We spend a week there in early August. One of the best stays we ever had. We had to change rooms and they were really nice and professional about it. The staff is very good, the atmosphere amazing. It's a great place if you want to relax. Nothing to see around it but we just stayed at the beach or the pools, the hotel is interesting enough :)

Great place for couples. Fabulous setting and amazing food. Drinks are a bit expensive but you can get your own from the local supermarket. Very popular with German guests. Beautiful property, right on the beach with crystal clear waters and warm sand. The staff were fantastic and always willing to help/answer questions or give recommendations for tours or food etc. I had an amazing stay and I could see the ocean from my bed. What more could a girl ask for!?

Messed up our reservations, tried to overcharge us, also made lots of small mistakes, and were not very apologetic, even the manager. We had a fantastic experience. The villa was well-maintained and beautifully equipped, with a private pool and breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. Excellent view from the hotel especially for breakfast. Staff are super friendly and helpful, we had breakfast included and the selection was excellent. Everything was super clean and the staff couldn’t be more helpful with our requests. Would definitely recommend and come again!

The Royal Heights Resort impresses with its spectacular view over Malia. The room seemed in good condition, though it was obvious that renovations are needed sooner than later. Staff was always attentive and very friendly, they were trying their best everyday.

We recently just stayed at Matheo for a week in May and honestly we cannot fault it. On arrival they kindly upgraded our room to the suite and it was beautiful. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They could not do enough for us, they were very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend and would 100% visit again.

Really great food. We are gluten-free and here there is no issue when choosing food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Chef Yannis prepared some gluten-free sweets every single day especially for us and the other chef has prepared the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. Enjoyed our morning coffee or afternoon cocktail by the beach or pool.The sand is great and thin without rocks and realtively calm location. We were able to rest and have a good time. Room was clean , staff was polite and food was great!

Appaled with how clean the bedsheets were. The matress was so comfortable. We booked one of the rooms with pool access and enjoyed all day in the pool. Had a very good experience here. Very nice bar where you can enjoy a drink, nice pool and close to the strip without being a nuisance. Actually everything you need on vacation.

We had a very pleasant stay of one week at this place. The staff is nice and the service is good. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The place is very well located and close to one of the nicest beaches. Rooms were cleaned each day.

My daughter and her friend stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. The location is excellent, close to everything: the sea, restaurants, and cafes. Lovely atmosphere and amazing food, staff super welcoming and their hospitality is great. The rooms were quite new, but some things could be improved like USB charger. The rooms were clean and tidy. Didn't spend much time in the room anyway, there's is close to the beach and shops. Easy access to the buses or car rentals. Will return for sure!
