Really enjoyed our short stay here. The room was very clean & spacious. Excellent shower. The (two) pools were both really nice and served by their own friendly pool snack bar. The staff were plentiful, cheerful and hard-working. It's a 5min walk from both the Old Town and The Strip, but you don't hear any noise.

Unfortunately tonight we raised the fact that the chicken kebabs were not cooked properly and still pink inside. Disappointing that the tray wasn’t removed from the buffet to be cooked properly, we only received a sorry apology after an example was shown to the chef.

Great location, nice beach. The hotel is good but not great. The food in the restaurant is very low quality, the breakfast was always the same, the coffee machine is so slow. I've seen turtles moved faster that the waiter in the restaurant, one day we ask for beers and we were almost in the desert when the beers arrived. The room was clean and spacious.

It was a nice stay. The outdoor area with the pool is very nice. Good location and you can quickly walk to the beach and the party street. Staff is friendly. Rooms are OK but cleanliness could be a bit better. What is really annoying is that you have to pay an extra €8 per day for the air conditioning, which is not mentioned anywhere beforehand. I have never experienced anything like that anywhere...

We found the Happy Days to be in an ideal spot for the old village, and not far from the main ***** .The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were cleaned regularly, and bedding and towels were changed at least 4 times a week .We used the bus to get around the island,which was cheap and easy. The location isn't pleasant. You may be staying in a quiet residential area about 1km outside of town, but it's far from quiet. The reason for this: The hotel is located in the airport's takeoff and landing lane. The planes may be turning around, but they're still only a few hundred meters above the ground. The hotel delivered what made us choose it: location right in front of the beach, pool, nearby a broad offer of restaurants and other commodities. I haven't stayed in a hotel but I've spent two very nice days on the beach. Sunbeds are for very reasonable price (normal 6€ per set, more comfy one 10€ per set). There is a shower on a beach and very clean restroom just few steps from the beach. Staff are also very friendly here.

Le Palme is a real gem in Malia. Recently remodeled room was spacious, clean, and overlooking green space. Bed was comfortable with several pillows. As to location it is tucked away from the street, making it easy to work in quiet zone. Fast Wifi was big plus. Friendly and welcoming hosts provided great restaurant recommendations and nearby attraction advice. Great value lodging, highly recommended

Past reviews are unfair!! The hotel is clean and does the job. Food is pretty standard but once again isn’t horrific. It was a good hotel for a girls holiday as it was cheap and basic, however the staff were very strict with noise. We got told off for talking in our hotel room at 6pm because it was ‘nap time’. I had a nice holiday with my 12 year old daughter at Triton hotels. The staff was very friendly. Rooms cleaned every day. The buffet was very good. The dessert Ravani was unforgettable.

apartments were nice and clean, kitchen and bar area superb including the food. the staff were super friendly and lovely to deal with. sometimes can get noisy at night but hey, this is a party town. i would highly recommend this place.. i will return. Tim

Just wanted to pop a quick thank you to all the staff at Le Palme for a wonderful stay. Room 111 so quiet yet the hotel is right near the "strip" and we couldn't hear it.
