The service was excellent! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, the hotel has a few major flaws: 1. The photos are misleading! The actual rooms are extremely small. A bed is almost completely full, and if both suitcases are open, there's barely any room to walk. 2. Don't use the hotel's toiletries; the quality is too poor. I suggest bringing your own.

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.

This hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the airport, the cost is 45€ per route. We booked the shuttle service from the hotel because we arrived late at night. Dinner variations were really good but breakfast was repetitive. Room was nice and had a big balcony. Bathroom light was very dim which i didn’t like. Also the information letter says breakfast until 11 but actually it’s until 10:30, so keep that in mind if you’re staying there. Waiting staff were nice and polite. The pool area was cozy and nice place to kill time.

Normal aprtment-hotel. Got lucky and got a room with a ocean view from the balcony which was very nice. Good service, very nice pool area, also for kids. This is the worst hotel in Greece from Athens all the way to Heraklion in Crete to Chania. If you were in a three-star hotel for 1,000 a night, I would think you were pretty good, but if you said that you were in a five-star hotel for 2,400 a night, I would find it ridiculous. Perfectly decent hotel. Staff decent and food completely acceptable. The main thing to be aware of is the proximity of the National road, and the fact you have to cross Tia very busy road to get to the beach or the bus stop. A bridge would really make life safer! I, personally, wouldn’t stay in this village again because of the road.

Great rooms, the staff were super helpful and the buffet breakfast was generous with lots of choice. The hotel is on the opposite side of a busy road from the beach but if you walk left from the road for a few minutes there is a pedestrian underpass and there are bus stops right outside the hotel to take you to Chania and Rethymno. Very good room service, everything was perfectly clean. Been very much satisfyed by the food as well. The bus stop is pretty close by, making daytrips within comfortable reach and it's only a five to ten minute walk to the beach. Alltogether the whole experience has been great.

We spent a week at the Delfina ART hotel. We are very pleased with the entire stay. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. We stayed in History! The original stonework was kept when rebuilt. Stayed in the mosaic suite, absolutely stunning, big shower, very comfortable bed ( queen +) Double glazed windows so you don't hear the night life. Great location in the heart of the old town, we were very happy with the large room with mezzanine bedroom and private terrace as well as a smart tv (not that we watched much) was great to connect to for music/news etc in the evenings. Service at the breakfast was always very good as was the food. For the money everything was spot on and would highly recommend this hotel!

Highly recommend this hotel. It’s very nice & the staff are very friendly. George our bartender was amazing. Restaurants near by and plenty of beach spots that are walkable. I love how helpful they are with baggage and giving you a place to shower & leave luggage even after you check out. Breakfast was also amazing.

We have just returned from our holiday which was excellent. The hotel was fantastic. Extremely kind and caring staff from the Manager down to the cleaning staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The manager was very supportive to needs required by our son.Joanna of and George on the pool site were excellent. Plenty of choice for breakfast and freshly cooked. I would certainly recommend the hotel.
