Literally the best hotel experience ever!!

The hotel is in a great location, 19 minutes from the airport. The room was OK. The bathroom was small for our family of four. The buffet restaurant was average, and the food was pretty much the same every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent splurge location for a couple. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of our trip and loved it. The service is great, breakfast is excellent with amazing views. Its a good location to get out and explore the area. I do recommend eating dinner elsewhere and I will review the Mom restaurant in another google review.

Great location, clean and relaxing hotel.

A Cretan Delight Minos Palace was simply excellent from the moment we checked-in thru to our departure. The rooms are immaculate, the restaurant areas amongst the best we’ve been to, the quality of cooking at the restaurants is world class. It’s an absolute gem.

For our first time in Greece we chose Creta Palm for our stay. We were only there for three nights I believe and chose the Bed and Breakfast option which we cannot complain about one bit. Modern hotel set on a the main drag that goes between Stalos & Agia Marina. We had a lovely holiday here in a resort that is small enough to feel that you get to experience the real Greece. The water park keeps the kids happy and happy kids means happy parents! It was a well kept hotel with all the amenities that we needed, we also felt welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. I would recommend this to others.

We had a really great stay at this hotel in Crete. The location is perfect, set in a beautiful area and still close to everything you need. The town is just a short walk away, which made it super easy to wander around, grab dinner, or enjoy a drink without having to think about transport. We relocated to this hotel because of M issue with the original one. We didn't have full money at the time because we were waiting on a refund. The manager was very understanding of our situation and we came to a mutual arrangement which lifted a lot of stress from us. It's very central to everything the bar and pools are very good. We had an amazing stay at Elounda Peninsula this past week! The hotel is in a really gorgeous area that feels set up like a small village. The rooms are so spacious and it had a fantastic view of the water. Staying at the hotel for the second time we realized that is still a great hotel with some ups and downs. Ups: Service, location, pool, spacious room with kitchen and very friendly staff. Downs: The spa treatment are too expensive ( double the price of a regular treatment), coffee at breakfast is a disappointment and the beds are rather soft. Still worth going there but be aware of the downs.

We recently just stayed at Matheo for a week in May and honestly we cannot fault it. On arrival they kindly upgraded our room to the suite and it was beautiful. Just returned home from a week on our honeymoon. We stayed in an Aqua marine suite with a sea view. Room was spotless, staff very friendly on arrival. Wonderful apartment with perfect sea view! The place itself looks very beautiful. Photos cannot describe it all. Great services and the staffs are very friendly. One thing is that the place is located uphill, but if you have a car or motorbike then it won't be a problem. Supermarket is about 20 minutes walk.

It was so cute. We had a two bedroom and small kitchen, right by the pool and a bar. On Friday night's they have a BBQ with music and Dancing, very authentic. Great breakfast. George the owner waited for us to arrive at 1AM and was very friendly. A problem in our room was sorted quickly. The apartment is spacious and better furnished than on other Greek islands. Walking to the old town and tavernas is worth it and we particularly liked Zachos.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in July. Lovely spacious rooms, great air con, fab shower, room cleaned every day to a high standard. Great pool area on the smaller side, but enough sunbeds, we would get a couple of beds when we came down for breakfast around 10 am. This hotel is rated 5 star but compared to many hotels we have stayed at, this is a 4 star at the most. 5 star price for a 4 star hotel which is frustrating when there other, better options nearby. Amazing stay all around but would call out the staff is fantastic lead by Dimitris, the daily breakfast in room, the comfort and cleanliness, the location, everything was perfection - stay here if you can.

Very nice location, the town here is so quaint & lovely. The room was great, bed comfortable and I was in love with the plunge pool. Short walk to the beach & the restaurant next door was great. The breakfasts delivered to your room were so good & presentation was the cutest. Parking on-site which was great.
