Loved staying here,would highly recommend if you want peace and quiet,hosts were fab, would recommend hiring a car as you are high up in the hills if you want to venture out, the marina is close by where there are lots of places to eat and shop, will definitely stay here again 🙂

What an amazing place. You could not fault it. We had a lovely stay, quiet and peaceful. The views were stunning. The host Ilias was extremely welcoming and very helpful. Prepare for hills and farely steep to the villas but taxi service was brilliant unless you hire a car. We would definately go again.

Nice room with really cold floor but really hot water. Great location, make sure pay attention for check in details, or you’ll end up wandering around in circles looking for entrance and reception. Noise from street will disturb a light sleeper, but comfortable bed will compensate.

If you have a car and traveling with luggage, this hotel is not for you. Finding a parking is very hard. The hotel advertised "free off-site parking" is a lie. They are referring to the city public parking. I recommend ******* to have them change that. We wouldn't booked that hotel knowing that. Our room had a wood seeling. Very noisy. One plus for the hotel is its location.

We had a rom at the ground floor. We heard every step and everything from the room over us on the next floor. Not much sleep ...

The accommodation was perfect! Very close to the central bus station for cheap trips to the beach if desired. My accommodation was right at the old city’s centre and it was lovely. A bit noisy at night as there are singers that perform on the streets but that stops around 11 pm. The hotel staff were always present and very accommodating and nice. Would highly recommend!

Will Definitely Stay Again The staff were all very friendly and plenty of them speak English. The condition of the room was fanatic! Even though the building is very old, since it’s located in the center of “Old Town Chania”, inside you’d swear you’re in a newly built luxury hotel. Very centrally located for walking everywhere!

The place is clean located in an area that is very convenient for shopping and dinning.

This was a good, clean hotel on the seaside road in the new town of Chania. The rooms themselves are very simple and maybe a little dated, but that's what you're paying for. You're a stone's throw away from the beach, cafes and tavernas and only a 15' walk to the old town.

Great location and very inexpensive. The rooms were nothing special and not the cleanest I've seen. However, you get what you pay for. I went with friends and we enjoyed the place for what it's worth. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful.

We had a very nice time here. The lady cleaned the floor in our room and bathroom every day. Towels and sheets were changed during the week. Beautiful view of the mountains, close to the beach, next to the Paradise taverna where you can eat deliciously. We recommend

Great views, maybe 15 mins from Main strip but some fantastic restaurants on the walk which are family owned and made our experience in Malia. Rooms are big and air conditioned, owners are friendly.

Economic prices,good location near beach,with helpful and obliging staff and owners.Basic but comfortable.I have stayed there many times before.

No doubt about it, this is a clear 5 stars. We stayed in the top floor room for 4 nights. We were surprised how big it was with not only a bed but a sofa. The outdoor terrace was also spacious. The bed was super comfy with luxury bedding. In the room was coffee maker with pods, kettle, hairdryer, fridge and a Television. The bathroom had a decent shower with toiletries provided. Stella's luxury Shalom apartments could be your perfect choice . Stylishly decorated, spacy and everything you might need during your stay there. The location is perfect, in the heart of the old town, surrounded by lovely restaurants and attractive local shops, The stuff very friendly and helpful . Highly recommended !

The room was fine, its a little old, but its in an old building. Also one of the best prices you can get for staying so central to everything. Keep in mind there will be noise until 2am at midnight or so. But really worth it if you want to stay central to everythin!

We had an excellent stay here. The room is quite big, has an air conditioning, a capsule coffee machine (the cleaning service makes sure you don’t run out of it, which was a pleasant surprise) and a fridge. The location was perfect. Near the hotel there are many places to eat a breakfast (we recommend the Phyllo restaurant) or buy you some sandwich. There is a plenty of space to park your car near...

Very nice and clean apartment. The only negative is the smell of dampness and noise from the street, which can be heard even with closed windows.

A beautiful restored Venetian villa in a quiet village with lovely traditional decoration. The breakfast is amazing. The owner, Linda is fantastic, warm,friendly and positive person.

Very friendly and cozy atmosphere at Linda's. You almost feel like at home. They prepare the breakfast by themselves fresh every morning (fresh orange juice, dacos etc). Very willing to help with anything you need (extra towels, tips about the area, taxi ordering...), flexible and opened.

Higly recommended! It's a very comfortable apartment, regardless of the purpose of your stay (perfect for relax, but also very good for remote work - good internet connection). Excellent place 3 minutes walk from sandy beach. Coffee shops, restaurants and supermarket 2 minutes drive. Clean and all the facilities you need. Like you never left home. Everything down to the small details. 5 star all round. Definitely we will back

I had the pleasure to stay at Manos Housing Units last summer and it was beyond expectations, this place feels like home. It was very clean and the housekeeper was gentle, polite and always willing in everything we asked. We will visit again this place for sure.

We loved this place because of the quiet location, but it is a little rural so a car/scooter is a neccessity. The apartments were spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool lovely and shared only with a few neighbours.

We enjoyed the location (although a bit far from the main road), because it was quiet and private, with a beautiful view. The rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. The garden is extremely well kept with various flowers and shrubs and the running water from the pool create a very relaxing atmosphere. All in all, it was a great experience, nearly perfect. Would book again in the future

Kirsten is a suerberb host. She makes welcoming atmosphere and in spacious and cosy Arethousa apartments you got this home like feeling. Moreover Pitsidia is way more fun to stay than Matala. Thanks for all recommendations, we really had an amazing stay thanks to you.

After a 2 year break we were again in the Aretoussa Pension. We found the room sparkling clean. This was cleaned regularly and stocked with fresh towels and fresh bed linen. On request, breakfast can be freshly prepared and served in the morning. Kerstin is always available and has an open ear for her guests. We relaxed very well during the week in Pitsidia and would go back in a heartbeat. Greetings...

Wonderfully located guesthouse in warm Pitsidia. The rooms are great, clean, have comfortable large beds, are air-conditioned and offer enough space (even if you don't spend much time in this wonderful area ;-)). Very cozy, small pension with super nice hosts. Location was great for us. We were able to explore the surrounding area on foot in the first week, and in the 2 weeks we had great excursions with a rental car.

So beautiful! We stayed in the Aretoussa holiday home with a very large terrace. The house was very clean, the decoration is very nice and immediately invites you to feel good. The trees on the terrace are already so big that they provide shade, but there is always a place for sun lovers, e.g. on one of the numerous balconies that offer enough space. Lovely place: breath-taking views, classy environment, but still very cosy. And the Lady of the house really looks after you. A minor caution: the stairs are the price you've got to pay for the view (i.e. not a place if your knees not in order) and the traffic below you makes some noise. But still, five stars, on our opinion.

Thank you so much Olga. You were really kind and helpful. We wished to stay there for ever. It is quite and comfortable. All we needed was there and the way down or up to Elounta and Aigios Nikolaos is easy. The view is breathtaking. A stay on the most beautiful island in europe at your place is perfect. We saw the other families having as much fun as we had. Bravo and efcharisto Olga.

Spectacular view, big appartments fully equiped with a barbecue outside. However, the road from agios Nikolaos to Elunda is not far and brings back to reality.
