Harma Boutique Hotel in Hersonissos

Great property have stayed there 3 times now and found it to be a good base near to every thing sea restaurants shops bars transport can’t fault it staff are lovely very friendly and helpful

This hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the airport, the cost is 45€ per route. We booked the shuttle service from the hotel because we arrived late at night. The driver was a young man, very helpful and meanwhile driving he was explaining us the city. The hotel is half board with breakfast and dinner. Even though we did the check-in very late, they offered us the dinner, some delicious food and desserts. Mr. Manos, the man in the front desk who welcomed us, was very polite, he explained carefully every detail, what was included etc. The hotel has different buildings, but we had our room in the main building. It is located in a very calm area. Room was cleaned, comfy and delightful. A pool is located in front of the main building, they give you free towels and you can change them every 3 or 4 days. The area close to the pool is very nice and comfortable. A bar is located close to the pool, they have a menu for snack and drinks, the prices are very economic and the quality is very good. Zaharia, the man who works during the day time is very kind and helpful. His cocktails were great. Pool time is from 10.00-18.00. They have a gym also that requires reservation. Breakfast is the same everyday but it has a lot of varieties, orange juice was good and the fruit yoghurt also. They ask you if you have any allergies. The kitchen team is great, they did an excellent job, we stayed there 7 days and every dinner was different, one night chinese, mexican, greek, italian, etc. You can choose to eat your meal inside, in the restaurant or close by the pool. They also serve drinks (with payment) during dinner time and after. Big thanks to the special barman Ben and Alkeo. Two amazing boys who work there, taking care of anyone's needs with a big smile and an excellent behaviour. In Crete everyone love cats, so you can find them everywhere, they stay around the pool during the day, but they don't bother anyone so it's okay. We were very pleased by the hotel, the service and the staff but they should work a little bit more on the room cleaning. It is said that they change the bathroom towels everyday and the linens every 3 days. Some of them were not changed but as we spoke to Veronika, the girl at the front desk who is also very polite and helpful, a misunderstanding was made and after the room was cleaned. We really enjoyed our experience in Harma boutique hotel and we recommend the vacations there during September because you will enjoy everything.

Dinner variations were really good but breakfast was repetitive. Room was nice and had a big balcony. Bathroom light was very dim which i didn’t like. Also the information letter says breakfast until 11 but actually it’s until 10:30, so keep that in mind if you’re staying there. Waiting staff were nice and polite. The pool area was cozy and nice place to kill time.

A really nice, modern hotel.
The hotel is not far from the promenade or the shopping street, with a supermarket just a 2–3 minute walk away.
The room was modern and clean, and the service was excellent we received fresh towels every day, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily. (Thank you for your great work!)

The pool area is located right in front of the main building. Although it’s small, it’s spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a lovely, modern bar offering good food, great drinks, and very fair prices.
The staff working there, especially the bartenders, were incredibly friendly, always polite, helpful, and clearly dedicated to doing a great job.

As for the food, what can we say? Just compliments! The kitchen team clearly puts a lot of care and love into every dish. Every evening featured a different dinner theme, from Italian nights to Asian-style buffets, there was something for everyone.
Compliments to the chefs and kitchen staff, as well as the restaurant team, for such delicious meals and thoughtful service.

From the hotel manager to the receptionists, especially Victoria, who welcomed us on our first day, everyone truly understands that when you're on holiday, you're looking for more than just a clean room, good service, and tasty food. They go above and beyond to make your stay truly unforgettable.

That’s exactly how our experience at this hotel was, unforgettable.

We stayed at this hotel 7 nights and it was great. It is very close to the city beaches, very close to bars, supermarkets and bus station.
The room was spacious and clean. Cleanig service every day.
We had breakfast and dinner in our booking and the food was delicious. Continental breakfast with many options available and great dinners that were different every evening.
Hotel staff were very friendly, helpfull and professional.

The rooms are very clean and the receptionist are always friendly. The buffet has the perfect size and everyday theres another food theme. For example today we have italian kitchem and tomorrow asian.
