Everything was incredible from the moment we arrived. Early check in was available, the team arranged parking for our car. Excellent location, staff super helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy with twice a day room service. Only down side was TV didn't work for 4 days despite being brought to house keeping attention which minor but not a true 4 / 5 star service. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Immaculate hotel with large spacious rooms. Lovely balcony with a sea view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a’la carte and was delicious. Makes a lovely change from a buffet. Staff were all extremely friendly and always helpful.

This is the worst hotel in Greece from Athens all the way to Heraklion in Crete to Chania. If you were in a three-star hotel for 1,000 a night, I would think you were pretty good, but if you said that you were in a five-star hotel for 2,400 a night, I would find it ridiculous. The first thing we did during our stay was a little unpleasant, but our Ctrip butler Jin Lei followed up and solved the problem. Thank you very much! Georgia, the front desk clerk at the hotel, also gave us a lot of help and warm service. This vacation ended successfully. Hilton is a good choice.

The views are priceless, the location to everything is convenient, the staff goes above & beyond to make sure you have everything you need and your stay is exceptional. We stayed in History! The original stonework was kept when rebuilt. Stayed in the mosaic suite, absolutely stunning, big shower, very comfortable bed ( queen +) Double glazed windows so you don't hear the night life. We spend two special night here. The rooms were well designed, the breakfast was superb, and the service was flawless. Great location in the heart of the old town, we were very happy with the large room with mezzanine bedroom and private terrace as well as a smart tv (not that we watched much) was great to connect to for music/news etc in the evenings.
