The Hotel has been completely renovated and this was evident in the cool, modern and minimalistic rooms. The Queen bed was huge & very comfortable. Ample plugs and charging sockets - perfect for my teenager

We have just booked to come again in 2026 which will be around our 18th holiday to this hotel. We have always loved coming here. The changes that have been made over the last few years are huge

Our favourite was the white party disco. Although the location is remote and there isn’t a lot to do in the local area the hotel is big enough without feeling trapped. We would definitely visit again

We couldn’t really try the Greek restaurant because it was fully booked three days in advance. The Asian restaurant was just okay — the service was excellent, but the food options were a bit limited

The team at the Greek restaurant helped surprise my husband with a birthday cake on our first night too. My sons loved the water slides and pool and the evening entertainment was fun

We stayed for a week, and our kids loved the kids’ club activities as well. The pool had a great depth for both children and adults. The food was also good, with plenty of choices

If you do the: hop on hop off busses,as we are there is a stop in front for the 2 main companies (we prefer the big bus brand) If you're going to Athens, the Athens Marriott is a nice place to come home to after a full day of being a tourist

Although I must suggest that you leave the food out until the stated time. Breakfast is amazing! We thought so and I overheard another guest describe it as the best he's ever had in a hotel

It's really close to the beach as well but the access to sea might be a bit hard as there is a lot of big stones on the beach

Some stains could be easily cleaned with right products and some effort. The food is good, I always find something, however, sometimes it did not look so nice. All in all I had a very good and comfortable stay!

The Hotel area is very beautyful. The size of the room, especially the bathroom, is perfect. I love the free safe as well as the electronic handling in connection with the cleaning service

At the reception a got sometimes the feeling that my questions were annoying to the stuff and a minimum of information was given. The bathroom should need a deep cleaning

There is plenty to keep both adults and kids entertained throughout the day even if the weather isn't great, so a perfect spot, even out of peak season

Where to start? From the very first email correspondence with an agent named Magda, I knew this was going to be a special vacation. The care, concern, and hospitality were present from those first exchanges

, the manager of Enoteca - whose name may have been Pantelis, Isabella at either Fresca or Flavors, were just a few. We had the pleasure of meeting Peter, manager at Guest relations who assisted us in many ways

Really, there are so many accolades to give this resort, every category is a five (1-5) But I will focus on staff. Each morning, you can't pass an employee who does not greet you with a 'kalimera

' I would mention the names of every wonderful encounter - but there were so many. Even the guys who took our luggage to the room set the tone with their welcome

Everything throughout the hotel was maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, which made us feel very comfortable! The “enoteca”restaurant was excellent, offering high-quality cuisine and a wonderful selection of dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed

We loved our stay at the Arina Beach resort. After 3 weeks travelling around Europe, it was amazing to relax at an all inclusive resort. The staff were great and the food and drinks was better than we expected

He is amazing along with Alex on the bakery (lovely man), Aspa, Kathryn, and all the waitresses and waiters that can’t do enough for you. The Avra, restaurant has improved and is incredibly good

We booked a penthouse room as we had before, the rooms are well set out, with robes, slippers, iron facilities coffee machine, and a lovely welcome package of treats wine and a stocked fridge

Water still warm enough to swim in late October/early November - the food was a real highlight, particularly the buffet restaurant. Lots of variety and changed each day

Another welcome at the check in, which went very smoothly, and were well informed of the resort, and some changes that had been made. Then our luggage taken to our room

The bars are set out well Albi is great , along with all the others that work the main bars and pool bars, and of course I have to mention Marina she’s so lovely

In other hotels the message is clear and they do pick it up but not here. The resort is well maintained and huge but it does not feel overcrowded even during the peak season

A wonderful hotel. The employees are very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach, the pools, the environment. Very great. You have wifi everywhere on the beach, in the room, at the pool.

A lot of pools all clean, swim up bar which is essential 😁. 3 restaurants and a gyros/pizza by the pools. Plenty of bars throughout complex. Always get a sunbed, towels available

The best hotel in my life for now! It was so amazing 🤩 Food is tasty, service are high professional, everyday room cleaning, amazing views! Strongly recommend

Great for families teens and children kept busy. No bars or shops within walking distance. We had a really lovely holiday

Nothing has changed after the room cleaning next day. We have a little baby and put all the used diapers in a plastic bag, tied it up tightly and neatly to be picked up by the cleaning staff

This year was my third consecutive stay, and as usual, I wasn't disappointed. The room had pool access, the room was cleaned daily, and the minibar was restocked

Good shuttle bus in to the town. Would not call this resort 5 star but it was nice

Staff: Most were lovely, didn’t have a great experience with one of the managers who made us feel as if we were a nuisance when we told her about some of our issues, one of the bar staff was really rude and always miserable, almost grunted when you spoke to him! One member of the animation team was really inappropriate, very full on with the husbands and didn’t get the hint when you wanted to be left...

Nice resort food was good with plenty of choice drinks were ok. Entertainment in adults only bar was shocking. Double room was nice but very small. Family rooms around the pool were big but very noisy

It took me a considerable amount of thought before writing this review…I don’t normally wish to give bad reviews as I know how much businesses are struggling at the moment, but wanted to provide people with a balanced opinion

There is a bus that runs into the local town every hour which is great but wouldn’t stay at the hotel again as we like to be able to walk to places. Summary: Ok, not worth the money though and wouldn’t return

All inclusive drinks were ok but its what youd expect. Food was amazing and so much choice. A la cart restaurants we used were the greek which we felt rushed. Everything came at once before we had finished a coures

Lovely hotel with really great staff ! Clean, well laid out and good All Inclusive dining options Food quality was excellent Would recommend a car to try out beaches or visit Rhodes Town or Lindos

First off, there was NOTHING I didnt lime about this hotel, it was all lovely from the grounds, pool. to the room and the dining areas and pools. The staff were fantastic and very friendly

There is nothing in the immediate surrounding area apart from a few mini markets and resembles wasteland but that is no fault of the hotel itself, just something to be mindfull of if visiting

Lovely hotel for a family holiday. Between the pools, water park and beach our water babies were in heaven; with the inclusively priced cocktails we were too! Delicious and great range of food in the buffet

Very good hotel, delicious food, friendly staff. My son and I lived in a separate bungalow with a house on a small terrace, every day we cleaned up, everything was fine

We just had our second family holiday at Marine Palace and were once again very happy with everything. The location, the food and service is great!

Do book on arrival if want full choice of alternative dining options. Appreciated being able to get snacks for the kids during the day

stunning hotel overlooking the sea. gym, bike rental, swimming pool, parking. You can buy jewelry and get a massage at the hotel. The variety of breakfasts is pleasantly surprising

Seaside hotel near city center. Good but not excellent.

We booked the deluxe suite with the view of the sea. As we parked infront of the hotel we were immediately greeted by the staff, they parked our car and kept the car keys safe

You can go to the shore right out of the back door of the hotel and walk along the Aegean Sea. The buffet breakfast on the first floor is also very rich and delicious

There were fruits and baklava on the table, as well as a note from the hotel. In the bathroom there were shaving sets, dental sets and many more supplies. The Salonika restaurant had the best food we have ever tried

Super friendly and accommodating staff, and the breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide array of delicious freshly made food. If I come back to Thessaloniki, I'm definitely staying at the Makedonia Palace

The dinning room is very large and spacious with an excellent choice of hot and cold food selections appealing to any taste with excellent selections of desserts and fruit as well as a coffee bar and self operated coffee machines if you chose

I recommend using The Spa. I had a deep tissue massage. Jessie was very good and very professional.

All in all we enjoyed every Minute. We think it‘s a good idea to change to adult friendly next Season. Wish all the best for all of you

Had a great holiday first time visiting this hotel and area of Greece hotel and service great. But the service received from Eriini was just great a credit to the hotel hope to see her again next year

If you are in Greece come here. Something I loved about Sani is the staff they are some of the nicest people on earth. I wanted to give a special shout out to Kennedy. He is so nice and he made our time here incredible

Christina, Nicole and Tamara the assistant manager were all superb, every time you pass through reception they check with you to make sure you are enjoying your stay and if there is anything they can do to Help

I've been several times to Sani, I like to visit when it first opens around Easter time as it tends to be quieter, but many family activities such as archery and high ropes are still available

We have had another fabulous stay at Sani Resort and can highly recommend it. We stayed at the Sani Beach Hotel in a seaview room

We had one of the refurbished rooms with a private swim up room and couldn’t fault this at all apart from the pool being freezing cold, however, it was very welcome when the sun got too hot! Sakis at the Signature bar was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for him - all of the staff that we had interaction with were really accommodating

I loved this place amazing people lovely service food is delicious entertainment is brilliant defonetly recommend for familys OUTSTANDING BEACH if you love to swim in the ocean then make sure to stop by the beach also so meny fishes in the water it's stunning

The Coryfo restaurant was good but the food in the other ala carte restaurants was underwhelming. The snack bar food was inedible (chips even come out cold) and closely guarded by wasps (much like all the external bars)

In summary the offering at the hotel, especially as they list themselves as “officially 5 stars”, is all just a bit naive and not well considered. They were cutting too many corners to be credible as a luxury hotel

Even the hot drinks (tea/coffee) were served in plastic at the blue bar but even the highest graded plastic cups have a max safe temperature of 83°c to avoid chemical leaching - so that’s just unsafe

The all inclusive drinks package was limited in serving size and range, especially if trying to avoid alcohol and sugar, and always served in plastic at the main bar (including in the evening)

It was the perfect way to end a fun-filled day at the park. The Disney shows made us feel like we were part of the story — everything was colorful, fun, and full of joy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations

The amenities were top-notch — especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. One of the highlights of our trip was the Cuban show in the evening

The music, dancing, and energy were simply unforgettable! The performers were so talented, and the vibrant costumes and live band created such a lively, authentic Caribbean vibe

the quality of the food is not great, and even the themed restaurants are serving food which is not good! the Rinela has had a great face lift and the sea is delightful, whilst we were there it was so windy and the life guards were excellent at keeping a watch

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail

The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view from the window was stunning

But it was in a block with undisciplined kids banging the heavy doors over & over again & screaming & rushing along the corridor & setting off the fire alarms. Then the new arrivals & the drunks came in late at night

Of course there is space to improve

Just arrived back after a weeks holiday. Hotel was very clean, the food was also good especially the Italian restaurant. beach is next to hotel and all the pools are well maintained

But the buffet restaurant is the best I've eaten in anywhere in the world! The chefs are marvellous, the food was varied, & topped up regularly, & amazing, the bain maries keep the food hot! Our daughter & granddaughter are vegans & they had a huge choice of dishes

And the doors shut quietly! Well worth paying a bit extra for. Our daughter & granddaughter loved the hotel's amenities, pools, entertainment etc. As a Food & Travel Writer, I've stayed in many places

We received a complimentary room upgrade to a Family Comfort Garden View, for which I am very grateful

Main hotel bar has evening entertainment with acts on a few nights and piano music or Greek nights, plenty of options for top branded drinks and cocktails, bar staff always attentive, shout out to Cristof who looked after us all week

All Inclusive with Black card , gives access to all evening Al a Carte restaurants, Asian, The Grill and Le Etoile which can all be booked on hotel app easily, also Al a Carte lunch in Gondola Bar / restaurant

I really loved all the swimming pools, most beautiful swimming pools I've ever seen! The beach was nice and clean with free beds

From check in to check out, there was nothing not to like about this hotel, 1st class service over all the areas of the resort

The room had been refreshed since our last visit, with lighter décor, updated furniture, and a much improved walk-in shower, great for accessibility

Stayed in the Adults only area, accomodation was Junior suite, with pool access and pool bar area, where Carlosos looks after you very well

Clean, comfortable, right by beach. Staff ok but not very smiley or communicative. Breakfast selection excellent but seating rather chaotic at times

So many chapels on a tiny island its amazing !!! Then rested before heading back for more fun at the pool and beach. Later we again had the amazing lobster linguini and chicken souvlaki and lots more house wine

We loved the place for its staff, services and excellent location. Also has a bus stop at its entrance, the rent-a-car or motorcycle place is also close by

The beach is right opposite and across the road, almost as you walk out of the hotel and enter the beach. Definitely recommended to all

After a good BIG FAT GREEK Breakfast we climbed up the mountain to get a better view of the place, then saw the windmill and chapel

Weather is continually breezy varying to strong gusty so ideal for wind surfing. Water sports available on beach. Sunbeds on beach around €20/day. Beach is coarse white sand in the main

Excellent hotel! Delicious food. Pools with sea water. Children's swimming pool. Excellent service throughout the hotel. Animation for children is very interesting. The playground is big. I recommend the hotel.

I stayed at Grecotel Lux Me Kos with my partner for a holiday, and we checked out just yesterday. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing stay; the rooms were perfectly fine—comfortable and clean, with everything we needed

As it was the very beginning of the season, not all of the facilities were fully operational, which is something to keep in mind, but it didn’t really bother us as we were looking for a quiet and laid-back getaway

What truly made our stay special was the staff, so a big thank you to the reception team who were always incredibly helpful and happy to assist us with any information we needed

A very special mention goes to Iren, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay—she was always there for us and responded to all our requests immediately and with such kindness, truly making a difference to our experience

0% wines, which made my pregnant wife very happy!! Apostolis reached out to check on us and made sure the everything was as perfect as can be, we forgot something and he will make sure it will get to us in our home country

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. We enjoyed a large selection of food, great variety and quality. The beach and pool were so convenient. We loved everything but most of all the staff, lovely,lovely people.

Excellent hotel that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Convenient for the airport and Corfu Town and close to Gouvia's bar's and restuarants. Excellent beach with plenty of food options for all tastes.

What an amazing place - best holiday ever. Kontokali bay is amazing, the resort is incredible with its variety of beaches and restaurants. The staff are incredible friendly and the service was amazing

We have just sent a wonderful 9 days here. The hotel is in a stunning location overlooking the bay towards Corfu town. The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff are friendly and helpful

All the food we had there was great and it was so fun to have entertainment on every night! Such a relaxing stay and definitely worth taking the bus into the old town for an explore!

We upgraded to a room with a pool, this was very lovely, and to make it even sweeter the hotel staff made a towel swan on our bed and covered it with rose petals (my partner asked if they could do something special) we also had a bottle of sparkly waiting for us ＜3

Well what can I say, from the moment of arrival the staff were beyond amazing, very welcoming and approachable (we arrived around 1am) There was food & drink that had been saved for the expected late arrivals which was very kind

When we got to our room it was a little bit smaller that we expected and as we were staying for 14 nights with 2 young girls ( 12 & 3 ) we kindly asked if there was and chance of upgrading our rooms, there was but at a fee

The staff every night were very kind and caring and made you feel welcome. The Bus Boys are an absolute credit, and Joey at the pool bar WHAT AN AMAZING PERSON!! he made us laugh and was brilliant with the children

We encountered a few issues with ants and our cleaning lady was so lovely she sprayed to room in every nook and cranny when she came :) and she interacted with us and the children wonderfully, we were in room 4112

We travelled into Prasanisi and Lindos both quite close to the resort. It was lovely to visit St Paul’s bay and the chapel where we were married 15 years ago, was lovely to bring our children to see
