It's just a shame that the meals are exactly the same as they were two years ago. If the hotel could change the menu and buffet every one or two years, it would be perfect. But hey, it was as good as the first time

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Large complex but very well managed. The beach is their own and the main pool looks olympic size! All staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Just perfect! To move within the hotel all is well organised, the restaurants are amazing and we had a couple of special dinner the occurred during our stayed! Really upscale! The kids also loved it and were very well taken care

? The residents club offers all inclusive. Verve champagne is the house champagne which is something we can all get used too. Above all, as always with the Greeks. It’s natural to be engaging and enthralling

The collection suites are beautifully finished in neutral colours with a generous balcony and stunning views across the bay. Stunning tasty dishes and who doesn’t love a Greek Salad

After a transfer from the hotel through amazing views you finally arrive to the hotel. We stayed in one of the collection rooms with a private pool

There are shops and a car rental service on the hotel grounds. The property is very large and well-maintained

The hotel has complete facilities and beautiful environment. It is close to the sea. It was windy and cold in Athens these two days, so I couldn't go to the beach. It's a pity. I will stay here in the summer.

The rooms are fantastic, chock-full of free amenities and bonuses, even if the walls are a bit thin. The outdoor pool area is nothing short of stunning and we couldn't comprehend how expansive the gym/spa area was

It's in a very good location, clean, the breakfast has a great variety, and the staff are friendly. However, the free swimming pool is cold; it's impossible to use it in winter.

This is the second stay for our family at this hotel and once again it exceeded our expectations. On arrival, the porters assisted us with our luggage, the staff at the front desk were welcoming and made checkin simple

Obviously we wouldnt have requested this time, so were disappointed when they told us that we had and couldnt accommodate us at any other time, meani g that another cold dinner at the buffet jad to be endured

The room was fine although beds are quite uncomfortable/soft. The food was ok although it would be preferred if there was more vegetarian options (especially on the beach bar)

We had a lot of complaints when we first arrived like delayed check in, lack of pool towels, broken down water slides and even though the staff were apologetic it really dampened our stay

Pool - although beautiful on the photos, very dirty in reality so we didn’t even use it. The following staff made our stay memorable - Klevis, Despina, Martina, Panagiota!

Staff were lovely, clean and restaurant option's are great. Pool lounger allocation was difficult but everything else was great.

Lovely clean hotel. We went all-inclusive so had a good selection of food and drinks. Plenty of sunbeds and pools so it never looked busy. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday I would recommend staying here.

Perfect for families with children. The staff is outstanding and very responsive to answer any questions you might have. They are quick in responding to your emails. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach

Got back from a wonderful family holiday on Tuesday! Gaia Palace Hotel really made our Summer! The rooms were lovely and the cleaners did a brilliant job of maintaining them

Third visit back to the Gaia Palace. Staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly throughout our visit. We stayed in a superior double room which was excellent

The beautiful sandy beach with bar and toilets is a short walk with free sun beds for Gaia Palace guests

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Mr. The food was delicious and varied, with four different themed evenings

I give only 4 stars because the beach had mountains of seaweed and wasnt cleaned even if the beach is private, so i used the swimming pools, which were pretty nice

Honestly the most beautiful and friendlist hotel i have ever been to. We arrived late in the evening not expecting to be able to eat anything but the restaurant had left us a meal with bread and fruit plate

Then there is no drinks or snacks or even music so you are forced to walk across the entire resort to another bar! The towel service ends at 5pm meaning if you have just come back from a day trip and want to jump in the pool or beach for a cool down, the towel collection station is closed even though the pool is open until 10pm

Amazing stay at Ikaros Beach Resort in Crete! My wife and I had a four night stay here recently and it was a fantastic holiday

From the moment we arrived we were treated like valued guests. We were given wet face towels and a refreshing drink

We paid extra for a room with a private garden (at the time it was more expensive than some of the lower suite categories), specifically so our baby would have a safe outdoor space to crawl and play

When we arrived, the room itself looked nice, but the “private” garden was anything but private. It opened directly onto a road used constantly by golf carts and guests walking past to access buggies

However, our experience at Sani Club left us feeling disappointed — especially given the price point and the expectations that come with a luxury, family-friendly resort

The sun loungers were dirty, there were cigarette butts scattered across the grass, and the lawn itself was patchy, rocky, and not suitable for a crawling baby

We understood that guests could visit the different hotels within the resort and use the facilities, so we were happy with our decision

I’ve taken a long time to write this review because overall the resort is beautiful and many of the staff are genuinely wonderful

I love this hotel! Everything is clean, personal is friendly, food is delicious and spa is amazing. Today I had a full body spa treatment. Florida was so kind and caring

There are several golf style buggies that can take you between your room and the beach if you don't want to walk. All the staff in every area are friendly, courteous and very helpful

The hotel is charming, the beach is wide, Matei offered us his services with kindness, the rooms are large, clean, with a beautiful view

It’s very unusual to have this paid, while other hotels nearby offer it for free. Ice-cold swimming pools at this time. Very few people dared to bathe there. The sea was warmer than the pool

We have been coming to Karpathos with my mom for 5 years and always tried different hotels, but Alimounda Mare was by far the best – with its beautiful beachfront location, spacious and clean rooms, wonderfully kind and helpful staff, stunning infinity pool overlooking the sea, rich and delicious breakfast, relaxing wellness facilitie and much more

The setting was beautiful, everything was so clean, food was amazing and I’d give Jenny 10 stars if I could! She arranged a driver for us to get to and from the beach we had an amazing stay!

The towels are changed daily even though they’re clean and hanging on the hooks - so much for sustainability and water preservation! Be sure to get up at sunrise if you want a sun-bed as people “reserve” good spots very early leaving their towels behind

Absolutely perfect hotel! The rooms are beautiful and the facilities are brand new. There are three private beaches, a heated indoor pool, and an outdoor pool

However, in the off-season, the prices are much more affordable and the experience is even better, though you won't be able to enjoy water activities

To the left is the pool, and to the right is the Aegean Sea – simply stunning! The breakfast is amazing, and they even offer free electric bicycles

We booked again for the Elounda Bay Palace, staying for 7 nights in June and looking forward to our 7th visit. We were given a lovely reception upon arrival as always, quick check in progress and were shown to our room

We had a side sea view which was different, but a good view towards the sea. Very clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Very close to the restaurant, which was convenient and access to the beach

Whatever you ask for is done in half the expected time, to the highest standard, and always with a smile. Last but not least, the beach is amazing. There are two piers and two swimming pools

Breakfast and dinner was excellent with a variety every night, and always hot and well prepared. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and it makes our stay so much more enjoyable

We have always found the Elounda Bay Palace to be one of the best hotels in Elounda, and even though we have been to another in the early days of visiting Crete, we always came back to the Elounda Bay Palace, as we found everything as we wanted, such an nice atmosphere, relaxing place to unwind and forget about your stressful work life

Kardamaina town is a 20min walk along the beach or a 5 min drive

Pros Great location with beach short walk , great little walk along beach to lovely little town Kardamena. Great bars restaurants gift shops. Bar taverna food hot and freshly cooked

Good sized, quite private terrace with very small table, chairs, 2 sunbeds and fixed in place parasol. Cleaners came everyday and were very good, all the staff were very friendly throughout the hotel

The private beach is only a 5 minute walk from anypart of the hotel, the separate snack bar is between the hotel and beach

Second time this year at this lovely hotel. Rooms very clean, staff from reception to bars and waiters & waitresses can’t do enough for you. Lots of choice of food & drink

The animation team are so welcoming and made a fuss of us because we’d come back again. Ben, Chico, Pakito & Barbara animation team were fantastic. They work very hard everyday and the entertainment is really good

We knew from researching that there wouldn't be any entertainment for him, but that was fine as we didn't book for that anyway - we don't like holidays where the animations team constantly pester you around the pool! We arrived to a very warm welcome on reception and were grateful to accept a room upgrade from the superior double sea view to a junior suite with private pool

A lovely little note and a bottle of fizz greeted us, along with water and a selection of cans of fizzy pop in the mini fridge

Only the water was replenished during our stay, but i think if we'd have paid for this room type we may have had the soft drinks refilled too

Thanks to this experience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will gladly return to the Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort in the future

We recently stayed 6th-17th April for our honeymoon, bringing along our 20m old little boy

We had reservations about bringing him, only as it is a luxury hotel and we didn't want to be the only ones with a small child, but these worries were soon eased on arrival as there were plenty of other children around the hotel due to the UK Easter half-term

Hotel facilities are very good. It has a VERY rocky beach front making the beach unsuitable for children. The rooms are very tired and could really do with some attention

We stayed at the Kresten Palace in Rhodes towards the end of October 2025 and had a really lovely time. The weather was spot on for that time of year — warm and sunny every day, but not too hot, which suited us perfectly

Booked a week here to celebrate my hubbies birthday. We arrived late, around midnight. There were only 3 groups checking in before us, but it took the gentleman on reception a very long time to process their arrival

He was polite and gave clear instructions to locating our room, and basic information on breakfast times, location of shop and restaurant. The room was of good size and presented well

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and our room was always spotless and a nice place to come back to after a day out. What really stood out though was the staff

The staff are lovely and friendly and extremely helpful. The bus stop is just outside the hotel €2. 50 each one way to Rhodes Town. A fabulous holiday and we will be returning to Kresten Palace Hotel again 😀

Despite the resort being at full capacity, it never once felt overcrowded or hectic—we never had to wait, and everything ran effortlessly. The attention to detail and level of service truly set this place apart

We had a meal in Ouzo, the resorts Greek restaurant on our last night. There were entertainers dancing and playing music. What we also liked to see was the senior manager taking part in the dancing

Lovely hotel, great food choice for all inclusive. Few things in the hotel room that didn’t work: USB plug sockets and plug in the sink. Tv remote was missing too.

We recently stayed at D’Andrea Mare Beach Hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. Positives: The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean — a real plus for families or couples looking for comfort

The beach area also seemed to lack regular maintenance, which took away from the otherwise beautiful seaside setting

One important issue is the lack of supervision at the pool — unfortunately, some guests ignored the rules, jumping dangerously into the water near small children and rinsing sandy feet directly in the pool

Areas for Improvement: While the facilities were generally good, we did notice that the pool area could use more frequent cleaning, especially during busy times
