The property is beautiful, loved the large windows that opened to the courtyard, beautiful courtyard and spiral staircase. However, the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs, sewage issues?? The breakfast was good , loved the honey comb display but food was often cold.

The only thing that let the property down was the lighting in the bathroom was very low and the shower was cramped with the roof beam running through it so i kept hitting my head other than that excellent and the staff were great.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise...

Beautiful location and ease of access. Unfortunately parking is hard if you organise a hire car. Amenities are beautiful and the welcome gifts and morning breakfast were great. Just off the main markets and plenty of fine dining options literally steps from the hotel.

Miscommunication about the parking was a bit of a problem but got sorted out eventually. The manager and staff’s hospitality made up for any inconvenience.

It's not a very big hotel, with six or seven floors and four or five rooms on each floor. The room faces the sea, the view is great, and I fall asleep every night listening to the sound of the waves. This is a small hotel and although its on the beach its not really a usable beach unless you walk a little further up. Dining area is nice overlooking the sea but nowhere near big enough. Domus Reis is amazing! I loved that the property keep many architectural and artful features from the previous palace. It is in the heart of old Hania. My family loved this hotel. Everything is 5-stars in my book. If I could give 10 stars, I would give it to the staff. One example of why I feel this was is that we had to depart at about 4:00am. They made sure we had breakfast boxes that we could take with us. They woke up early to make this happen. We were all touched by their caring service.

I spent 6 nights in this nice hotel in early September 2025. It is greatly located at the heart of Chania Old City. The room was very spatious with a big terrace. The owner and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope to come back again.

The hotel has an elevator in the back (so no need to worry about stairs with luggage), and the location is unbeatable—right across from the marina, steps to the beach...

The location is great, right by the port and minutes to the town center. I had a rental car and it was easy to park in the Port parking lot for 3 euro per day. The room is pretty big for us and we enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Many options, healthy and tasty. The room was comfortable but the washroom was tiny. The hotel is near the old town, about 5 minutes walking. But the area around the hotel was a little dirty and dark at night. It was tough to get to the hotel from the port by walking. I had to climb a long steep slope with a wheeled suitcase. The sidewalk...

We stayed for one night at Infinity city hotel to take our ferry the next morning. It was well located closed to the port and in the old town. The Hotel was all good, but our standard room was a bit small. Also the breakfast was OK, but not as good as what we have had in other hotels so why we gave 4 stars.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Breakfast has limited variety and choice. Bathroom is rather small. Room itself is quite spacious. Supermarket is nearby and hotel is close to city center.

This was my second stay at the Pepi Boutique Hotel, each time for a 2 week stay. This place is truly a slice of Paradise. Right in the middle of the old town, walking distance to all the fab restaurants. Most comfortable room. So clean. The staff is the best and will ensure that your stay is as you wish it to be. Best Boutique Hotel This was my favorite boutique hotel, and hotel in general, I've ever stayed in. It's like a little oasis in heaven when you turn off of busy Old Town Rethymno.
