We just returned from a week holiday and we had a wonderful time at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel. it was great location, sea view room, well organised, friendly staff, clean accommodation, and family friendly environment. We had a wonderful two weeks here, the staff were very nice and friendly. In the evening at the bar, the barMichalis and Jivka served us delicious drinks. I would recommend this experience to others. :)

“Spotless Hotel with Amazing Staff”? The hotel is spotless and very well looked after, inside and out. Spacious rooms with super comfortable beds, cleaned daily without asking. We were moved from the village resort to the beach resort due to being under subscribed at the end of the season. We were worried as we booked there for the water park but on jet 2 looking into it they were keeping the park open with the rest of the resort shutting. This is a great hotel in a great area! The neighborhood has a market across the street, and several shops and restaurants in a 5-10 minute walk. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have great A/C. Be sure to visit Penny's Cafe & Market while you're in the area!

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the little pool and easy access to beach and restaurants as well as the on-site parking. Breakfast was tasty and the service was lovely. The only thing I would mention is that our sink was clogged but repaired a few days into our stay.

Very quiet, nice atmosphere. Enjoyed our vacation very much and we would like to come back to this very nice hotel. The only major negative was the sunbeds, they were all taken. We were told that non hotel guests used them and we had to get up early and "reserve" them. Also a Greek salad for lunch, 13,50 euro is a bit expensive perhaps.

Blue Dome is an amazing family hotel which offer good rooms, a fantastic view and the best personell. We stayed at the Superior room which was newly renovated in 2024, and it was spacious and super clean. The hotel is located at the beach, with a private pool close to the bar. The staff was absolutely amazing and super kind. The only "drawback" was that the poolbar was a little bit expensive.

Nice hotel, excellent placed by the sea. Only missed aircon in the gym, otherwise everything was perfectly fittet for a couples vacation, or a family trip with older children as well. The staff was super friendly at all times. Would definately reccomend this to friends.

We only visited the restaurant for a few lunches. Very tasty food and very big portions! We loved that they fish was fresh and not frozen and have plenty of choices. We stayed at the beach and paid 8e for two sunbeds and umbrella and even received two small bottles of water. You could also use the pool as a guest.

We didn't stay here but hired some sunbeds & umbrellas on the beach (€8 per set). The loungers were comfy and the umbrella provided good shade. The waiter was friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was simple yet tasty and the prices were reasonable.

This is the second time that we stay at this hotel. The location is perfect. The bar is right on the beach, plays soft music, the personnel super friendly and knowledgeable, and best of all, at sunset, you and your drink, are alone on that long beautiful beach. Definitely we will be back next year.

Hotel apt was clean and comfortable and staff is alwas nice and ready to help. Be aware the beach is not for children , it is really deep right after you step in the water. The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

The rooms where alright. Regular cleaning and functioning AC. What makes me lower my rating was the bitter attitude from the staff and the route you had to take to get to the restaurant/beach. It was basically a back alley with cars and huge piles of trash.

The location is good and the breakfast is barely acceptable. There are two disadvantages. First, there is no sea view. Second, the front desk is a bit inconvenient at 8 am and 10 pm. If you go out every day or work, and just sleep in the room, it is actually a good choice.

The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood of Platanias with lots of dining options nearby. The room is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is onsite parking but it’s a bit tight to maneuver if you have a full size car. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Platanias Beach and Agia Marina is less than a mile away.

Highly recommend. Great location, quiet, clean, good service and very comfortable. Great having kitchenette . Supermarket close by is very handy and plenty of restaurants.

Clean room - every 2 days new towels - every 4 days new bed sheets. Location near nice and child friendly beach (± 500 meter). Very friendly receptionists who were eager to help us with the questions that came up. A negative point was the position of the TV. Place to high to have a comfortable viewing.

Very close to the beach and taverns. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that although it is classified with only one star, it is very very clean. George, the owner, is a gentleman and helps you with anything you need. Pleasantly surprised, beautiful experience, definitely worth booking at this hotel. I will definitely come back here during one of my vacations next year

Great staff, friendly and very helpful. Amazing location 100m from 3 beaches! Very Clean and quiet. Tall George and taller Peter (methinks) are both great guys, always ready to help and manage Niriis like pros!
