Apartments in Crete

It was very spacious. Our apartment had 3 balconies, one of them was really big with two sunbeds. The apartment was only about 100 metres from the beach. Also the restaurants and shops are very close to it. The communication with the staff was very good.

Very nice and very clean. We would love to come back.

The hotel is in a great location, 19 minutes from the airport. The room was OK. The bathroom was small for our family of four. The buffet restaurant was average, and the food was pretty much the same every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has been a really good experience. The best hotel I have been to in a long time. The staff is very friendly and service minded. We relocated to this hotel because of M issue with the original one. We didn't have full money at the time because we were waiting on a refund. Staying at the hotel for the second time we realized that is still a great hotel with some ups and downs. Ups: Service, location, pool, spacious room with kitchen and very friendly staff. Downs: The spa treatment are too expensive ( double the price of a regular treatment), coffee at breakfast is a disappointment and the beds are rather soft. Just returned home from a week on our honeymoon. We stayed in an Aqua marine suite with a sea view. Room was spotless, staff very friendly on arrival. But no recognition they we were staying for our honeymoon, even though our travel agent advised them beforehand. So a bit disappointed. Also we had asked for a sunny balcony. But no sun whatsoever. We stayed here in August as a family of four and absolutely loved it! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was perfect — close to the beach and local restaurants.
