Hotels All-inclusive in Crete

During our week-long stay at Creta Maris, we had a positive experience and are looking forward to returning. It's evident that the staff at Creta Maris are dedicated to maintaining high standards throughout the resort

Absolutely great resort! Great food and service The rooms are super clean; all area’s are clean and well maintained. The pools are awesome and never have to be afraid you can’t get a spot

I honestly have to say the best all-inclusive resort I have been to

A wonderful all inclusive hotel with excellent food/drink quality and options. The resort is huge but feels like a small village

Lots of activities for kids and adults. I'll sum it up - everything you need inside as the perfect all inclusive hotel

Hotel gym is well equipped, but it hosts local people as well which makes the weight room tight. Food - great but could be better and a wider variety. Bars and food areas located all over, big variety with great service

The main restaurant as well as the Italian restaurant serve good food with a nice assortment

The hotel is a bit dated in some parts (like the ancient elevators) but the staff does a great job too keep it up. Aircon worked great and it was silent. It was a bit small for 3 but serviceable

There was a good selection of food and everything tasted great. Dining experience was top notch. The beach is a combo of sand and pebbles. Unfortunately there are also bigger rocks

It was a 10min taxi ride to the old town (13 euro each way), or there were some small shops, cafes and restaurants just outside the hotel. A big thank you to all the staff for making it a memorable stay

ARB is a great family beach featuring a lot of great amenities. It has a sweet children’s club. From 1-3 there is a small daily fee, then from 4 and up, it is free

The only thing I didn't like is that even with Ultra all inclusive you had to scan the QR code and check the menu to make sure what you order is included. They should really separate paid and included stuff completely

The beach has plenty of sunbeds and a bar, and the beach restaurant serves good food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again

It was really nice, the food could have been better for all inclusive but overall the stay was great.

We had our honeymoon from 20-27. 09 and everything was wonderful. The food, the beach, the staff attitude and the restaurants. We received an upgraded room and a late check-out because of delayed flight for free

They also give us an app where you can reserve restaurants, but unfortunately, we couldn't get a reservation for our 5-day stay because everything was already booked

We have a beautiful room looking out to the sea. Our room is lovely and spacious, and the food and service by all the staff is really good

If it had a rating of 1000 I would give it to the staff. Cretan hospitality at its best!

The variety of food for kids is fantastic, although I wish they had boiled vegetables in the buffet options (like in all the other restaurants). The staff is wonderful, always friendly and accommodating to families

The buffet options at all the restaurants are excellent. The appetizers and main courses are always well-prepared and there’s something for everyone. However, for the desserts, only a few really stood out

The kid’s corner restaurant is great, it is open during the day until 5PM. In 2023, we noticed it was a bit dirty but they’ve made more efforts in 2024 to keep it clean

Fantastic family friendly hotel with a beautiful beach! We've visited Pilot Beach Resort two years in a row with our very young children (1 and 3 years old) and it's been a wonderful experience both times

The beach is amazing, clean, safe and with (most of the time) calm waters. The rooms are as shown in the pictures and being close to the beach is definitely worth it

On a practical note, we had to visit the nearby hospital during our stay and the staff there were excellent. We felt very secure and the doctors were professional and attentive

All round good service but had problems with the A/C, bunk beds were slack and flimsy, food was a bit canteen ish and not a great choice, add more alcohol to the all inclusive list because what you have is not much and fix your slides because where they join together needs to be filled as there like a cheese grater when you go over them

Only down fall is the all inclusive bar but it depends on what type of holiday your looking for! It’s really close to the town with lots to do. Walking distance from the beaches lots of restaurants near by

The food has been really good I mean what do you expect at 4* hotel there have been meals for everyone

Everything for the family stay is here. Plenty of attraction, few pools and bars. Besides that location is great- everything nearby including clubs bars and restaurants

To be honest reading the reviews I was dreading coming here! I can honestly say we’ve had the best time here! The kids have loved it they’ve been busy all week with kids clubs discos every night for them the entertainment staff have been fantastic :) they been playing in pools all day and the rooms are nice as well

Disco each night was a bit repetitive but kids loved learning the same dances. food could be a bit better but we always found something to eat as there’s plenty of option. Our room was very clean with a perfect sea view

What an amazing stay for 7days. Staff very helpful and friendly. Choice of food was fantastic catering for all tastes. Download the Hotel app to get map and information where pools, bars etc

If you want to visit local towns etc prepare to travel for long periods time. Hotel offers all you need to have a relaxing, stress free holiday. Views amazing where ever you put your sunbed

Main pool can feel busy, but does have activities going on through the day. So we went to the Phaethon bar with pool. Which was quieter but still busy. Great if you sporty lots to do too

we had our Honeymoon in this hotel and happened to have my wife's birthday. The hotel manager sent us a birthday cake and bubble wine as gifts

That's touching! Like this hotel, nice location, nice food, nice staff, extraordinary experience

All in all can not fault anything. Would definitely come again and fully recommend

It’s was you expect from an all inclusive holiday. Same with the drinks! I bought coke from the shop as there’s wasn’t the best! FYI I didn’t see nuggets once in my whole stay. The restaurant is absolutely crazy

Absolutely amused by how very professional the misuse was, I would most definitely recommend to anyone use this spa when and never would you regret doing so many thanks My appreciation goes to specialist Albora

The children really enjoyed exploring all pools. Some reviews say you don’t need to reserve but by the time we got up the beds were all taken so I would suggest going out to the pools earlier

The splash park is really good, I’m not sure why it doesn’t open until 11am though. The bars are great and lovely sitting areas too. We went to afew of the entertainment nights. The Acrobats night was our favourite

Pizza, Gyros and Burgers were delicious! The only annoying thing is when people jump in instead of queuing like everyone else but this isn’t the hotels fault. We stopped in a family room which was big and clean

The massage was very good and u felt very relaxed. Albora, made me feel very at ease and was incredibly professional. Thank you so much for the massage.

The food was generally varied and tasty – we especially enjoyed the Cretan restaurant, which was excellent. The only slight disappointment was the Asian restaurant, which did not meet our expectations

One downside was that the air conditioning was not turned on in the restaurants, lobby, and dining hall, which made it uncomfortable at times in the August heat

Ever time we asked for a dish we got it, even if they had to go out of their way to prepare. They were absolutely superb and we are sure to take that into consideration next year when we look for a place to vacate

Very big verity of food and beverages served along to day, presented on the dining halls with explanations. Great 'Kids food' corner with everything kids love. Very pleasant stuff on dining halls

A very beautiful place for a family vacation we took. The front desk team were very welcoming, assisting us with all our needs all along our stay

The mirabello beach hotel and village is one of the best hotel I ever went to. The location is unique in its own way, and the staff treats your as their own family which make you feel like home

The all inclusive drinks include a vast choice of very strong cocktails and the usuals. There are numerous pools dotted around so plenty space with some entertainment but mainly very peaceful and relaxing

The food was fine for an all inclusive but it wasn't great, although definitely a better experience than the chaotic meals at Lyttos Beach next door. I had a massage, which was good, but don't expect any spa facilities

Lyttos mare is such a beautiful hotel - the staff were so attentive and couldn’t fault the food, the cleanliness & facilities! Plus the hotels steak and Asian restaurants were stunning but had to be booked during the week

The facilities, cleanliness of the room and the resort and the beautiful catchy design definitely makes it one of the best. The all inclusive food is slightly repetitive

We have had a perfectly chilled, all inclusive week! The hotel is more adult friendly, but it was our 1 year olds first holiday and we wanted a relaxed atmosphere

However, the Asian buffet restaurant (can be booked multiple times) offers excellent food and the steak restaurant (only free for one booking) is also very good

The restaurant was open at almost any time and there were basically no restrictions. The kids loved the water slide. Although it was not big, there were not many people and they could enjoy it

It was my first time staying in an all-inclusive hotel. The hotel was modern and well decorated. The service was excellent and the food was delicious

Unfortunately, the temperature was relatively low in early May and there was a strong wind. Although the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful, it was not very swimmable

I loved this resort! I recommend the all exclusive pack if you want to have a good stay! The kids loved the water park everything was fantastic! Especially the food!!!!! I really recommend this resort it has THE BEST view etc

Finding sand and stones on the floor after service left was a joke, we had to call 2 times for them to even come to clean. Dirty cups, floor, terrace, also took and threw from our room a good fruit, just a joke for us

In fact since we last came a couple of years ago there has been a change to what was already an excellent holiday experience by way of a renovation to rooms, services and eating and drinking places

We have been coming here regularly since 2004. This place is excellent, great friendly and helpful staff, great selection of food with various spacious areas for dining

The new Greek restaurant was superb, the food was amazing in a great atmosphere. If you haven’t tried here I can highly recommend it, brilliant!

This hotel has the most stunning setting of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The main pool is especially gorgeous. Their all-inclusive meals were high quality and dining room service was great

The variety of food options was simply incredible—there was so much to choose from that we were spoiled for choice! From an abundance of healthy dishes to excellent vegetarian options, every meal was a delight

The restaurants had a wide variety of food to choose from, and there was entertainment on every night we were there. Definitely a hotel to stay at during a visit to Heraklion

We couldn’t check in until an hour after check-in time which was slightly inconvenient; looking back, it would’ve been helpful to unwind somewhere on the property and get a text when our room was ready

We did get upgraded to a suite with a swim-up pool attached to our terrace, which was lovely. This was a nice place to bring our toddler. It felt family-friendly but sophisticated, too

The holiday was succesful! The lobby is really atmospheric. Mr Giannis is amanzing if you have any questions he will help you for sure even if your english isnt the best. Ms Emmanela is really kind and helpful

The hotel is amazing , has great views great staff everyone is super friendly. I Stayed for a week and it was amazing, really happy with the bartenders giannis Emanuela and Chris

Also the dj at the club was great too , played the songs I requested

We enjoyed the food all the staff was very friendly especially our evenings are the lobby bar were very pleasant the all inclusive cocktails were very sweet but if you pay for a cocktail it’s gonna be very good thank you Giannis and Emmanuela for recommending me the cucumber royal, although there was only one server he was very friendly thank you Chris and all the lobby bar staff for making us smile

An extraordinary experience. The staff at the restaurant is a 10. The service is impeccable.We thank them for everything.

The location is fantastic, perched on a hill overlooking the sea with rooms in small blocks cascading down the slope on 3 sides giving the place a village feel

The inclusive package also includes beer, which is 3-3. 5 out of 5 stars - much better than the wine. Overall, the staff was very nice and helpful. The spa was nice, including a deep tissue massage

Stayed with wife and my 3 years old daughter. Everything was great, we got a bit earlier to the hotel but we got our room earlier as well (at about 12 PM) Rooms are nice and are cleaned daily

There are also 2 a-la-cart restaurants (which were free if all inclusive) but must be pre-booked. The mediteranean one was nice but not to our taste

Room was very clean, soft drinks and bottled water included in the fridge. We thought we would be using the main hotel pool more but in fact we ended up staying in our own swim up pool every day

The Oriental Fusion was INCREDIBLE - I've booked to go again tonight for our last holiday meal

- All staff were friendly, helpful and hard working - Location was excellent - 15 minute transfer - Close to Heraklion - we took a bus for a day out which was nice - The spa was lovely for a massage - The room and site was very clean and well maintained - The mini-mart was suprisingly reasonably priced

Fantastic stay. Stunning location. Loved cocktails in the lobby bar. All inclusive food and wine very good, included cocktails disappointing but Spritz’s in the lobby bar were terrific. Lovely views from all aspects.

We had a great few days here with family. Such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing views. All inclusive food was great, a good variety that changed daily

We chose the bungalow and had asked to have it arranged so my father in law was in one room to himself and my daughter in with me & my husband. The hotel confirmed that this was ok and could be arranged for our stay

The food choice and quality at the all inclusive was excellent, the vegetarian choice was good but we found many foods not labelled (apart from allergens) so sometimes it was hard to determine if it contained meat or not

Neither A la Carte restaurant was open which surprised me being July & the entertainment was lacking or repetitive. The staff in the dining areas were efficient and some friendly but others not so

Fantastic facilities and great options for all ages. Food quality is fantastic and the main restaurant has themed nights to keep it varied. Most of the food is also cooked fresh in open kitchens which is great

There are 5 restaurants, 4 bars, and plenty of facilities, including tennis courts, a gym, and a water park

Everything OK, but the main restaurant food was rather average and repetitive. Staff we very nice with decent service. Beach, with rocks so not easy to swim

Everything is well maintained, the hotel does not look tired. Power system "ultra all inclusive"

The best hotel I've ever been to. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The hotel is sublime. It's a feast for the eyes. The atmosphere is great. I highly recommend it.

i would have liked more entertainment ( during the day and night) so i could come next time with my teenagers kids next time, but this is what make this place extra quiet

Lovely and helpful reception staff and high standard rooms. Brilliant for children with water slides, pools and beach giving lots of variety to do. Amazing high quality and range of food at the buffet

Only slight negative is that a big point is made about not tolerating sun bed hogging but in reality nothing is done so don’t promote what isn’t acted upon

The staff is ALL friendly, everyone greets you when they meet. The territory is green, there are many places near the pools, sunbeds are all in good order and clean

It was one of our best vacation with the children, very kindly team in the hotel, excellent location, great food, and great atmosphere

All are amazing! Few things i would recommend changing though: 1. Most important for us: Omelettes and scrambled eggs are based on some terrible egg liquid. It has awful taste and even more terrible aftertaste

The wooden doors are old and have problematic locks. My spouse got locked for few minutes in the toilettes near the main dining room until was able to get out 4. Rooms are dull from design point of view

However, we were disappointed by the drinks available in all inclusive - sweet and watered down juices, beer and wine to drink, but after 2-3 days, slightly picky people will miss a decent drink

We came as a family of 4 with a 4 year old and 3 month old. The hotel is decent for a family break. Pools and slides very good for the kids and for an all inclusive the food wasn’t too bad although repetitive

As other reviews state, snack bar serving pizza/gyros/burgers which is decent. Drinks mainly all self serve, typical for an all inclusive, local brands but ok

Al a carte restaurants advertised, but when we asked to book we were told they were finished after tomorrow, and fully booked

Got to the room, and the bathroom was left in a disgusting state by whoever was before us, toilet and shower etc… dirty towels all over the bathroom still. No one had even changed towels in between family’s

Receptionist eventually sent a cleaner to sort it out but we obviously had to wait for this so wasted probably an hour and half in total messing about just to have a quick shower before transfer
