When I arrived, I was left standing at the door with my suitcases; there was no one inside. I waited for an hour and tried to hotel but couldn't. I wrote to Trip, and then they contacted me and I had them open the door, but unfortunately I had to wait in the cold and I got cold. Two hours later, an employee opened the door and didn't say a word, didn't apologize, or do anything else. I asked for cleaning, but that didn't happen either. When I entered the room, it was freezing cold. There was no one at the reception. I managed to get their WhatsApp number with great difficulty and contacted them through there. It's surprising they received such a high rating. Would I choose them again? No, I wouldn't.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Private attached bathroom, and a separate toilet, with toiletries, and towels.
Location is very central. The feel is more of a 5 star hotel, than a hostel!
I don't need to say much. Just take a look at all the pictures I have taken the photos. Its without any edit. See them for yourself.

Great location, in the core position of Chania. The amenities are new and clean, and the room is tidy. Maybe it’s off season so I haven’t seen any staff either check in nor check out, but it’s not bad for me.

Very clean, spacious kitchen with enough of refrigerator space, no phone/personal item organization shelf or hanging closets around the bed space. Within walking distance to nearby beach and old town of Chania. The first three days I was bothered by the street noises, which is unavoidable being in the city at times unless the sounds proof is well installed, otherwise it is a great place as a base to explore around.
