Hotel is good located but beds are like in prison, food is okey but staff look at you with judgement why you go for more, half od tables ia for ala card, and staff is terrible they only speak with whey you want spend money not mention air conditioning not working

the hotel is beautifully located, only 10m from the water's edge. Tasty food, poor all inclusive system. For this price, ok. Unfortunately, the hotel owners are a bunch of greedy predators. Guests who don't buy from their restaurant can be sure that they will be exposed to their moods, and you can see from their faces that they are always bad. A man going to the tap for wine feels their eyes on him, as if you were trying to rob them. Getting an ice cube for a drink is a real challenge, my wife replied that the ice was not paid for and we should call the organizer's office because he knows their rules. If the "old lady" (that's what my wife and I called the owner colloquially in our conversations) doesn't like the fact that you're already drinking the third glass of beer, she'll turn off the tap and say it's finished and the delivery will be in 3-4 hours, and we saw the moment when the tap was turned off perfectly :). Forget about hot water in the morning and after dark, the owners don't turn on the electric switch (because they are wet) and only a warm shower is left during the day. But the shower is not the main problem there. This problem will always remain the owners who do a great job in their restaurant but should never take up the hotel business, they can't even pretend to like people.

Would NOT recommend unless you want money taken from your room! Then treated like crap from hotel staff when asking for help. They DO NOT care about the guests and are just blatantly rude!!! With zero customer service skills…….. I have already posted this but was made my the hotel owner to take it down or they was going to kick me out of the hotel! If that doesn’t say it all I don’t know what would….

The owners are simple people trying to save on everything. Meals served as part of the buffet - if you do not go to lunch or dinner point 13 / 19 - you may run out of basic products, such as potatoes, one bowl is placed, and when you ask for more, you get the answer that there are no more - just 20 minutes after starting meals. A similar situation, e.g. with coffee milk - ONE GLASS of milk. On the opposite side of the hotel restaurant, guests from outside eat - there the service is a completely different story. Also the owners sitting during meals and ordering dishes from the exquisite menu - while for hotel guests there is no food after 20 minutes, the cook cooks for them and brings them to the table. A 4 star hotel with linen changed once a week. According to the letter we received from the owner on arrival, it is possible to change the bed linen and towels once every 3 days - unfortunately, after 3 days the cleaning lady picked up the dirty towels from the floor and hung them on the balcony for make them dry - because, as they said with the owner, there are no no point in changing since we're leaving soon. After complaining to the owner, we received a penalty - contrary to the arrangements with the travel agency that we could eat dinner before leaving - we were forbidden to eat at the last minute and left without a meal, which we were informed about it when all hotel guests where around when we had food on our plates - we were told leave them to us. During our stay, a beach towel was also taken from our room without informing us, which made us look for it half the next day - translation - guests steal, therefore the cleaning lady entered the rooms and took the towels secretly. The owner of the hotel is simply rude.
