Spa treatment, breath of Aegeo. Carlos was extremely good at explaining the treatment and had excellent knowledge and experience. Thank you for my treatment and for making me very happy and relaxed today
Pools
Lots of pools for all ages, they are cold but I am a wimp and I can still get in them! Plenty of sunbeds all with parasols and all close to the bar, toilets and restaurant
A live food section which offers different options but all the food is well cooked and compared to other all inclusive resorts is very good. Staff in the restaurant are great and clear your table very quickly
Entertainment
A wide variety of activities for all age groups throughout the day and night. The holiday village staff are amazing and work so hard to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves
There is also some specialty restaurants which are very nice too. There is a wide range of all inclusive drinks plus a pizza, sandwich and ice cream area which you can help yourself to
There is also an indoor pool which is heated but adult only and a gym. Food and drink
Great choice of food which is alternated with every meal so there is something for everyone
Cannot fault any part of our stay a truly exceptional hotel fantastic location and service.
So good we’ve booked next years already.
The beach area is also in need of an update, the facilities could be better, and they are in dire need of new sun chairs which makes the beach area feel that of a 3 star hotel
Excellent location and excellent staff! Thé services in the hotel are great! We recommend!
Firstly, staff and customer service are phenomenal, probably the best at any hotel I’ve ever encountered. From waiters at breakfast to reception front desk, absolute 5 star service
Hotel facilities are good, the main pool, resteraunts and newer parts of the hotel are exceptional. However the entrance to the hotel is underwhelming and slightly tired
We were offered an upgraded room on arrival which was incredibly kind. Our room (junior suite) was beautifully decorated and spacious, however there was a few issues
Alexandroupolis, Egnatia Park, Alexandroúpolis 🧭 Map
It's begining to show its age but we had a good time. The room was nice and quiet with a private mini pool, nice sea view and the hotel is within a walking distance from the downtown area
There isn't much to see in the city but if you wish to just chill, rest and enjoy, this is the perfect place
Excellent stay — highly recommended!
I had a long-term stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast buffet offers a good selection. What truly made my stay outstanding were the sports massages and hot stone therapies by Theodora
Her high-quality treatments truly turned it into a five-star experience. Thank you very much — keep up the great work!
Enjoyed my stay here very much and will book again in the future.

This is evident from the number plates of the cars parked in the hotel car park and the guests having breakfast in the breakfast room. The hotel is very nice, with pleasant dining rooms, staff and rooms
Indoor and outdoor swimming pools with cozy surroundings and great view of the nearby island of Samothraki, private beach, cafe-bar, restaurant which is daily open until 23:00, full meal options (lunch and dinner not included in the cheapest rate), complete breakfast for all tastes, conference rooms, kids activities room, all day reception, free parking, free wifi, welcome fruit and drink (water) brought...
A very special luxury hotel. I loved Avery aspect of my short stay. Room was spacey and very clean breakfast had quality and variance. People were polite and willing to serve.
Ramada Dedeağaç, our final stop on our week-long trip to Greece, is a hotel particularly favored by Turkish families who come to Dedeağaç for shopping at the weekend
Beach was really nice. I liked the hotel and breakfast was good. Reception was helpful.
Its location right on the seafront, with a pool between the hotel and the sea and a poolside bar, makes it a great option for guests visiting in the summer months
Breakfast selection (something for everyone). Staff very helpful and friendly. Beach is right in front of the hotel across a promenade. Lots of shops/restaurants on your doorstep. Bus stop to Fira a 5 minute walk away
A wonderful experience at Aqua Blue! The service from everyone was top, and in particular, we would like to thank heartily Ms. Marilena who always helped us whenever we needed it. A wonderful place with fantastic people
We absolutely loved this hotel and cannot fault it. The room and the hotel generally was spotless and kept that way by an army of wonderful workers, big shout out to Ervis, who is an asset to the team
Marilena on Reception, who couldn’t have been more helpful and finally to Aris on the beach, who was an absolute delight and tended to us unfailingly!
Throughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely be back! Thank you all
Towels were changed every day and the pool area is peaceful and nice. Water in the pool is little chilly. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was generous and varied
This is a nice hotel friendly staff, nice room, clean, right across from the beach
The pools needs to be cleaned/maintained, they looked a bit dirty… The sunbeds by the pool are worn, and not very comfy, the ones on the beach were great! All in all, we had a very relaxing break recharging our batteries as the hotel was very quiet
Nice rooms with king sized beds Great views Huge swimmingpools Plenty of sunbeds Cons: Location, if you don’t have a car there are no shops etc nearby TV-no apps to watch something after the entertainment stopped at 10
Sunbeds are the best! Sea is warm, surroundings stunning, location perfect as it’s only 5mins drive from the pretty town of Lindos
Just back from another great holiday at the Aquagrande, a little piece of paradise as far as we are concerned. This was our fifth visit to the hotel and we will be returning
30, we were left with BBC Worldnews as very limited English speaking channels, this is old fashioned in this day of age
Our 4th visit and it never disappoints. This is a fantastic 5* resort, with great food, service, rooms and location
Hotel room was more than luxurious! Very clean! We spent a lot of time in the hotel (hotel provided own taxi service down to beach with own sunbeds which was nice and enjoyed that)
Hotel provided a QR code to easily find where you need to get shuttle from. Loved the pool area! Loved having music and really comfy sunbeds and seating. Hot tubs as well as very nice pool
Hotel also provided free shuttle bus to the old town (check bus times as we forgot and missed it and was quite a wait until later one so we got a taxi which cost about 40 euros) but that was our fault and then we got the shuttle back
Drinks and food service at pool which was great. Hotel is part of a group of close hotels providing free taxi service to dine in others which we did one night
This hotel was definitely worth a 5 star review! ALL staff were continuously professional with outstanding service
Recently spent 3 nights here as part of our honeymoon (done 7 nights in Santorini and then 3 nights in Athens)
It was amazing, from the beginning we arrived until we checked out, everything was beyond exceptional. The staff was always very polite. The hotel is very modern and has everything you need for a good stay.
The services were excellent, from well-kept facilities to smooth, hassle-free arrangements throughout my stay. Everything felt thoughtfully managed and designed for comfort
I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to Heraklion city and near many other places to visit
The team goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Overall, NEMA Design Hotel & Spa provided the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and outstanding service
My experience at NEMA was 10/10, so much so, I’ve already booked again for next year having had such an amazing stay. Every member of staff from the reception, to the dining room, to the domestic were exemplary
The hotel’s design and facilities are truly impressive, creating a comfortable and stylish environment throughout the property. What really stood out was the exceptional service
Our stay was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The private swimming pool was amazing and the whole place felt peaceful. Both the room and shared spaces were very clean
The pools are inviting and the hotel is right on the beach. The town has loads of restaurants and shops
One word “PERFECT”. Would stay in your suites again and again if I had the opurtunity.
Marika is right next to the beach which is amazing. What could be better than start your day with good breakfast and ocean view
And about the staff… I could talk about the staff forever! Everyone are so nice, warm and always trying to make your day even better
Nice rooms, super clean, modern, friendly staff, good food, good beach. We had to change hotel from our first, as the standard was so bad, more a getto. Big thanks hotel Marika for helping us
Hotel is in very nice village with good restaurants and bars, rather chill place, without parties so very nice for families. Whole hotel is rather clean and nice, very nice private beach with sunbeds
What was very nice and made our stay so fun was dance in the pool provided by one of the girl Kasha, she was very energetic, funny and always with a smile, as well suncastles competition, we did not win but we had really great fun
the snacks are the same sandwiches every day and maybe some fruit. They tax 100 euro for 5 star hotel/ week but nothing to do in this village. No sidewalks, you have nowhere to go for a walk
As well waterpolo game gave us a lot of fun. Very shame that it was just once. This attractions made our stay good. Thanks as well to bar stuff, very friendly and preapering nice cocktails
5 -star hotel but with maximum 3-star services and facilities. You pay ultra all inclusive but the food ends in an hour. you have to ask for plates, forks, napkins
And for us so we were eating mostly in restaurants, i had this feeling that dinner was preapered from what rest from lunch
The hotel itself is very clean, with good size pools and plenty of sunbeds (with a strict "no reserving sunbeds" policy). It's perfectly located next to the beach which again, was very quiet at this time of year
Be prepared to pay extra for sunbeds on the beach, although we didn't bother - the sand was perfectly comfortable
If there's any room for improvement, I'd suggest that the hotel invest in some decent, brand name soft drinks - the cola on offer, for instance, wasn't great
Very beautiful furniture and the bed was really comfortable. The bath had great design! Everything wa really clean!! Anybody we met in the hotel, was really willing to help us!
We stayed at this hotel in the penultimate week of the season so had the benefit of great weather at a quieter time
The hotel is located a good 30/45 min walk from the main hustle and bustle of Malia with very little nearby (although a nearby restaurant by the port and Eva Taverna are worth venturing out to, both only 10/15 min walk)
Pool area was lovely so relaxing, great sunbeds and two shingle beaches attached to the hotel area which I loved as being by the sea and listening to the waves is pure bliss
The bar is perfect for sipping cocktails while watching the sunset and our terrace was not overlooked and made us feel as though we were in the forest looking out over the ocean
Amazing 4-star resort that truly deserves 5+. Perfect location with three beautiful beaches and a pool, pool for children. The all-inclusive offer is outstanding – excellent food, great variety, and extremely kind staff
I recommend renting a scooter directly at the reception for 1–2 days to explore the island there are so many breathtaking beaches to discover. You won’t regret choosing this hotel it’s worth every single penny
Every day the menu was different, so you never get bored of the food. The beach has plenty of space for everyone, the snack and pool bars are fantastic, and the drink selection honestly left me impressed
An excellent choice if you are looking for beautiful sea, wonderful beaches, and outstanding service. The perfect choice – both the hotel and the destination.
The pool bar right on the beach is great, with a great atmosphere and great food. All the staff are very nice and attentive
Despite hasty renovations, the property is not ready for Kimpton status in my opinion. But the surrounding area is not good at all. The beachfront is rocky and un-walkable. There is a sheep farm next to the hotel
We had a room on the second floor with a balcony which had a partial sea and mountain view. It was a quiet hotel, you couldn’t hear any noise from adjoining rooms such as the tv etc
There were always girls serving tables are amazingly hard working, making sure you have topped up tea, coffee and orange juice on a morning and ordering your drinks for the night
We loved the pool area with the beds and seating. Sometimes it could be chilly depending on the direction of the wind but we never struggled with a space to chase the sun
There were always different dishes and we were spoilt on the Sunday morning with smoked salmon and caviar with Champagne if you wanted it
Corfu Town, Dimokratias Av. & Iasonos Sosipatrou 🧭 Map
Staff cannot do enough for you in making your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Some terrific restaurants around the hotel plus the hotel itself offers a smorgasbord of food that will suit everyone’s taste
We had a junior suite which looked over the water. Bathroom is small but that’s the only negative aspect of the hotel. Not sure if you could find better place for the price
Staff are excellent from the cleaning staff to the restaurant bar and kitchen. All of them are friendly and accommodating. We had an excellent stay and we will be back.
Lovely food on both evening and breakfast buffet, beautiful view from the room
The environment is very good, the sea is just outside
Arrived on Husbands Birthday the 22nd September, but, surprisingly no acknowledgement of this from the hotel. Booked seaview room that we paid extra for,and it was well worth the money as the views (3rd floor) exceptional
Location is good and the beach very nice if a bit stony
We love the quiet, lovely, and clean beach with turquoise waters, the friendly and helpful staff, the food, and the overall relaxing time we spent.
Widely set and expansive hotel with multiple buildings and very nice rooms. Some time ago it was 5 star but nowadays probably less than four
Excellent stay! We had a wonderful time at the hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal — close to everything
Very clean, very friendly, moderate food, easy to find sun bed or umbrella. Good for sand lovers. Kids love it. Nothing around for late night activities
Our stay was great and the staff was excellent. Great work from management which was very helpful and ready to make you feel at home!!!
The rooms are great and spacious for the cost read more below
Service is thorough and give you everything you need on the get go such as eating times, WiFi etc
There is plenty of activities such as pool, table tennis, karaoke and bar and a pool eith free toys like a beach ball
The only downside i can think of for the actual hotel is that the toilet seat in our room wouldn't ever stay up
Also the wifi...
Very friendly hotel ideal for the family with entertainment and good food all the staff were very friendly and the beach is a 30 second walk away ilia’s very friendly
Thalia is an amazing host! She gives the best advice helps with everything you need nothing is too small she goes out of her way to help and make you feel accommodated really recommend this hotel
Food was always excellent and had a great variety for all guests with excellent taste and quality. Great location near everything you need for your stay
Great atmosphere and feel very welcomed to their hotel and cleaners were very friendly and excellent service provided by them daily
The staff were extremely friendly and made you feel like family and were very hospitable
Pool areas are beautiful with plenty of sunbeds and lots of room. No rush to get beds, and free towels provided. Pool bar also serves drinks and food to your sunbed, so no need to even get up
Some of previous facilities changed like for example the amenities at the room(some were used when we arrived), towels removed from the beach feeling that there was a beach police, some things that needed renovation especially the antisliders at the steps were almost destroyed and not changed
The hotel's facilities are great - several parking lots, swimming pools, fitness, wellness, restaurants, playground, sun loungers by the pools and on the beach, private beach, paddleboard free for rent, there is nothing missing here
Private beach is breathtaking again with lots of beds and drinks served to your bed. There's also free use of canoes, lilos and paddle boards
We stayed B&B and buffet breakfast was an array of everything you'd want, so much choice from pastries & muffins, to yoghurt and fresh fruit, to meats and cheese and bacon and sausage and made to order omelettes and fresh coffee and juices
Free bottled water is given everyday in your room, lovely touch and very appreciated. We didn't use the spa as we were out a lot but it looked beautiful. There is also an indoor pool and sauna and well equipped gym
The hotel's location is wonderful: two excellent beaches: pebbles on the left and sand on the right
Beautiful sea views and sunrise
Wonderful room with perfect sea views and spectacular sunrise. 25 minute walk into the main town (Agios Nikolaos) and lovely taverna close to the hotel and on the beach
Beach near the hotel was perfect. We hope to go back next year!
Went in October and there were lots of sunbeds available around the pools
The point that we didn’t like that much was the bathroom in our room, a little bit small with a small cabin shower, no individual hygiene products such as shampoo or bathing gel and there was no much attention to the fact of refilling the products available
Facilities: A bit dated
Cleanliness: Okay
Environment: Beautiful with blue skies and white clouds
Service: A bit slow, but generally friendly. Mostly white people, no discrimination against those with yellow skin.
The first and second rows of sunbeds are in high demand, so the advice is to get up early and go to the beach (6am) in order to occupy the first row (if needed)
The prices at the pool bar are very affordable, and the pool itself is also excellent!
While the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, could benefit from renovation, they aren't as bad as some reviews might suggest
I've been drinking coffee here on a regular basis with "Jure", beach worker, who is a really nice and good man. After breakfast, come back to use the sunbeds
if you want more luxury room you cant have that but you get comfortable bed for sleeping and nice meals is everything that you need because anyways you will spend more time on the beautiful beach
This is second time we have been in this hotel, Stuff polite, rooms very cleen, beach near by. Food corect.
If I take into account the location, the quality of service, food in the hotel restaurant, the price of deck chairs (12e, it will be 15e) , drinks and food on the beach (frappe 1
There is a small shop/mini market down the stairs near the spa, which was very convenient if you forgot something or wanted to get a few trinkets, I got Greek worry beads for my friends and family
Having the beach be a hop skip and jump away from our room made this trip for me, I could not recommend this hotel more if you want to relax and I will definitely come back one day
The pool was a little chilly but that wasn't a problem once you got moving, it was always clean and inviting and the pool area was laid out well with the beds not being too close together
I have never experienced the holiday blues so badly as when I returned from this holiday. We fell in love with the hotel and most of all the staff
It is very familiar and the staff creates a wonderful atmosphere . That is the best Location in a beloved Country. This place is worth visiting
Our room which was ground floor facing the ocean was perfect and the sunrise/sunset views everyday were stunning
