The hotel has perfect service. My daughter was ill during our stay and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and nice and ensured that all our needs were taken care of. They provided food service to our room and were able to help us with unexpected health situation even in the middle of the night. Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our stay despite the illness.

This is a very nice hotel, the staff is great, the room is clean, the food is good. The only thing is the bed which is not a good experience. I recommend visiting, and if you can, book a private pool, we love it AND there's an ocean view!

A very nice hotel. In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it. Greece wont throw money at everything like Boris for the tax payer to pay back for decades 😂

This is a newly constructed hotel, all reviews and photos before 1st May 2018 are out of date. Everything is brand new and whilst every attempt is made to ensure your stay is perfect, it is a work in progress and they' are listening to feed back and reacting accordingly. The strongest point was the meals, they were very varied and delicious. As for the location, it is also a strong point. The attractions in the hotel were varied, the layout of the relaxation area, the bar and the pool are also great. The only small downside is the size of the bathroom (superior room) and the air-conditioning was a bit outdated. Service at a high level.

Well what can I say. Good point was the staff are friendly and helpfull. We stayed for 7 nights only had hot water twice. Shower was waist hight, so difficult to use and dirty. Needs to be upgraded asap. We went all inclusive, my goodness, did it get boring. Same food over and over again. With only slight changes. Had the same pudding lunch and dinner for 7 days! This place deserves a much higher rating, it was a lovely place to stay, food was nice, the rooms where clean and where maintained everyday all with a balcony or porch area. there was a shuttle to the beach and the staff where lovely The only semi issues where that cocktails where not included in the all inclusive (however they where rather cheap)

We really loved our stay here! The staff are all SO friendly, it really makes a difference so thank you. The location is great right next to the beach, close walk to Ierapetra which is a lovely town - not too busy with tourists. The food is varied and excellent, and lots to do in the day at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for: the positive and friendly staff, the cuisine, the location, and the many facilities for guests (such as free sunbeds). There were many different activities and evening events that helped us have fun. We had the opportunity to try many local delicious dishes - definitely a point for which to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent and the location was wonderful.

Amazing place. The pool and beach were spotless, staff were so friendly and accommodating. My sister and I are vegan and even managed to find a different dish every night we could eat, hot food as well as lots of salad and dips. Highly recommended :)
