Amazing hotel! At first I was a bit worried about the bad weather but everything changed by my arrival! One of the most cleaned hotel with staff like family. One special mention for the tasty food and the kindness of the bar staff! Felt like home.

It was an amazing stay! 3 days of relaxation in a small quite hotel! The daily buffet was really tasty but the highlight of this hotel is the nice behaviour of the staff!

We booked this hotel for our honey moon and it has ticked every box, staff are amazing from the cleaners to the receptionist. The hotel is absolutely spotless the attention to detail is second to none, the pool is clean and very relaxing, cocktails are amazing especially made by Maria during the day or Carlos at night, breakfast there is a huge selection catering for every fussy eater, my only criticism...

Had the most amazing wild rose facial, back and head massage with Sofia. Left feeling brand new!

The stay at the hotel was very relaxing. The food is healthy and tasty. The staff is attentive and very friendly. Massages are also offered. I had a deep tissue massage with Sofia, which was excellent. Sofia carefully identified where my tension was and then massaged those areas very precisely. I would gladly come back again.

Sofia therapy massage is the best i ever had. She is very professional and kind and she recognises the pain/ problem immediately . You must make a reservation for her . I will thae her with me to my country

We stayed here in a suite. The hotel is great, the staff are extremely helpful and polite. We were out in a high floor suite, unfortunately my wife is disabled and can't climb stairs. We stayed for one week and we felt very good! All the staff was very polite and always smiling and ready to help. The rooms are very clean, the pool was nice even in october and the food was delicious and diverse.

I booked the Solimar Ruby Hotel direct with Jet2 and I think the site is a bit misleading because this looks like 2 hotels on one site; the Solimar and the Ruby Royal. We spent 5 nights here and didn't want to leave! The staff are so lovely and accommodating. The drinks and food are always available and are lovely. The cleaners always do an amazing job and are super friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, pools are well maintained and there are plenty of sunbeds. Cannot fault this place it's been perfect. We stayed at this hotel for a week and everything was great. The room was cleaned daily, the food was good, and the location was fantastic, right by the sea. We'd like to thank Ariadne for a wonderful week spent on beautiful Crete.

We had a good stay! However, you have to pay for the sun loungers at the pool. The staff is very, very friendly, except for the head waiter. Unfortunately, one waiter (George) is quite unfriendly and does not treat the guests well. The hotel is very clean, and the food is good.

Hey we had a great time. My daughter has coeliac disease. So gluten free. The chefs and catering staff did so much fir her. Everyday they made her fresh food. I will come back next year. I miss so much. Cold here.

stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury - I would highly recommend this place. Beautiful pool bar area served by the brilliant Christos

Lovely hotel to stay at. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and it is not so crowed like the those bigger resort/hotels. The staff were very friendly and the service was always done with a smile. It is located a street back from the beach which adds to the intimacy of the place. If you like the quiet and chill out feeling when on holidays, then this is a hotel to consider on the top of your list.

We stayed here in August as a family of four and absolutely loved it! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was perfect — close to the beach and local restaurants. We recently just stayed at Matheo for a week in May and honestly we cannot fault it. On arrival they kindly upgraded our room to the suite and it was beautiful. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They could not do enough for us, they were very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend and would 100% visit again.
