Great medium sized hotel in the centre of Rhodes City, close to the Old Town. I was only here for 3 nights as my husband was in the hospital. The staff were so kind and helpful, I enjoyed the food, there was enough choice for me but it wasn't vast. The pool is quite small and looked as though it might be in the shade, but I'm not sure, I was at the hospital most of the time.

Have stayed in the Plaza many times usually for just one night in transit to a ferry to the islands. Is a perfect location and hotel for this kind of stay.

The hotel is centrally located, very clean, breakfast was rich, staff are very helpful. We received an upgrade of the room and a late checkout free of charge. We would definitely come back.

Spacious room. Bed was too hard for me but housekeeping added an extra bed topper when I asked for help and that made a big difference. Pool was lovely (although very busy) and hotel prices were good value.

The place is good. Would come again. Staff great and helpful. Food plentiful and varied. Only thing that holds it back from a good 5 star is that our room was tired and dated although perfectly serviceable.

We can only recommend. Beautiful renovated rooms. Themed dinners every day. Entertainment, tennis courts, etc. Several pools, a bar right next to the pool. Nearby, a beautiful view of the bay. Sandy beach. An ideal place for a trip around the island. Large free parking lot at the hotel.

Today is our first day of rest with the family. The first impression is very positive. Delicious food, clean everywhere. Oleg deserved special attention, he works at the bar, serves quickly and helps to choose the most delicious cocktails. He is very tolerant and polite.

Came with two kids which enjoyed swiming pool and waterslide. Overall price-vise we were satisfied with the hotel. Service is tired but stil friendly. Beach and bus station in a walking distace, but don't expect bus lines are on time.

Currently staying here, we arrived late night Tuesday and Mohammed who was looking after reception and the bar manager made sure we got drinks and some food even though they had just closed for the night. Very friendly staff, pool area is good and bar staff are fantastic, the food is what you expect from an all inclusive hotel. Would definitely reccomend

Great resort if you look to spend a total relaxed holiday. Situated right on the beach with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The outdoor pool is fairly big, though the water is cold in April. We got big room (2 adults+2yo) and we got 4 beds. Many pools and fun for kids, but also quiet places in the hotel area. I don't understand some of the reviews. We stayed for a week in August. We had a superior family room on the back block of the complex which suited us as it was nice and quiet. Nice hotel. Michael and most staff are very accommodating. We had one issue with some of our belongings been taking from the rooms by cleaners. Reception did look after us after this and were very helpful. Entertainment was good for our little girl. Food was good.

Breakfast was outstanding , so much choice and all fresh and I had dinner one night and can honestly say it was the nicest salmon I ever tasted ! cooked to perfection. This hotel was spotlessly clean I would not hesitate to stay again it went far beyond my expectations

The room was clean and comfortable with good city views. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff on reception were very helpful. Breakfast had a large variety, but average quality. The amenities in the hotel outside the room included a pool, gym and separate showers which were great for us to use before our late night flight.

Lovely Hotel This is a lovely hotel in Rhodes Town. Loads of restaurants nearby and local bars. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice for all tastes. The highlight of this hotel are the staff they are without exception friendly and appear happy. A special mention to the Chef who always looked out for me when I was looking for fried eggs.
