We just returned from a week holiday and we had a wonderful time at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel. it was great location, sea view room, well organised, friendly staff, clean accommodation, and family friendly environment. Special thanks to Rakesh who was very helpful, kind and professional. I am greatful for his help and I would recomend his services to anyone.

We had a wonderful two weeks here, the staff were very nice and friendly. In the evening at the bar, the barMichalis and Jivka served us delicious drinks. I would recommend this experience to others. :)

“Spotless Hotel with Amazing Staff”? The hotel is spotless and very well looked after, inside and out. Spacious rooms with super comfortable beds, cleaned daily without asking. The food is excellent, with a different cuisine every day, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We visited as a family of 3,our son is 12. All the staff were extremely friendly,always had a smile and couldn't do enough for you. Lovely team you have! We had a lovely week at Aetheras Beach, Dimitris took care of us in an excellent way. We stayed at Thalassa for 3 nights and had an awesome experience. The resort was really beautiful with multiple restaurants and a beautiful beach. They also plan multiple activities such as having a singer at the hotel bar. The food was also really good with a lot of choices. Our room was really big, Much more than I expected.

Went her with my family in July 2025 and the hotel did not disappoint. They did try to put us in a family room even though we had booked to separate hotel rooms but that was sorted out after the first night. The main Platanias village on a hill is a 15 minute walk and Chania is 30 minutes away on regular crowded buses (with a stop right outside).
