meals regularly on the balcony taking in all of the natural beauty Crete has to offer. Other residents were quiet and respectful- we encountered no issues from other people

In the apartment, it comes with basic amenities for a budget friendly accommodation. Daily our beds were made and towels changed. All the little things that made the stay in the apartment a fantastic one

Lovely place,great apartment with 2 terraces and self catering facilities. Lovely quiet pool area and a stones throw to the beach ⛱️ A couple of tavernas on the beach serving excellent food

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was run down and needs to be renovated. Tv didn't work and ac was very noisy and loud.

Room exceeded my expectations, the view was stunning. The staff were amazing and being a single traveller they made me feel at ease and extremely comfortable. It was the best holiday I had ever had.

Reception staff helpful and went out if their way to help. Going on a half board basis, you will be issued with a voucher to be used in a restaurant close by and it is delicious

It was ideal for a late departure. The location is central to everything in town. If I am lucky enough to return to Agios I would definitely stay here again

Was our first time staying at Porto Maltese and it did not disappoint, my daughter and I booked the family suite and it was lovely, staff were so helpful and friendly, I wasn't well one evening and they couldn't have been more helpful advising me,and after trip to hospital was all sorted,amazing service

On our last day we unfortunately could not have late checkout due to other guests arriving but were given access to an en-suite beside reception. This was also spotless & offered plenty of products and towels to use

During my stay in Crete for a week, we were well looked after, specifically, by the front desk lady, Joanna, who would give us information on Crete, where to go and would make sure our stay was a worthy and comfortable one

Gorgeous, calm & quiet location overlooking a beautiful river, mountains, beach and sea - feels like you are surrounded by nature but in a few minutes you can drive to the main town Agios Nikolaos for great restaurants & night life & shopping

Amazing stay all around but would call out the staff is fantastic lead by Dimitris, the daily breakfast in room, the comfort and cleanliness, the location, everything was perfection - stay here if you can.

The pool and terrace area is generous for two people - plenty of space to relax and a lovely place to eat breakfast (breakfast is different every day and more than enough to keep you going until lunch or later)

We cannot thank Mrs Maria and Mr Kostas enough for their warm hospitality. What a beautiful hotel and location ! I arrived with my mother and they allocated a lovely apartment with balconies and all the comforts

They welcomed us with a welcome drink and treat, showed us where to go and what to see, and sang a lovely song in the evening with him playing the accordion and both harmonizing

Best hotel in Agios Nikolaos!! The location is ideal! In the center of the town. 2 minutes walk from the coffee shops, bakeries and the market. 3 minuted walk from the beach

Dimitris is the greatest host: very friendly, available and he knows the best areas/activities on the island. Keep in mind that the apartments are quite isolated and there are not many places you can reach without a car

Little suggestions to improve a very pleasant stay: provide some little essentials in the house (salt, oil, a couple of better knives, a broom and a couple of cleaning clothes. ) especially for the first day of arrival

Clean, spacious, modern, convenient and the proprietor was super helpful and welcoming. There is plenty of space to soak up sun and the blinds in the rooms do a great job at keeping out the morning sun beams

Fabulous apartment with stunning views. Fabulous stay at the Ostria Apartments. We stayed for three nights in the Executive Room which had a large terrace with sun beds, sofa, table and umbrella

Our stay here has been amazing the location was in the middle of everything 1 min walk from the beach 4 min walk to the downtown area and the area as a whole is very safe

The pension in a few minutes walk away from two beaches and the center of Agios Nikolaos where you can find various cafes and restaurants. If I'll ever return to Crete, this will definetly be one of my spots to stay

Parking can be a bit tough you may have to drive around a bit to find a spot. AC was fine and internet was fixed before i even had to mention it. Friendly hosts and overall a very comfortable stay
