I stayed at this hostel for one night during a music festival, and I had a really positive experience. The room was clean, the staff were very polite and helpful, and they even provided me with an extra blanket when I asked. The location is excellent—right next to the bus stop, just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach, and close to the city center. The room had a proper renovation, the air conditioning...

Staff and guests were incredible and hospitable, made the experience one of my favourites at any stay!!! And the pool was lovely

excellent hostel, friendly people run by young people, they organise evenings such as eating out or pub crawls, etc. you can get a private room with a double bed and nice AC, there is a mini fridge, and right next to the bus stop if you are coming from heraklion bus station, you will have to change buses halfway through however

Decent, could use some renovation as well as more accurate cleaning. Volunteer staff are super friendly and helpful! Bed bugs in my bed (maybe I was unlucky).

We agreed with some more people/guests that a year ago it was better. The hostel needs a proper maintenance and cleaning, if not a renovation. There's so much work but noone to do that job.

I like the vibe of this place, dont really like staying in hostels but in this one even for several days, went there several times over the last few years. Its located in really nice neighborhood, not far from city center and girls who work there are always polite and ready to help, they can give you tips about everything regarding local attractions. Its always fairly clean as well.

We booked a double standard room with was stunning! The interior decoration as well as the exterior, we’re just beautiful! The room was really clean! I was expecting a hostel but it’s not a hostel! It’s a really nice boutique hotel with minimal decoration and amazing amenities! I’d definitely visit it again! Thank you

The hotel is super nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside of the stay were the bathrooms, they are not divided by gender and the showers are way too little considering you must take everything with you. But that would be the only thing to improve, the hotel is beautiful and you will have for sure a great time here!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Private attached bathroom, and a separate toilet, with toiletries, and towels. Location is very central. The feel is more of a 5 star hotel, than a hostel! I don't need to say much. Just take a look at all the pictures I have taken the photos. Its without any edit. See them for yourself.

Great location, in the core position of Chania. The amenities are new and clean, and the room is tidy. Maybe it’s off season so I haven’t seen any staff either check in nor check out, but it’s not bad for me.

Enjoyed the stay at the hostel. The people (Volunteers) at the desk were very helpful. The rooftop is a good place to hangout and meet fellow travellers. Location is in close proximity to main shopping areas of Heraklion. Also has a 24 hour convenience store within a 5 minute walk. Overall, it was a very good experience.

First time staying in a hostel and my experience for the weekend was amazing! Everything's really clean, tidy, the staff is really polite and helpful and I had the pleasure of having really good roommates and neighbors! It's close to the city centre so I definitely recommend it!

We stayed here with 4kids aged from 7 to 18. The apartments are ideally located -supermarket and car hire opposite, cocktail bar and cafe nearby and both main beaches 300m away. It takes about 5 minutes to walk down to the main beach and tavernas. The apartments are a generous size, fully equipped and comfortable-met our needs completely. The apartment block, although well taken care of, was a bit old fashioned. We stayed there for a night and we were asked to pay upfront. The apartment was clean, well equipped, big, with cooking appliances and a new clotheshorse. Getting to the breakfast, it was very poor with minimum choices. I think they can do better :) All and all a nice stay and friendly staff, but not that much value for money

We stayed there for 7 days in the month of August 2022 as a travelling family of 5 person. Needed an extra room for a week and this place was basic but fine. Room cleaned 4 times in 7 nights, right on the coast. Would recommend if you are ok with basic no frills, of you want something for the family it will disappoint. Swimming pool was fine, place was quiet.

Cheap hotel, so don't expect much, but it's clean and dining place is located 20m from sea so you can enjoy seaview while eating brekfast! If you would like to take a walk 400m west you can find huge and almost empty beach!

We have a fabulous time at Bellos for our week's holiday in early October. We had studio no. 25 and it was perfectly fine. Liked the fact that you had a big fridge with a freezer section. Had everything we needed, close to amenities I'd stay again

The hotel owner and the staff were very attentive and kind. The room was quite clean and was cleaned every day. It was close to everywhere, and we didn’t have any issues with transportation. We will definitely choose this place again for our next visit.

We appreciated the wide check-in time and the very pleasant welcome. The accommodation was very clean and as described. However, for the first night, we were downgraded, but since we arrived at night and were so tired, it wasn't too much of a problem. The hotel is well located for visiting the surrounding area and is only 30 minutes from the airport.

Family hotel with amazing service

Tidy, cozy, pleasant, not the most modern, but perfect value for money. The hotel has its own beach, the sea is clean and very warm (August). The pool is also clean. The staff is very kind and friendly. Maybe a mistake: wifi is very weak.

For families on a budget (or who dont want to vaste money on a fancy place) this is a nice place. Simple, but clean. Give it 4 star due to what you get for the price.. its definitly not a 4 star hotel.

Excellent apartments, depending on their location within the hotel. Large rooms with convenient layouts. Self-catering amenities are available. There's a large supermarket just across the street, and the sea is a 7-10-minute walk away with good access. There's another inexpensive supermarket on the way to the beach. The sea is very warm and clear.

There are shops and stalls nearby, and a fishmonger nearby (they have the freshest seafood). Ignore all the other reviews Our stay at Litsa was perfect. It was a few minute walk to Old Town and 10 min ish to midtown where night life is. The rooms were comfortable and fulfilled basic needs. You get what you paid for. The two hosts are amazing and kind to talk to.
