The room was clean and we had a nice view if the sea. The pillows weren't as comfortable as we'd hoped, but they weren't terrible. The cleaning staff were very friendly and always said hello, making you feel welcome

The place and the staff are excellent. Really enjoyed our family time. It's a shame that the place is being renewed and transformed into an adults-only hotel.

The restaurant staff, especially Roy. As it was end of season they were allowed to join in with us at the dj night, and it was the best experience

We were there two weeks , but some people only went for a few days , so that was a little unfair, I understand the hotel was closing the next day but even so?… The location is beautiful

Fab sunsets! But if you like a lot of of life around, this is not for you. We walked it a couple of times. There is a taverna about 10 mins walk away, which serves good food and drinks

The food, breakfast was the worst meal, it was ok , but very strange to swerve green beans, sprouts, carrots etc. the eggs, beans and bread etc was fine

Food at snack bar served till 8 pm and very well Presented very clean and towels and bedding changed regularly , will deffinately return again, plenty to do within walking distance , and excilent Beach very near

Having the best stay here, hotel is very clean rooms cleaned everyday food standard is high! Very rare on all inclusive the meat is cooked properly but everything has been!! Which is amazing!

The food is excellent! There’s a huge variety, especially at lunch and dinner — meat, fish, seafood, side dishes, vegetables, fruits — everything is super tasty and fresh

I had a wonderful stay at Zante Park resort&spa ! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I checked in. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view

The hotel is great, the staff is really kind and add a personal touch, the rooms are clean, the service is good and the food is very nice! Every day its different, something for everyone

We recommend this and say look beyond any negative reviews as it lovely!! Theres a lovely jewellery shop inside hotel with the man that makes the jewellery his name is Thanossis and he is lovely, i bought an earring and pendant set handmade that is beautiful!! All in all for the price we recommend this hotel as a lovely stay , relaxing with nice surroundings, beach and bars! Hope to see them again...

I have read bad reviews on the food here and all i can say is you must expect gourmet food at 4* prices- the food is delicious !! Cocktails are nice , again not fancy but you can pay if you want that, all inclusive drinks are adequate and generous served by friendly bar staff The entertainment team are super fun and so friendly

This is our last full day at Serita Beach hotel. We have been here for 9 nights and was here the same last October 2024! After having such a lovely holiday last year we came back with the family and grandchildren

This hotel is very good value for the cost… The staff are all amazingly friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean / room serviced everyday with fresh linen/towels. Its more than adequate for 4*

The food is amazing with so much choice always fresh, fish, meat, lamb , salads - what ever you want. There are 3 seperate restaurants greek, Italian & shushi each offer lovely service and food

The manager delivered a very nice gesture to me and my partner to celebrate our engagement he is definitely a people person the hotel staff are excellent nothing is any trouble to them

Kids won’t get out from them all day. Hotel have private beach with sunbeds. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff is friendly and very helpful, they help us with some things

We came for our brothers wedding and I can say that everything was amazing! We loved the food, it was authentic Greek and so flavourful! We want to go back for vocation!

There is a very nice pool on the territory, and the sea is generally love ❤️ The restaurants worked perfectly The breakfast was very tasty, we visited the tavern and also liked everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Blue Dream Palace in mid June, and would certainly love to return for another visit! The location and facilities were ideal for us, we loved the sea view from our room, that there was plenty of sun-bed availability around the pool, and also really enjoyed a Spa day, with a fabulous massage from Elena (would highly recommend!)

One of the main elements that made our trip so special was the outstanding service provided from the Blue Dream Team, Dessi, George, Sofia and all their colleagues were incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed at all times

We have had the most relaxing week here at Blue Dream Palace , the staff go over and above to make your stay memorable. The food was delicious, Breakfast was always entertaining with our omelette server great guy

We have struggled a bit with the cleaning service coming when our children had their afternoon sleep. But other than that we have had a great time. Food was delicious, every day there was something we liked

the highest praise for the pirates animation team, our twins enjoyed their time. Sea is wonderful, but quite cold in the second half of June. all in all a wonderful experience

Lots of activities for children, every day animation programs from various travel agencies who never asked if you have travelled with them or someone else

I went all inclusive and glad I did as it is a bit isolated ( 15 mins by bus to Irapetra for 2 Euros ) , I enjoyed the food so much that I had no urge to leave and try another place , the variety quality and was excellent , great salad bar and proper Greek main courses

Inclusive drinks - quality spirits good known brands , wines passable , beer not great , Mythos would have been nice. My room , facing inland , was very spacious and there was very little traffic noise at night

You can enjoy great cocktails until 1am, and no rubbish brands. It was really sad to leave, but this will definitely be our choice of place whenever we’re back in Crete!

Great hotel with some really nice touches. The hotels in great shape with super views from your balcony. The rooms are big with quality large bathrooms. The outside pool in a great size

An amazing stay! The place is well located, in a quiet area away from the busy town, but right across from a bus stop that can take you to Chania centre for €3

The hotel is something out of the “White Lotus” series; fantastic pools, right in front of the sea, great restaurants, and best of all; amazing staff. Everyone is sooooo friendly that you literally feel like hugging them

Feel rather disappointed that we were sold this holiday as a 5 star hotel never in this world is it!! I have been in better 4 star hotels than this

They went over and above providing me with ice daily for my foot, showing us the best wheelchair route to the sea, and so much more. They must have been exhausted end of season but never showed it

The shower had great water pressure also. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. From reservations to towels to teaching language

We visited Santorini recently with 10 other family members for our niece's wedding. El Greco was our hotel of choice. Great decision!! The complex is outstanding, with several beautifully maintained pools and surrounds

We spent quite a few evenings in Fira, with us only about 7-8 minutes walk from the hotel. The choice of restaurants overlooking the Caldera is brilliant. I figure in the peak tourist period, best to book

Breakfast is included it the room rate, and although not a five star buffet, the breakfast was OK, especially sitting outside overlooking the main pool area

The complex has an all day restaurant and bar poolside, which was fantastic for cocktails 🍸 after dinner. The rooms are very well appointed, really comfortable king bed

Our room had a small patio with a small table and chairs, which was a nice extension to our room. Across the road from the property you can lookout over the Caldera, which can be breathtaking at sunset

Especially I would like to thank the girls in the restaurant for their hospitality and friendliness- Ira, Sara, Sia and Zoi. They are a part of the Potidea staff with a big heart

I’ve enjoyed everything: the room, the beach, the hotel area and of course the restaurant food and atmosphere. The choice of food is just impressive and super delicious

Nice but small. We requested an upgrade but they told us the hotel was full. Nice and helpful staff.

The hotel was very good, Ira, Sara, Zoi and Sia were very helpful and the best staff. The rooms were very spatious and clean, as well as the food was vety delicious.

This hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed at - I’ve already returned twice in just one season

The girls in the restaurant waitresses and waiters are excellent, especially the sous chef Vicky , restaurant, floor, manager Sia , and the three servers /waitresses Zoi, Ira,, Sara were always running and serving non stop, my family was very happy and impressed with the services and amenities of the hotel

Some of them had closed as it was coming towards the end of the season but there was still plenty to do if you wanted to. The food and drinks were great - plenty of options

Felt sorry for the gyros chef as she had long queues and she was doing everything on her own in searing heat. Afternoon cakes served were very good. Never had a problem getting a table

We booked a week stay at the Lydia Maris for a half term break - me, my partner and our 5 year old. Lovely hotel with great facilities. Plenty of space to relax around the pool. The beach was less than 10 mins away

The room was perfect for our needs, the beds were comfortable. It was in need of some bits and pieces that needed improving but as it was the end of the season I would expect those to be done by next year

Anyone who manages to get my partner up on stage dancing must be doing a good job! Things did slow down towards the end of the week as the season was coming to a close but we still had a lovely time

It would be good if the food labelling was a bit clearer - I picked up some stuffed mushrooms that had meat in them and I’m veggie. Staff were available but busy so not that easy to get the info you need

Not only are there 2 pools, but also a sea down the street. You can ride jetskis in the sea. There's also a bar, an 8-ball place and a lot of shops nearby from this hotel

The only problem that I had an issue with is that the drinks after ordering took a long time to come. But I understand that the staff is always extremely busy (just giving some feedback)

I really love this place! I like the food from the buffet, you can choose what to eat in the morning or in the evening. The rooms are a little small for my liking though

My stay at the hotel 06-11 October was perfect. The workers of the hotel were hospitable and pleasant. Rooms are always tidy and good equipped. I had nice view on the street and the beach

We had room 317 which has a view over the sea, pool and entertainment stage. Highly recommend getting rooms 301-321 if you go there Staff was very friendly

Second time staying at this hotel & the entertainment/ animation team work there backsides off & make your holiday amazing! Some rooms have been renovated and are lovely but others haven't so there basic, food is different theme each night, always something to eat even for picky eaters, snack bar at main hotel is pretty much open all day, waterpark is fab also has a snackbar included with your all...

If You go on splash world free towels too. Definitely I would recommend!!!!!!!! Ps. Been told best time to visit would be out of season. I was 21/10 to 27/10/2021 and was absolutely great

The water park was a real highlight for the kids, with so many options and activities, and the water park team took great care to ensure safety at all times, which allowed us to relax with peace of mind

The room was good and comfortable to sleep in. We were happy to also have our own little kitchen unit in the room. So for us who ate more food from the market shop and not in restaurants, it was super helpful

Lovely place to stay at Tigaki Beach Hotel. It was really nice lots of variety of food and drinks , the staff was very friendly and helpful at the reception and welcoming, especially in the restaurant

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had an amazing stay at Syvota Diamond Spa Hotel. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views over the sea and close to the beautiful beaches of Syvota

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could need. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay special – always welcoming, friendly, and attentive

The spa is a real highlight: relaxing atmosphere, professional treatments, and the perfect way to unwind. Breakfast and dining options were excellent, with fresh and delicious choices every day

Bungalows were unbelievable in combination with the view of ionean sea, the food and the service were outstanding. Probably one the best hotels in West Greece!!!!

Very nice resort on the hill above Sivota, lots of pools, good sauna and steam room. Does require some steps no matter where you go. The staff were excellent taking all the bags to the room

Perfect magical hotel with unbelievable views as it almost taken from the White Lotus show.. But please invaste a bit more in your kids club and breakfast because they don't comply with a 5* standard

All employees are young, dynamic and social people that makes you very welcome in this hotel. The breakfast (buffet) is great and delicious and you can enjoy it as well outside at the backside of the hotel

The front desk staff helped us arrange a very nice private tour to Lake Kerkini for a fair price. Try the spicy sausages and the traditional pastry tarts

Everything is extraordinary clean, and this is an only hotel I visited that puts TV remote into pvc bag to keep it clean, which is really a nice detail amongs many others

A very modern hotel within walking distance of the city center and the metro station. It is a breath of fresh air with its unique atmosphere and aesthetic which i personally found very interesting

There were plenty of sunbeds available on the beach and by the pool. You could find a spot at any time. 4 meters deep, and the entrance into the sea is gradual, so you can walk in barefoot without needing water shoes

I can’t speak positively enough about this hotel. We came as a family of 4 with a 4 year old and a 20 month old and everything about the hotel is so carefully thought about and children are really really well considered

Every single staff member, whether they worked behind the desk or cleaned or worked in the restaurant or the kids club etc greeted us with a smile and had a chat etc and showed a lot of patience towards our children

Hotel is great, food is amazing, staff is very kind and helpful. Pool is great and sea is clean and many free sunbeds with umbrellas. Drinks at bars are good and strong. Only downside for me are kids

To be honest, it’s not - it overlooks a car park with the mountains behind however we didn’t pay extra for this and could’ve paid extra if we wanted a sea view

I don’t mind kids, but in dining area was like 30 kids screaming all at once it’s crazy, similar problem is loud rooms. i would make 1 hour eating time only for adults. Otherwise everything about hotel is on the peak

We struggled a bit with the toilet door lock which seemed to be old and the door handle wasn't very stable. This was our first time with all inclusive and we absolutely loved the food in the buffet restaurant

The beach side infrastructure is very good and this was our favourite spot for most of our stay. Of special note is the spa, which has been newly renovated and has a clean, relaxing vibe

Blue Marine has a very peaceful location, so if you're looking for a relaxing experience and amazing views, this might be a great choice

We had a large balcony facing the sea and it was really nice in the evenings when the temperature got milder. The room was all in all clean

Excellent as usual 13th time at his hotel we love it, food excellent and varied choices at each meat, staff very friendly and always helpful . This year he man pool is heated which is a plus

The sun loungers by the pool were all reserved at 7 am so it was nice that there were plenty of sun loungers also on the beach. Just beware that the lift between hotel and beach could be unreliable

I would especially like to mention Dalma, Bianca, Francesca, Niko A, Yannis, Dimitra (main restaurant), Simone (the singer), Kleidi (bar), Juliana (beach bar), and Kalliroy (reception), whose exceptional attention and care made our stay truly memorable

Cleanliness: Impeccable! Common areas and rooms were spotless, and housekeeping was consistent and thorough. Noise level: Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a restful holiday without disturbances

My week at the resort was one of the most fantastic stays of my life. Not only were the scenery breathtaking and the food delicious, but what truly stood out was the staff

Zakynthos is a fantastic destination to explore, but it is just as perfect if you simply want to unwind, listening to live singing, surrounded by olive trees, and watching the ever-changing shades of blue in the sea

Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed with modern touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved waking up each morning to the view of the gardens and the sea

The resort is set in a beautifully peaceful part of Zakynthos, surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the shimmering Ionian Sea

However, the service level of the front desk is poor, and the professionalism is insufficient, especially the young lady on duty in the afternoon. We booked three rooms for 7 people

On the first day, each room was only given one door card, and each person was required to have a ticket. After repeated negotiations, she changed the subject and did not respond positively

We even took 2 more pieces on purpose, but it turned out to be a bit sour when we ate it, an overnight watermelon in summer; in addition, we stayed for two days, and 2 drinking water bottles were provided on the first day, but not on the second day

The hotel is in a good location, close to the commercial street, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the bus terminal and the port

Although the service staff helped to take the boxes downstairs, the hotel was on the second floor, and we had to move one floor by ourselves after leaving the hotel; the hotel had watermelon for breakfast on the first day, and we were very happy

Fortunately, there is a supermarket downstairs, but the logic of not providing water on the second day of check-in is too confusing. Is my room rate on the second day cheaper than the first day?

Kids enjoyed the kids club- arts and crafts, mini discos, super heroes, Minnie and Mickie mouse, face painting, pizza cooking class and loads more. Thank you for a memorable holiday!

Recently stayed at mitsis faliraki from 28th Oct - 4th Nov. As a family but for our honeymoon. Greeted by Nikos on arrival who helped show us our room and take up our cases

Made to feel very welcome and Nikos would greet us each day as he seemed to remember all the guests. He was also on hand to help with any queries we had

A late food option between 10:30-4am was great and my daughter loved the none stop crepes! Kids club was great, all super friendly and could drop in and out when she wanted! The pizza making was super cute! Location is amazing right on the beach and although end of season the bars are all in walking distance if you want to venture out or hire a car etc

Very handy! Overall all the staff were incredible, the hotel is clean and a fab location with plenty of food to eat! Would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend to family and friends! My only feedback would be perhaps a child’s mini disco before the main entertainment and perhaps a dj for a while after the show for anyone not wanting to go outside the hotel at night

Excellent staff throughout all departments, especially pool bar, main bar and front office (including George, Louisa, Erwin, Adrianna and many many more) Beautiful beach, some very delicious foods (especially grilled salmon) Taxi drive from/to airport only 18 minutes

Loved the snack bar and Greek and Italian offerings also, especially to be enjoyed whilst lounging by the sea. Animation staff are fab, they are so welcoming and do not pester you at all

Very clean rooms, great food everyday something different, great activities throughout the day, snack bar great too and the beach has many available sun-beds, amazing drinks and great service in buffet restaurant, and now I am saving the best till last which is the animation team, Sam is a great leader of the animation team

Just had a 10 day stay and it was fantastic. We had a refurbished room with a side sea view. Room was very good and the bed was comfortable. It was kept spotlessly clean by the staff

Loved eating at the beach restaurant for lunch every day with stunning sea views. All the staff, reception, restaurants and bars were very attentive and couldn't be more helpful

Tibi and Bogdan are the best 11/10, they know how to make the “crowd go wild”, great dance moves, great talk and loved their approach to kids, my baby Tymon who is quite shy to strangers felt very confident and absolutely loved them

Big shout out to the animation team, Sam, Tibi, Bogdan and Lia. They kept everyone entertained day and night. Food was of a high standard with a different theme every night
