Overall a great stay. The room was a bit small, no coffee service in the room. Booked the Superior Bungalow Sea View - we were pretty far back from the ocean. There were bungalows right along the beach area so not sure what the difference was. Otherwise the stay was great - excellent breakfast, staff was top notch.

I am just rating this hotel very hight because of its service,environment and location. Food was delicious and I was always looking forward to it. Staff was so helpful,nice and still smiley. This place is absolutely amazing. The service is top draw. Everyone who works for Hotel Dessole is super friendly. The food here is very nice, the best I've had at an all inclusive. I would 100% return here in the future. The only thing i would say, would be maybe add a few more pool tables, and have a heated pool/jacuzzi. Had an amazing time here with my friends! Food was always great, location excellent, and the vibe as a whole is really welcoming. All the staff are lovely, especially the entertainment staff who we made friends with and the guy who works at the pool bar in the evenings who’s always smiling. We recently just stayed at Matheo for a week in May and honestly we cannot fault it. On arrival they kindly upgraded our room to the suite and it was beautiful. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They could not do enough for us, they were very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend and would 100% visit again.

One of the best hotels in Crete. Not only because the hotel is superbly maintained, the rooms are wonderful and the grounds are a little dream, but because the hotel has a good soul in Roger who is second to none! The hotel is great. The furnishings are modern and very clean. There are loungers available for each room on the beach. The two restaurants are well run and the food is delicious and varied. Sometimes the beach bar right next door is a bit annoying. But no problem. The staff is super friendly.
