The hotel is in a great location, 19 minutes from the airport. The room was OK. The bathroom was small for our family of four. The buffet restaurant was average, and the food was pretty much the same every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a perfect beach hotel apartment. The pool areas are very nice and quiet. The food service is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is conveniently located next to all the shops and restaurants. It was the perfect location for our first trip to Agia Pelagia.

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape a lot. A very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The appartment had everything we needed. Beach and restaurants all within walking distance. Pool was great and the staff was very helpful. Cocktails were amazing too. The SPA facilities are a plus. Prices are reasonable. Free parking was a great bonus as well. It was an amazing experience, the people are really nice. The treatements do wonders. I got helped so well by Evdokia and found what suited me, and got my amazing massages from Ioanna. When I come back to Rethimno I Will come here again.

Staying at the hotel for the second time we realized that is still a great hotel with some ups and downs. Ups: Service, location, pool, spacious room with kitchen and very friendly staff. Downs: The spa treatment are too expensive ( double the price of a regular treatment), coffee at breakfast is a disappointment and the beds are rather soft. Still worth going there but be aware of the downs.

This hotel has been a really good experience. The best hotel I have been to in a long time. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The food is extremely delicious, and there is a barbecue on some days. The hygiene is 10/10 and there is nothing to put a finger on. Me and my boyfriend will visit this hotel again at any time. Just returned home from a week on our honeymoon. We stayed in an Aqua marine suite with a sea view. Room was spotless, staff very friendly on arrival. But no recognition they we were staying for our honeymoon, even though our travel agent advised them beforehand. So a bit disappointed. Also we had asked for a sunny balcony. But no sun whatsoever. Stayed here for 2 weeks in July. Lovely spacious rooms, great air con, fab shower, room cleaned every day to a high standard. Really nice, modern hotel. Immaculate, good facilities. pool was a bit too cold for me, the sea is a 5 minute stroll away, that was fantastic. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Gluten free and Lactose free options were no problem at all. Relaxing and enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and a very comfortable and roomy bed. We stayed here in August as a family of four and absolutely loved it! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was perfect — close to the beach and local restaurants.
