The establishment is well located, very welcoming, the room clean and functional. I recommend this establishment

Newly renovated hotel, beautiful and very nice athmosphere. Room was spacious with kitchette which i didnt use, nice balcony, big bathroom. Water pressure in the shower very good! Around the hotel there are 2 big all inclusive hotels and one of them or some bar had every evening night show. My room was at the back of the hotel yard and the night show was just behind trees next the hotel. Very noisy...

Clean comfortable apartment. Greek style. Full set of dishes, daily cleaning. For any ages. Sandy beach, 2 min away.

Very nice place for all ages. In quiet area, but walking distance to the main road. Fully equipped, recently renovated. No any construction around. Next to 5* hotels.

Fantastic place. 150 m (2 min) to the sandy beach without stones with convenient entry into the sea. The apartment is clean, safe, modern, fully equipped. Totally renovated. Greek flavor in everything.

Excellent hotel very clean with many dining options and close by shops even though we came end of season and it was quiet we very much enjoyed our stay hope to return soon

The hotel Cloud9 in Malia it'ts amazing. Under the hotel have the bar, which is amazing as well and we feel so happy all whith my friends. The workers, the waiters, the boss they was so nice whit uss, its so friendly i can recomend for everyone. The muzik, the food, it's amazing. I can RECOMEND FOR EVERYONE!!!:)

Very friendly hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Basic room. Very clean and well equipped. Lovely garden, pool and bar area. Great conversations with the owners Aris and Dimitris. Close to the old town and beach. We’d definitely go back.

Four of us spent a week here in mid May 2025. It is so lovely and quiet. Aris, Eleni & Dimitri are good hosts and very welcoming. It's a short walk to the Old Town restaurants, near the shops and bars, but quiet and relaxing. The views to the mountains are wonderful. If you have transport, try out the Kritsa Gorge, the fish restaurants at Milatos and the pretty beach at Potamos. Nice bar and food...

A very nice studio apartment. Recently renovated to a high standard. A large triple bed room, a very good air con unit and a basic kitchen area good enough for your basic self catering requirements. The room was light and airy. The proprietors were nice and helpful especially the old chap and the younger son. We didnt use the facilities as we prefer the beach, but the pool looked good.

The people tbat own the hotel are really chill and helpful. Loved my stay at the hotel.

It has a public swimming pool and a bar. Breakfast is at 9:00. Service:5/5 Pool:5/5. The small pool is not clean. You can play billiards at the bar. Cocktails, redbull and etc. Comfortable beds and a tv. Mini fridge to cool off your drinks. I love it

Accomodation is in good location, not far from the center but in quiet place. Pool was really clean and equipment in good condition. Georgia is really nice host and all our requirements were fulfilled with smile on face. Really recomend!

Koula is amazing... She is the new owner of the hotel since this year.... She knows was hospitality is! Know everyone by name (even from some of the People walking by from other hotels!. She is making a lot of improvements on the hotel... Like renovations on the bath rooms and fences for more privacy at the pool. And more to come!

Minoa Hotel

Stayed there for a week and was very happy with it. The staff was extremly nice and helped with everything we needed. The room was clean and the balcony was nice aswell. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good. To the beach it took us 2 minutes by foot and everything else you need is also close by. If you‘re searching for a hotel on a budget but still have a good experience this is the right place

Regarding our stay we disliked poor and not very tasty breakfast, rooms already asks for repair, but room service worked great and they were clean all the time. This property needs some maintenance.

The hotel was nice, but we got disturbed by our party people neighbors that would come at the hotel at 4/5 in the morning and could hear anything through the thin walls and door. We spent a week at Notos Hotel. The staff is really nice. We were supposed to get a room with "sea view" but we have a room on the ground floor with a few on the floor and people walking to the reception, not amazing because we had to close our curtains every time we were in our room. Bathroom is a bit small, gets wet sometimes the whole day after just one quick shower. Breakfast is nice, good variety...

The rooms are perfect (like in the pictures), the staff is super friendly and the location is also nice. No noise from the main street when door is closed. Good parking spot provided by owner and a nice pool.

Very nice seat reservation, a quiet pool, a great place and well-organized interior. Behind the wall there is a bar / club so you care what you care about. We got a room on the other side of the building and it was great.

Ignore all the other reviews Our stay at Litsa was perfect. It was a few minute walk to Old Town and 10 min ish to midtown where night life is. The rooms were comfortable and fulfilled basic needs. You get what you paid for. The two hosts are amazing and kind to talk to.

I had a wonderful stay at Litsa Studios, the owners were extremely nice and everything was perfect!
