Our room was described by everyone upon check in as the best of the entire resort and it sure did not disappoint! If you are staying at this place, ask for room 747

Honestly the most beautiful and friendlist hotel i have ever been to. We arrived late in the evening not expecting to be able to eat anything but the restaurant had left us a meal with bread and fruit plate

We made some wonderful German friends. My husband had 3 treatments in the spa, i had a lovely facial on friday

Wendy and Katerina were amazing ( now facebook friends) We will be back thats for sure, we didn't even go off site we were too happy wandering around, although i will miss my cat i called Bobbin

It was hard to say goodbye yesterday. Always on the wall outside the main buffet restaurant and the bar outside with a bent ear. Have a great rest, roll on 2026!! Well done to all the staff, they all work incredibly hard

By the end of day one we were planning our next visit! Travelling with Crohn’s disease isn’t always easy, but Giannis and his staff were so incredibly helpful with food selections that they made our stay so very simple

room, beautifully designed and that seemed to be new, good, big bed, excelent bathroom with big towels and bathrobes, and a good view to the sea from the nice balcony

According to locals, the day before the hotel opened, Crete experienced an unprecedented weather phenomenon – a Saharan sandstorm that left unmistakable traces and completely undid the extensive cleaning work carried out beforehand at the hotel complex

The High Beach Resort is a very well-maintained and visually appealing hotel complex. We arrived on April 2nd, 2026, the official start of the season

Furthermore, there was a very well-equipped and very modern indoor fitness room. In the evenings, the bar offered a varied program of live music

We stayed for one week and we felt very good! All the staff was very polite and always smiling and ready to help. The rooms are very clean, the pool was nice even in october and the food was delicious and diverse.

Only a small amount of rooms so always space by the bar and pool. No sunbed races in the morning! Foods of a good variance in the restaurant each night with your stable chips option if nothing takes your fancy

The ruby royal area gets sun later in the day so if thats what you are after, get one of those rooms. All staff very welcoming and pleasant

The Cretan old town is only a 10 minute walk south, and the beach a 10 minute walk north

Crispy around the edges then placed on a hot plate. Similar with varying foods every time. This station should be cooking as requested. It takes 2 minutes to cook an egg. I'd much prefer to have it cooked for me

I've been all over the world,so different cuisines aren't an issue. But the standard of food is very poor. The cooking station was manned by a really nice guy. But cooking 20 fried eggs over done

It was an amazing stay! 3 days of relaxation in a small quite hotel! The daily buffet was really tasty but the highlight of this hotel is the nice behaviour of the staff!

The service is at a good level, very friendly people at the reception. I hope to come here again or send my parents)

There is a sandy swimming beach a few meters from the hotel. Beautiful clean swimming pool in the hotel area which faces the sea. Tula was amazing organising a taxi transfer for us to and from the airport

Honestly I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to appreciate the beauty of Malia. We love our walking so everything was easily accessible by foot either along the beach or the back roads

Away from all the party places , yet still in walking distance if we wanted the night life and the huge selection of amazing restaurants. We had a constant view of the sea

She was so helpful in recommending authentic Greek restaurants. The bar area at the hotel ended every night perfectly with a great selection of night cap drinks

Watch out for two great guys who work there, Armando who does the sun loungers and Tonin one of the waiters really nice guy both have work here for a good few years now always lovely to see them

Predominantly the clientele were from mainland Europe which was great , it was like a holiday of old. It is effectively a community and such a good vibe from several bars shops and restaurants around it

We had a good stay! However, you have to pay for the sun loungers at the pool. The staff is very, very friendly, except for the head waiter

The furnishings are modern and very clean. There are loungers available for each room on the beach. The two restaurants are well run and the food is delicious and varied

Antisocial behaviour NOT tolerated at all! Food fresh and gorgeous. few mins walk one direction brought you to the funky strip

The hotel is very nice, we weren't given the room we booked but they did rectify it , our room was nice,clean and good outside area, pool was amazing sunbed area excellent exceptional clean, breakfast was ok the breakfast lady was so lovely, night security guy was brilliant, bar staff very nice and polite, a couple of older members of staff a lady with blonde hair and a older man weren't as friendly...

The location of the hotel is brilliant, everything was within walking distance, especially all the beaches, the Malia strip, there’s plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, there’s also plenty of places to book excursions in too

Back in September 2024, we stayed in this hotel for our lads holiday, and it was a lovely, relaxing and atmospheric experience. Firstly, everything was absolutely fantastic, the buffet breakfast was delicious

We had a great 4 days at Dedalos hotel Malia. Great WELCOME Great POOL and facilities. Great ROOM with attached small bathroom and terrasse. Great FREE PARKING in front of the hotel Great friendly SERVICE

There are plenty of local buses which you can book with your excursions, depending on where you are going. We went off peak in September and it was relatively quiet and we enjoyed everything

We had a very pleasant stay of one week at this place. The staff is nice and the service is good. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The place is very well located and close to one of the nicest beaches

I stayed at Philoxenia Hotel with two family members for 12 nights in late September to mid-October, and to sum it up – it was excellent, from the area to the food

If you didn’t like something, there were always alternative options, so you’d never leave hungry. Dinner was also diverse, with plenty to choose from. You can also order food and drinks from the bar menu during your stay

It’s just a 3–5 minute walk to the beach, with a dedicated exit leading straight there, and even a shower next to that exit for rinsing off after swimming. Also, by that exit, there’s a children’s play area

You’ll also find fast-food options like McDonald’s at the nearby junction, and even a KFC-style place just a few minutes’ walk away. The check-in process couldn’t have been smoother

Perfectly located to explore the old town’s traditional Tavernas but only a 10 minute walk to the craziness of ‘the strip’ if that’s what you want. Iro and Stavros lead a lovely team to look after all of your needs

Absolutely loved this hotel, room was basic, but clean, only paid 35 euros to stay a whole extra day as our flight wasn't untill 2am the next day. All the staff were happy, friendly. Will definitely come back

Clean, comfortable rooms with basic but adequate self catering facilities. A very nice pool area with plenty of padded sun beds and a choice of sun or shade. A bar with reasonably priced drinks and good food

Bella Elena is just perfect! This was my second stay and it was the best holiday I've ever had. We stayed in one of the ground floor apartments, which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable

Quiet and peaceful location in the Old City of Malia area, yet there are a lot of the best restaurants near the hotel. Pool is clean and pretty big with sunbeds around it

I usually don't write reviews so trust me when i say, we had the best time at Pasiphae hotel, rooms are very clean, food is delicious, especially dinner, they have a little pool where you can relax and swim or just enjoy on sun beds while having a couple of drinks, the place itself has perfect location because it's near the beach but also far enough from clubs so it's quiet and peaceful

hotel overall is clean and tidy and looks well looked after. breakfast and lunch were stunning. by far the best pool I've ever seen on holiday. I've already been planning to come back here in the near future

The rooms were cleaned daily, the noise isolation was excellent, and everything we tried from the dinner menu was absolutely delicious. The Wi-Fi was impressively stable as well

Every show is in english which is good but the announcement is ONLY in german. Yesterday during Greek live music and dances everything was explain in german and I didn't know what this would be about

Very decent hotel; some rooms/apartments are better than others. Our hotel room (main building) was a bit small/dated. Nothing like the pictures :) Also bathroom was old. Safe for valuables costs EUR 4 per day

that’s really beyond what you would expect from a place like this! Especially since it’s ALL inclusive. apparently that doesn’t apply to the safe. Would have loved to see a coffee maker in the room

In my opinion entertainment team should speak, explain rules and make announcements also in english so everybody can understand. FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT SPEAK GERMAN IT IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

Most of guests in this hotel are from Germany so I understand animation team speak german but they also should speak and explain everything in english so everybody can understand what to do

These two need a real praise, especially Gobi he was so polite, kind and always good to have a chat too he was our favourite worker throughout our stay at King Minos and want to thank him for being so good at his job, same goes for Desponia

We were spending here a week, the place of hotel is wonderful. We had the apartment on the third floor with a sea view from the balcony and a mountain view from the window. It is located not so far from the sea

Sure the furniture is a bit older or less "fancy" but if you come on holiday to see the beautiful Greek coast and sea. you won't care!!! Pool is great and very clean!!! Beautiful front yard
