I like that Nikos Hotel is not in the centre so it's quite (besides Mondays when you may expect big techno party just opposite site). I dont like the fact that pool at the bar is closed at 7pm, this is big disadventage that is why 4 stars. Towers changed once a week, breakfast the same every day but in principle good when you take a look at the price.
Rooms very clean, great staff, room doesn t have tv and you have to pay for aircon, cleaning is rare

Four of us spent a week here in mid May 2025. It is so lovely and quiet. Aris, Eleni & Dimitri are good hosts and very welcoming. It's a short walk to the Old Town restaurants, near the shops and bars, but quiet and relaxing. The views to the mountains are wonderful. If you have transport, try out the Kritsa Gorge, the fish restaurants at Milatos and the pretty beach at Potamos. Nice bar and food...
A very nice studio apartment. Recently renovated to a high standard. A large triple bed room, a very good air con unit and a basic kitchen area good enough for your basic self catering requirements. The room was light and airy. The proprietors were nice and helpful especially the old chap and the younger son. We didnt use the facilities as we prefer the beach, but the pool looked good.
The people tbat own the hotel are really chill and helpful. Loved my stay at the hotel.

We had a great stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The pool area was lovely with a view of the mountains. Location was perfect as it wasn’t directly next to the clubs but still within walking distance.

Each room has its own balcony, rooms with a different number of beds, the linen is always clean. Responsive hosts. The hotel is located in the center of Malia, very convenient if you want to have access to bars and restaurants day and night, there is a 24 hour shop nearby.
A good place. Noisy from the music in the evening, but show me where it is not noisy?
The cutest place in Malia. Stefan is a sympathetic and kind owner, Arthur (the dog) knows a lot about meeting guests.
To sleep and take a shower, norms! There is a kettle on the second floor, everything is paid ... conder day 5 euros refrigerator 5 euros a day!

28 euros per day with a delicious breakfast and very nice service! The rooms are clean and well equipped. Enough space to store things, great bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, balcony, air conditioning. We book here every time we are in Malia, we have stayed 3 times in different rooms = everything was great! Highly recommended!
My boyfriend and myself are currently accommodated in Mistral hotel and I have to say that hotel has overcome our expectations! Without any request made by us, we've been kindly offered to move to more comfortable room as I am 7 months pregnant. We were deeply touched by this human gesture. The owner speaks many languages and we felt welcomed there. At the breakfast we had multiple things to choose from. The pool was nice. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
Clean, great location. No hot water for shower. TV reception was poor. Need to bring your own tea or coffee. Nice reception. Nice people. Smells lovely in the reception area too.

Absolutely amazing staff! They went above and beyond for us during our stay. Hotel is in a great location for the beach and dining (Drossia restaurant is wonderful) Our room was clean and comfortable. Very impressed!

Amazing staying at this hotel. Could not get better for a 3-star hotel and the price. Pool is very clean and looks great. Don't have any complaint about the room. Hotel rating is fully adequated. Rooms have no furniture for clothes, water is heated by solar power so after sunset hot water suply is problematic. Poor wifi outside often does not work althought signal strength is good. The hotel is very basic, not luxury but everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a quiet street.
Very welcoming owners, their dog is the best welcome a property could have and the rooms are quite spacious especially for the cost of accommodation.

Super nice host Niko, great info and help when needed very friendly. Everything is clean it's no hotel so no coffee tea etc in the room but its a studio so there is cooking equipment and fridge etc. Just go out and get a coffe around the corner :) Room cleaned everyday when hanger put on door.

Stayed there for a week and was very happy with it. The staff was extremly nice and helped with everything we needed. The room was clean and the balcony was nice aswell. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good. To the beach it took us 2 minutes by foot and everything else you need is also close by.
