I am wondering what people really want. Yes the hotel is old-fashioned and needs renovation,, in a middle of a not attractive place, and selling food items at crazy prices, but apart from that it is fine for Greek prices and standards. Exceptional service and location We had a wonderful stay at Via Villa Illioti . Helen the manager went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional with great tips on places to see and restaurants to eat at. The location of the villa was within a short walk to the beach, the old town, restaurants and shopping! We highly recommend!

I was at the hotel with my wife and baby, they met everything we asked for. The bathroom was a little small but we managed. We stayed in a lovely superior room on the ground floor with out standing stunning views out towards the beach & beautiful sea , the rooms are kept absolutely spotless by the two beautiful cleaning ladies fresh bedding...

We just finished our stay at Nirvana hotel this week. The hotel surroundings and building is lovely and right on the beach there's plenty of restaurants near by and a bus link and excursion shop also across the road. I'll start with the positive. I bought the All Inclusive stay at the hotel, the room I stayed in was quite bearable, but the food was very poor, the portions were tiny and the food was not always warm. I do not recommend this hotel due to the poor food and noise associated with the close airport.

The hotel staff was very nice, the restaurant staff were very helpful and kind. We felt very flattered that we chose to stay at this hotel.

Great location, perfect view, great breakfast, wonderful service, they even gave a small got when you check out, overall good value. Only things to complain: - Room facilities are a bit outdated, for example my shower head was leaking water from all different directions. - thin walls; I can hear people chatting a lot despite being far away from most rooms.

The stay has been an okay experience. Rooms are fine, but the bathroom we got was small. When we showered the water got all over the floor. Breakfast was also fine. The staff has been an itch with us. From the start the receptionist have been a little mean. First of all we where not allowed to pay the tourist tax by card, even though they had a bank terminal. There was no good ATM to find nearby either...

Despite the all bad reviews I saw, we went there. The staff was extra frendly, kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean and big enaf. Breakfast was also very good, there was something for everyone. Location is great, across Windy beach, and Elli beach is about 200-300m from the hotel. Marina, city center and old town is also very close. The only bad thing is the mattress but we manage it.

Good and clean basic hotel with breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room with a balcony facing the sea was perfect 👌🏻 Only 20 meters to the beach ☀️

We had really nice experience with riviera hotel! Stay was smooth!Staff was really helpful and warm!Sea view facing balconies are best to enjoy the view if weather is not great outside! Breakfast was also good! I would say,worth for the price! We really had a good time and memories here!ample restaurants in the area!and also you can have a nice sea walk and also close to old town❤️
