Chania Town, Ioannou Paizi 36 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Very nice hotel, clean, with big rooms.
Room service is great, every day they refill our coffees. We can ask them to refill our water containers, thus saving plastic bottles.
The staff is amazing, always smiling and nice.
It has a huge pool overooking Chania town and a nice gym. We couldn't use the pool, as it was winter, but the gym we liked a lot.
You better have a car to move around, but they also...
The entire hotel aesthetics frln the room and restuarant to the hallways. Staff are very friendly and the shuttle service provided was class.
Modern hotel with clean rooms and well-maintained bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent, offering panoramic views of Chania from the dining area. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a non-alcoholic drink. The free hotel shuttle is very convenient (just coordinate the time with the host). The property also features a nice outdoor pool and a useful self-service laundry, free except for detergent capsules
Nice hotel, a little bit out from the old town however there is a mini bus that is put on for guests every half an hour at no extra cost (pick up & drop off). Great view from the hotel and is peaceful all the time.
Breakfast options are good with a varied selection. The evening meals here were very nice (the beef ragu is worth mentioning as it was delicious even though the portion size was a little...
From beginning to end our stay was truly amazing
The staff especially Maria and Nikos on reception were so so friendly and helpful
Gorjuss hotel fantastic complimentary mini bus into town And back

I’m reluctant to leave a fabulous review as everyone will want to go there! It was our 4th visit to the hotel & it never fails to deliver on excellence, the staff are amazingly friendly & professional, nothing is too much trouble for them. The food in the restaurant is superb & the views over to the ocean are stunning, the nightly sunsets are priceless, love it there.

We stayed here as part of a group of 18. We had been told that we would get upgraded rooms. But when we checked in, they were standard. And the hotel was full. Hard to make excuses as we booked the trip in November almost a year before.
The hotel is clean, large, and ordinary. Very much like the box hotels you would find in the United States.
They have elevators.
Location is good.
Our room was very...
Very nice hotel, good location and an excellent coffee wirh the breakfast! The only downside is that the room doors did not have soft closers and a lot of the guests sadly slammed them so it was had to sleep past 7.30am.
Kriti hotel and staff service was exceptional! We hosted a small group for a week at the property and everything was so smooth. Guest rooms were clean and exactly what they promised, the pool side breakfast and pool area was wonderful and quiet. The meeting space was perfect and the location was so convenient, we could walk everywhere. A huge shout out to Yvonne, Georgios and all the front desk staff...
We stayed here last year and when we needed another night in Chania before joining a trip it was the obvious place to come. As before, we were made very welcome at Reception as we arrived even later than we had said. The room and breakfast were as good as we remembered.
I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect- you can walk to many areas, and I only needed a taxi to and from the airport. The rooms were impressively quiet; I never heard my neighbors once. The pool was lovely, and breakfast was delicious with a nice variety, plus it stayed open late, which was a great surprise if you want to sleep in.
The staff really stood out- they were incredibly helpful...
Love, love, love it! My third stay, never disappoints!

Comfortable and clean. Great breakfast as well!
Unforgettable
This was my 3rd time stating at the aEl Greco hotel and I was pleasantly wowed by thr renovation that was undertaken since my last visit. The hotel maintains its Cretan charm and pride with modern and well-maintained amenities and excellent service from all the staff. I look forward to my return!
1) This is very nice and new hotel.
2) Everything is perfect. From the room's heater/AC. Very quiet and modern. Bathroom shower, everything is perfect.
3) if I could rate the whole hotel, will give 6 stars.
4) Location is very good
Nice staff, great breakfast which you can enjoy outside and nice confortable rooms. The staff was very welcoming and helpful The breakfast was quite tasty and fresh The price also I find quite cheap for 5 nights that we stayed Overall very nice hotel, with nice rooms and location Would recommend
Great location in Chania. Wonderful complimentary buffet breakfast!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is absolutely fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk to a beautiful beach, and the hotel itself is right on the ocean, so the views and atmosphere are amazing. There’s also a really nice on‑site restaurant, along with other nearby restaurants.
The room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated having a small kitchen. The air...
An absolute gem. The private beach is much nicer than the photos, perfect for snorkelling, the two pools are great and all the amenities kept in great condition. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff always friendly. It’s probably the best hotel anywhere near this price, fully recommend!
We arrived end of season with a baby and child. The weather was amazing (some days a little windy)- but due to the hotels great location we could walk to the beach within 3-4 mins or take the bus to Chania.
The service and openness of all staff is spot on and we have throughly enjoyed it.
Looking forward to coming back next season.
We are a repeat customer to corinna mare suits and studios. The facility is always clean and taken good care of, there is a beach neaby 2min walk. You can find everything you need here, spoons, forks, cooking utensils, cooking pots and pans a fridge and a stove, kettle and cupps wine glass and mugs. Toaster and salad bowls and pasta strainer. Extra bedding and safe box. I am very please and comfortable...
Had a lovely stay at Corinna Mare. The location was ideal, with great views of the sea and good transport links to both Chania town and beaches. The room was basic but clean and contained everything we needed, including a kettle, cooking facilities, an ironing board, etc. The hotel had a lovely bar overlooking the sea, as well as 2 swimming pools and plenty of sun loungers. Stunning. We had one of our best holidays here, the pool area overlooking the beach is just beautiful, with an infinity pool that was really quiet throughout our stay. Perfectly located hotel for a Chania City experience. Beside a great café and walking distance to the port and bus station. A very nice breakfast as part of the stay as well.
The hotel was well located. The staff were charming and helpful and the room was simple, but clean and comfortable.
Great property, walkable with lots of dining options. Close proximity to beach and shopping. Public bus station less than 10 minute walk.

Our go-to hotel for stays in Chania; well maintained hotel with comfortable clean rooms, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast service with eggs etc cooked to order as well as an excellent cold buffet selection.
Porto Veneziano Hotel is right in front of harbor. Our hotel balcony has beautiful harbor view. The breakfast was excellent with different choices. The staff is a bit laid back. Although there are restaurants outside the hotel, the hotel location is 10-15 minutes walkable to the center area with shopping and restaurants. still close distance.
Our stay at Porto Veneziano was great! The location was convenient, many restaurants within walking distance, and the staff were helpful in making reservations.
The Hotel Porto Veneziano is by far one of the best locations for Chania. The view from our 3rd floor balcony was amazing. Perfect for a glass of wine and the view in the evening. Amazing location, room condition and staff. Very helpful. Great breakfast. Great air conditioning and balcony. My only issue was the scent from the cleaning products.
We had a corner room with a balcony on both sides overlooking the busy restaurant and shopping area below. The room was larger than we expected. The only negative was that there was a step up into the bathroom, which we had to keep reminding ourselves of, especially at night.
The front of house staff where excellent always helpful with with anything I needed and the excursions they booked for me where amazing and informative. Great location in the heart of Chania. Clean and spacious room with large balcony, staff very friendly and helpful.
A wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. I had just been discharged from the local hospital and booked this hotel very late at night and arrived approximately 10pm. The room was spacious and clean. We booked a triple. The service excellent, staff very friendly and helpful especially the gentleman in the evening went out of his way to help us with everything. Location superb. Highly recommended. Thank yo. Hope to be back.
I had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and spacious room with a nice balcony. The reception was always friendly and adapted very well to my requests. I can definitely recommend this place to stay in Chania!
All in all, a good hotel, although quite expensive. Breakfast was served in a paper bag, with only three options to choose from (which we weren't given anyway), and it was carbohydrate-heavy, not bad in itself, but monotonous. The room was very noisy, and we couldn't stand the air conditioning, so we decided to sleep with the window open.
Good location in the edge of the old town. Strange entrance where you have to climb upstairs in order to get the elevator. Weird disabled lift where you have to climb over the metal bannister to get the lift.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. The only reason I could not give 5 stars is because the Wi-Fi is very spotty and slow.

A very decent hotel within walking distance from the old town (and it's super close to the archeological museum). The interior looks classy and comfy at the same time. My room was very clean and there was a nice welcome gift waiting for me (loukoumi with some local raki). Breakfast was ok smorgasbord style with a rather standard selection of cereals, cold cuts and cheese.
This is a beautiful hotel immaculately clean. The staff were lovely from the reception staff to the cleaner to breakfast staff.

Great hotel!! Friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous sea side views and perfect pen balconies to feel the sea breeze. The room we got was nice with a comfy bed with perhaps too many pillows. 😂 Room was a bit dated, but includes all you need: iron, coffee machine, hairdryer, etc. Bathroom was clean.
Service was excellent throughout.
Rooms were very pretty. Super high ceilings, great double glazing, comfy bed, nice shower. View over the square where Agios Nikolaos is. This is in a busy part of the old town, so take that into consideration if you are looking for something really quiet - it is not. The cafe next door had 3 great live music gigs in a row, they would stop at 11.00pm. Everyone very nice and polite. Would stay here...
very nice hotel, I can only recommend it

Chania Town, Sali Helidonaki 14 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The view from our windows over the curving harbour of Chania was outstanding! Many photos were taken of the water and shore sites and activities of this beautiful scene!
Georgio and Teresa were wonderful hosts. Georgio helped us up to the top floor with our heavy luggage and then spent quite a bit of time describing best restaurants for various meals and times day. He is quite proud of Chania and...
The view of the sea and the Venetian Port from my room was excellent. The location in the old town is convenient and charming, as is the hotel itself. My only caveat about the Helena is its lack of an elevator - it's a rare hotel in the old town that has one. The same is true in the old towns in other Cretan cities. If mobility is an issue request a room on a lower floor. If you have a car parking...
Wonderful stay, great view. Will be back.
Lovely staff and cute little hotel right in the middle of the old town. In a very picturesque walk way.
It’s a little dated and has very tiny rooms with even tinier bathrooms with a little personal shower. Not ideal for two. If you have a large suitcase good luck finding space for it
This hotel was absolutely amazing! George gave us great recommendations and was always ready to help us out. The hotel location is perfect, situated in Old Town Chania, walkable at night, clean room, and very safe. Thank you so much George we will definitely be back
Selena and Jonathan
Had a top floor room with a view to die for, close to the harbour quite rustic with modern bathroom. Booking direct was easy with assistance / advice on parking and an early check in, rapid response to a few emails. Warned prior that there was no lift but had assistance with bags etc. Service wise, for our stay of a couple of nights George was a mine of information and assistance, very much appreciated
