The restaurants offer something for everyone, from delicious local dishes to international favourites, all cooked to perfection. The pools are crystal-clear and plentiful, so there’s always a perfect spot to relax

The bars serve fantastic drinks in a great atmosphere, and the staff are simply outstanding — warm, friendly, and always going the extra mile. We’re genuinely sad to be leaving and can’t wait to come back again

There was only one negative thing: One evening, when we wanted to have a drink at a bar, we weren't served but told the bar wasn't for children

The sea was a bit wavy but there were lots of sunbeds and around the pools as well

The tennis courts were great and facilities for children also enjoyable

The staff at the Enomy main buffet restaurant were mostly okay but many staff were rude or not attentive at all (we sat waiting for cutlery and to be asked our drinks order for ages and then had to try and find someone)

The hotel was spotless throughout, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, and clearly worked very hard to keep everything running smoothly

One of the best resorts we’ve ever encountered: amazing food variety and quality, competent and friendly staff, excellent facilities, great beach and pools, convenient location.

The beach is amazing, the pools are very nice and clean, the staff and dining was great, we had an amazing time and we’re very happy that we booked this resort for two weeks!

The resort is huge so although it was full, you couldn’t feel it. Nice activities, lots of pools, you can always find a spot with a sun bed in one of the pools

Fantastic Stay at Lyttos Beach Hotel, Crete 🇬🇷🏖️ We spent 7 nights at Lyttos Beach Hotel on an all-inclusive family break during the UK autumn half-term

The grounds, staff, food, views, all amazing. Our private pool was in shade all of the time but it's probably in sin during the summer months. Lots of mosquitos so plug ins are a must

Al the staff were amazing, welcoming and helpful. There are varying standards of accommodation. We were basic all inclusive we had a lounge with a balcony and on three other floor the bedroom also worth a balcony

It is amazing experience with out of blue.very good hospitality and services I will visit again to the same resort

Unforgettable Honeymoon Stay! My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and it was fantastic! The all-inclusive package was well worth it—great food and drinks, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

We were also disappointed that we couldn’t get even one night at the à la carte restaurant, especially since the hotel was nearly closing for the season in late October

The hotel is lovely, yes it does get busy with families in school holidays but that can be said of many places, the staff are all fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for their guests

We love them all and in all of our travels we have never found anywhere quite so comfortable and that makes us feel like we are at home while we are away. We will see you all next year

We stayed 4th to 14th September 2025 and as always our stay was fantastic

We were especially happy with the gluten-free food: such a wide variety, delicious and high quality. The staff’s perfect attitude made us feel cared for and truly spoiled

A little bit late writing my review but better late than never

We’ve been coming for a few years now, previously stayed at the Porto in Rethymnon, but Mr Damanakis is an exceptional general manager and his attention to detail and customer care is reflected by his entire staff so when he moved to this hotel so did we

Fantastic family friendly hotel with a beautiful beach! We've visited Pilot Beach Resort two years in a row with our very young children (1 and 3 years old) and it's been a wonderful experience both times

There’s also a new playground near the football grounds for kids aged 3 and up, which is a fantastic addition! I only wish they had something there for children under 3

Thank you Pilot Beach Resort for giving us amazing family memories! We came here twice during a time when we desperately needed rest and fun with our little ones and both visits exceeded our expectations!

The variety of food for kids is fantastic, although I wish they had boiled vegetables in the buffet options (like in all the other restaurants). The staff is wonderful, always friendly and accommodating to families

The buffet options at all the restaurants are excellent. The appetizers and main courses are always well-prepared and there’s something for everyone. However, for the desserts, only a few really stood out

On a practical note, we had to visit the nearby hospital during our stay and the staff there were excellent. We felt very secure and the doctors were professional and attentive

Air conditioner worked very well! Pools were lovely and clean, slides were great, we all thoroughly enjoyed them! Ice cream options were amazing and always plentiful, the gyros and pizza were very tasty

Very nice place for a family holiday, had a great time in the pool and the bar especially. Food in buffet was very nice and had very diverse options

As I put on my cosy hoody and clean up after my messy family this morning, I am daydreaming about the wonderful holiday we've just returned from

Here's my rather long review with some photos - excuse the mess in our room! I've tried to show the available storage in the family suite. Mostly shelving and big wardrobes with about 10 hangers

The pool within metres of our room was GORGEOUS! The waterpark at the top of the resort was fun for all ages. The bars were very well stocked

Shout out to Manos the lifeguard who was so friendly and chatty with our kids when they were in the slides in the waterpark ❤️ The food was your classic AI buffet (daily salads, bread, cheese, meats, pizza, pasta, some themed dishes) and we all found something to eat and nobody had any stomach issues (except me being bloated from all the naughty choices I made!!)

We really enjoyed our stay and will be going back again next year. Unfortunately one of the slides wasn’t working but this wasn’t a huge problem as the other slides were great

The hotel and grounds are lovely and there is a good selection of different foods in the main buffet. The beach is beautiful with plenty of sun loungers

In addition to the people, the location of the Mirabello Bay Resort adds to the incredible experience - it is truly a beautiful hotel with fantastic views across the bay and the most magical sunrises

Prior to our visit, i messaged the hotel to pre-arrange some flowers etc, They provided many options depending on the budget. When we arrived to our hotel room they provided the flowers in a lovely

A special shout out needs to be given to Matthew, the concierge, who went above and beyond in every respect taking immediate care of any request and ensuring all of our requests were taken care of

Photos can never do justice to how spectacular the sunrise and sea views are. I would highly recommend staying at the Mirabello Bay and certainly look forward to being able to return

This was an amazing hotel with a lot of pools, shows in the evening that were really nice, also the food was really good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The atmosphere in the evening was really nice

And a kind message to Alyssa ( one of the singers at the shows in the evening) - was amazing. If you want the perfect holiday in Crete I highly recommend this resort, it’s perfect if you have kids

A wonderful hotel, from welcome to departure with so many helpful and friendly staff. Food was delicious in every restaurant and our favourite was the Asian buffet

I would recommend this hotel to couples, families or solo travelers. Possibly the one thing they could improve on is more entertainment in the evenings. The sister hotel seem to be having a ball in the evenings

My daughter particularly loved the huge selection of freshly made sushi. Honestly so pleased and we always say we wouldn’t go to the same place twice on holiday but I think we may have found an exception!

There are 3 main outside pools and an indoor pool, we particularly liked the children’s pool and the pool with the with a swim up bar. The rooms had everything required and were cleaned everyday

Bar staff were so friendly and the animation team are so enthusiastic with special mention to John, the DJ who went out of his way to make our kids feel welcome and took time out to speak to them, which they loved

The animation team were always around day and evening to provide activities and entertainment for adults and kids, particularly making our stay memorable were John from Kenya and the lovely Betti, thank you

We went for a family holiday to this hotel for 10 nights all inclusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The food was good and mostly varied, we always managed to find something we liked each day. The hotel is in a good location and walking distance from local shops and restaurants too

Loved the location as it’s right on the beach front. Hotel is so clean and the cleaning team are constantly cleaning and maintaining the high standards

The team at the Greek restaurant helped surprise my husband with a birthday cake on our first night too. My sons loved the water slides and pool and the evening entertainment was fun

Our favourite was the white party disco. Although the location is remote and there isn’t a lot to do in the local area the hotel is big enough without feeling trapped. We would definitely visit again

The food is very good and better than a lot of 5 star resorts we have visited. The A’la carte Greek and Asian restaurants are amazing with the food and service excellent

We’ve just come back from the Atlantica Ocean Beach and had the best holiday. My 2 boys (7&9) loved the kids club and the staff were fantastic

Unfortunately, the temperature was relatively low in early May and there was a strong wind. Although the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful, it was not very swimmable

The hotel is really great, with beautiful sea views and a super large swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun. The all-inclusive service allows you to enjoy drinks and food anywhere in the hotel

Very large and beautiful pool! The staff is very friendly! A little something for my daughter's 3rd birthday! The all-inclusive is very good! With the added bonus of à la carte dinners 👌 I highly recommend this hotel! We stayed 6 nights

During our 6 day-stay, there was rarely any overlap in what was offered. Unlike some of the Caribbean resorts we had visited previously, there was a good variety of choice that was equally delicious

The room was great and cleaned everyday. The food on the buffet was so nice and the view from the hotel was breathtaking. Not one bad word to say. Great visit from start to finish.

Unique and vastly expansive property. It was so large that there was a whole other pool and another beach we didn’t even discover until the night before our last day

Rooms were comfortable and air conditioned. Get a room with a private pool in it. Those rooms are centrally located in the resort and well worth it

It was a nice surprise! We were upgraded to a family suite with a large balcony and seaview, this made us very comfortable. Room was clean, A/C worked well, water was provided

The views from this hotel are mesmerizing, sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. The only minus for us was that if you want to go to the beach you need to pay for lounge chairs, it wasn’t very expensive

Stay was good but I indicated 2A2C and this was not provided and we had to pay additional for 2 children and the price to pay at the hotel counter was at open rate and not at the child rate indicated in your email confirmation

Our second stay this year! Amazing hotel. I'd accidently booked the wrong room type, and we were upgraded for free. Giannis provided excellent service around the pool

Service throughout the hotel was amazing and cannot fault at all. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Beach is a pebble/rocky beach, this didnt bother us as we were happy by the pool

There's an astro pitch, tennis courts and arcades and pool table for other entertainment. Unfortunately, didn't get an opportunity to try the sushi bar but it looked really nice

Very good quality WiFi in all areas. Also the pool lovely and clean. We will definitely prefer it again!

The sports activities were well organised by Anna and Toto and so much fun for the whole family

The facilities are excellent and very well maintained — from the kids’ club and playground with caring staff, to the beautiful pools (including a seawater pool with a sea view and fun kids’ pools with slides)

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. A 20-30min drive from Heraklion. Different pools to choose from and some water slides. Although the water was a bit on the colder side in October but we still swam

One of those events per night. Our kids loved the food variety, pool and entertainment provided. Lots of activities for kids which allowed for some adult time too. Check-in and out staff were helpful with advice too

Can go to the beach too which is owned by another hotel but that's fine. Some people say the pool towels cost extra but the first one is free and you're free to use it throughout the week

There's also a convienient laundry rack in the rooms. The food was fine, maybe needed some more salt at times. We arrived quite late and they even had a cold buffet waiting for us which we didn't expect!

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, even before our arrival, and made my birthday truly special with a decorated table, balloons, a bottle of wine, and warm wishes from the whole team

What really stood out was the incredible service from all the staff. They were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The pool food staff were particularly great, handling a special food order for us with a smile

We had a wonderful time at the resort. We enjoyed the spa. The food was very good. We enjoyed the community cats also. We will be back. Nick was a very big help to us throughout our entire stay.

Food, staff, rooms and all facilities are great. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. The swim-up was fantastic, quiet most of the time and waiter service to pool side was unexpected but appreciated

many sunbeds are already reserved with towels (an issue the hotel could manage more strictly), and in the restaurants some parents let their children watch videos on phones or tablets at high volume

We stayed for a week in a suite with a private pool and loved it. The staff were excellent to a fault, especially the bar staff - couldn't rate them high enough

Lots of activities for children, every day animation programs from various travel agencies who never asked if you have travelled with them or someone else

We had an amazing time at Mare Blue! The beachfront location was perfect, and we loved lounging by the pool and trying the local food at the buffet. The vibe was fun but not too loud, and the staff made everything easy

We have struggled a bit with the cleaning service coming when our children had their afternoon sleep. But other than that we have had a great time. Food was delicious, every day there was something we liked

The hotel is just lovely, with so many facilities. Everything for kids was perfect and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. Even if you don’t have children, there’s plenty to enjoy

French agency would have their events in French, but when they saw someone does not speak French they would translate to English too. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel

Big slides were opened only for s short time every day and only for older children

The pool area with water slides for kids was definitely a highlight – our children loved it and spent most of their time there. However, I have to mention a very concerning incident that occurred during our stay

I can’t speak positively enough about this hotel. We came as a family of 4 with a 4 year old and a 20 month old and everything about the hotel is so carefully thought about and children are really really well considered

The pools are lovely with the main pool being big enough to swim lengths etc and have plenty of room when it’s busy and the children’s pool was fantastic for our girls and I’d imagine children up to at least 10-12

So, we cherished sitting on its lovely terrace while enjoying an all-inclusive dinner with nice drinks. Being a family with two Children, that’s exactly what we did throughout our stay

There’s a mini Astro to play football on and the steps down to the beach right next to the pools. On the beach there’s a dedicated play space with a climbing frame

Every single staff member, whether they worked behind the desk or cleaned or worked in the restaurant or the kids club etc greeted us with a smile and had a chat etc and showed a lot of patience towards our children

Large room with private Pool situated in a quiet area of the hotel. The slides are great fun for kids. Staff do their best to help you

I recommend visiting, and if you can, book a private pool, we love it AND there's an ocean view!

In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it

This is a very nice hotel, the staff is great, the room is clean, the food is good. The only thing is the bed which is not a good experience

Good hotel for the adults and for children. Nice rooms and friendly service Staff. The only issue are the beach beds not for free. But the sea is wonderfull. You will surely enjoy your holiday here🙂

Very professional people very professional service and with all inclusive you have food and drinks the whole time till 11 o’clock at night and you have early breakfast also

The children's facilities are excellent,with plenty of fun and safe areas to play around. Our son was playing from day to night. We absolutely loved seeing him engaging and having so much fun

This was the second time staying in cactus beach and It was as amazing as the first time. Τhe buffet was incredible it had a huge selection with tasty food,very presentable. The stuff was friendly and helpful

Clean rooms, decent all inclusive drinks, diverse food with section for toddlers and plastic plates. Beach - great! (Need to pay extra for sun beds, but there is space to just drop towels on the right)

just back after a 2 week family holiday for 12 7 adults 4 kids and a baby the hotel is at best 3 stars but very clean the food for me was awful so ate out every day the kids loved the pool and most of the staff are very helpful and friendly the man that does the excursions was extremely helpful and if you need to hire a car speak to him he is cheap and does all the hard work for you entertainment...

They really are the heart of the hotel. The hotel has two large pools with plenty of sunbeds, and best of all, there was no need to rush down in the morning to reserve one

We also hired a car for a week (€315), and it was brilliant – hassle-free, no push for extra insurance, and a great way to see the island, which is huge. Highly recommend getting a car if you want to explore properly

No matter what time we went, beds were available, which made things much more relaxing. There could be a few more umbrellas, but you can easily pick one up from the mini market on site if needed

The food was the only real let-down. While there was variety, it would be nice to have some more simple options. It’s not terrible, but it is the one area where the hotel could really improve

The hotel itself is a little secluded from the main resorts and shops, but everything is still walkable, and there’s a free shuttle to the beach three times a day which is very handy
