You absolutely must book this hotel for the unforgettable panorama and the exceptionally friendly staff, who truly go above and beyond to make your stay fantastic! We stayed in a Panorama Blue room, which also gave us access to the bar and the second swimming pool

The hotel had a lovely relaxed feel to it and meal times were all the better for this. The food was of a high quality and varied through the week we stayed. The quality and variety of meat dishes in particular was noted

I do have an issue with noises, due to neurodiversity, so it probably affected me more than it would have done others. There’s not a lot that can be done about this issue though, as Panorama have no control over it

We traveled in October, so it was relatively quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and dinner was buffet-style. Not everything was perfect, but there was plenty of choice

Clean pool areas, no fighting for sun loungers at any point through the day, very relaxed atmosphere Absolutely breathtaking views, the location is just something else

Reception staff were able to answer all questions, provide everything we needed and were able to book a table in a local taverna with a taxi booking to get us there

Had dinner both nights at the restaurant and can’t fault the food, my chef partner loved everything on the menu. Staff were so attentive and lovely

Good location if you’re looking for somewhere slightly out of town, a little quieter. Only a 20ish minute walk into old town

Chania, Crete Loved The Tanneries Spa and Resort. Amazing room, jacuzzi, steam shower, complimentary sparkling wine, complimentary breakfast…so many positives that it’s hard to list them all

Incredible experience in this lovely hotel in Chania. Everything was perfect, from the service to the restaurant.

Our stay at The Tanneries was exceptional. The property is gorgeous and modern yet fitting the historical surroundings, the rooms are also very modern and lovely with immediate proximity/ views to the water

Then the next day the reception staff went out of their way to help when my colleague was not feeling well. I can’t say enough about The Tanneries hotel and how they go out of their way for guests

Everything about our stay was superb - the room, the service (morning breakfast & room cleaning) and especially the front desk personnel and their very personalized attention to our requests for information, advice and assistance

Words truly cannot describe how much I loved our stay at Monastery Estate Venetian Harbor in Chania. It’s the perfect place to stay right in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by charming shops and incredible food

We were only in Chania for three days, but I would have gladly stayed longer just because of them. Thank you, Maria and Vaggelis, for making our honeymoon as magical as it was. We can’t wait to return one day!

Every time my husband and I came downstairs, one of them would greet us with a warm smile and friendly conversation. They recommended the best restaurants in town and made us feel instantly at home

What truly made our experience unforgettable though, were the two concierges, Maria and Vaggelis. They were the most accommodating, kind, and genuinely sincere hotel staff I have ever encountered

Our room was spotless and beautifully designed, featuring a cozy bathtub and a lovely private outdoor area with a hot tub, such a relaxing touch

The location is very convenient, it took us about 30 minutes, leisurely walk, to get to the Old Venetian Port, were you'll find lots of restaurants and shops. A couple of small supermarkets are just a block away

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I stayed for 4 nights, with the last night in the suite. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and kept spotless thanks to frequent cleaning

Excellent! The 24 hour staff provided us with helpful guidance with anything we requested or needed. We may opt for an ocean view next time and request a fan in the room. The rooms are clean and very modern

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was large and nicely decorated, and had air conditioning. Staff at the desk were super helpful and directed us to the best pita gyros I've had in a long time

Clean, good condition and friendly staff. The location is very central but at the same time quiet. We went during the low season so might have been lucky regarding that as well

I also enjoyed the spa — the Swedish massage I tried was incredibly relaxing. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to everything, making it easy to explore the area

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, clean pools, scenic view to the sea, good breakfast (buffet), perfect place to stay some days and relax. Only the bathrooms are not good enough for this kind of hotel standard

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is absolutely fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk to a beautiful beach, and the hotel itself is right on the ocean, so the views and atmosphere are amazing

Reception team can also help with arranging excursions and car rental (however, we rented a car from Golden Wheel from across road and it was very convenient for us) The hotel has secure gated parking available for guests

Garden and hotel grounds: Beautiful garden, grounds were maintained and cleaned every day. Beach towels provided free of charge. Location is great, just a few minutes away from Chania and some great sandy beaches

We arrived end of season with a baby and child. The weather was amazing (some days a little windy)- but due to the hotels great location we could walk to the beach within 3-4 mins or take the bus to Chania

The hotel had a lovely bar overlooking the sea, as well as 2 swimming pools and plenty of sun loungers. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chania

Small beach at the bottom of hotel steps and 4 mins to Neo Chora Food was great. Cereal, toast, fruit,yoghurt hot food selection and many cakes or cookies

The hotel is basic but the staff really make a difference, pleasant and friendly- nothing is too much trouble. They’re lovely! An ample breakfast is served in the morning, with great views to start the day

The breakfast choices were delicious and plentiful. Everything was within walking distance (Nea Chora literally minutes away and easily travelled to by foot or a short cab right away

Our experience at Klinakis was beyond amazing. First and foremost the staff (Konstantina, Raphaella, Maria, Katerina, Yota and all) were kind, helpful and so warm and welcoming

We stayed in a first floor family room. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 4 people and luggage. There is an elevator in addition to stairs to reach the rooms

We did not have a sea view room, but the hotel terrace and lounge provided space to enjoy unobstructed, wide sea views. The hotel has a great location on the beach

Perfect location for Old Town, but also only 10 - 15 mjns walk to the beach. All staff were friendly and helped with advice on local matters. Maria was particularly helpful

Beautiful location on a gorgeous little street in the old town. Breakfast was home made and tasty and the owner was extremely lovely. We only stayed for one night but would have loved to have stayed longer

Balcony overlooked oldctiwn and was a great place to sit and soak up the atmosphere (we had room 9). Fabulous roof terraces, and beautiful courtyard for breakfast

If you were in a three-star hotel for 1,000 a night, I would think you were pretty good, but if you said that you were in a five-star hotel for 2,400 a night, I would find it ridiculous

Great spot ! Would recommend Super sweet staff and reception (very knowledgeable and always willing to help with any request) ! The included breakfast is spectacular and has a lot of choices to pick from the night before ! The highlight was however the impeccable view of all of Chania from our room and sunset ! Very glad we stayed there on our honey moon !

This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well

The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well

We spend two special night here. The rooms were well designed, the breakfast was superb, and the service was flawless. Was also very nice to have our own private pool with a view out over the city and lighthouse

AN INCREDIBLY PLACE, CLEAL AND WELL PUT TOGETHER. CHARMING STAFF. I WAS A LITTLE CONFUSED BY THE BREAKFAST, 1 CHOICE CARD FOR TWO PEOPLE? WHAT CAME WAS NICE BUT NOT AS EXPECTED.
