This place looks the part and the rooms are nice. However, the food whilst it looks good is just kind of bland and the service in the bar very poor with waiters who clearly would rather be somewhere else. Incredibly loud entertainment and fitness events in the main pool were just awful if you want to relax.

The area of gouves is relatively quiet but that was perfect for this break. Would definitely return. Only complaint is the towels on every sunbed with no one to be seen. Overall a great stay. The room was a bit small, no coffee service in the room. Booked the Superior Bungalow Sea View - we were pretty far back from the ocean. There were bungalows right along the beach area so not sure what the difference was. Otherwise the stay was great - excellent breakfast, staff was top notch.
