Listed as a four-star, but more like a three. It was okay overall, but could’ve been better. Cleanliness was alright. The food wasn’t great — pretty disappointing, to be honest. The area around was fine, just not much going on

All round good service but had problems with the A/C, bunk beds were slack and flimsy, food was a bit canteen ish and not a great choice, add more alcohol to the all inclusive list because what you have is not much and fix your slides because where they join together needs to be filled as there like a cheese grater when you go over them. Just got back from our trip and we had a great time. Our experience here was wonderful. The food is amazing, we ate a lot every day, desserts were great too. There is an open bar + ice cream bar as well. The weather was so nice, even in October, very sunny and warm. We spent a lot of time at the beach / in the pool. Rooms were clean, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

This is the second time I have been here and both times we loved it. The people here are extremely kind, friendly and helpful, the rooms are great and well situated and the food is amazing a d very varied. I highly recommeend even with kids, they have animators and activities, pool, anything you might want or need. And the massage was the best I have ever had.

We spent a week at Atali Grand Resort in Bali at the end of October. The staff was great, the food delicious and the weather amazing 😋😍

Well i'm not impressed from this resort! ,up on arrival was supposed to be picked up from the hotel we needed to get cap from the airport to the hotel at 1 am in the morning….plus the property has no sand beaches only rocks around and swimming pool over crowded we walk a mile to the nice beaches!!! Other than that everything was good plenty of food home made friendly staff easy to communicate!!!

My daughter and I had such a good experience with this hotel. The staff was spot on and the food was wonderful. The view from my balcony was gorgeous. If we ate outside the hotel, The gentleman who worked at the entrance by the gate gave us some good options to choose from. I would def stay again and do recommend it.

Great view from the room, super friendly staff from reeption through husekeeping till the restaurnt staff everyone was very kind and helpful. The food optios are great and the food is always fresh, the chef is there to assist with allergies or food intolarences. Upon request early breakfast and lunch basket is available. Maybe the pool could be opened earlier than 9am.

Brilliant Absolutely amazing management staff

At the end of August, my wife and I organized a wedding in Crete. We accommodated all our guests in the Horizon hotel, which was a hit. Everyone was very satisfied. The reception staff were very helpful, the cleaning team was thorough. The food was always tasty and fresh. I recommend it wholeheartedly. hearts. Hotel worth the price. Spectacular view.

I can’t speak positively enough about this hotel. We came as a family of 4 with a 4 year old and a 20 month old and everything about the hotel is so carefully thought about and children are really really well considered.
