We had an average stay at this hotel. We had to carry our suitcases up flights of stairs to our room as we had one of the rooms by the small pool. We were shocked by how run down the rooms were and cracks in the balcony floor so could easily cut your feet. Amazing family friendly hotel in a beautiful area. Great beach, pools, amazing food, nice coctails, and very friendly staff members. We stayed in a family suite with private pool and it was worth it. We definetely want to come back one day. The only thing that needs improvement is the lift leading to suites which did not work properly throughout our stay.

This is such a fantastic hotel, it was our 3rd visit and we are already looking forward to booking our 4th stay. Everything about this hotel is lovely, the staff, restaurants, bars, pool and it's location from the local beach which is about 150 meters. Great medium sized hotel in the centre of Rhodes City, close to the Old Town. I was only here for 3 nights as my husband was in the hospital. The staff were so kind and helpful, I enjoyed the food, there was enough choice for me but it wasn't vast. The pool is quite small and looked as though it might be in the shade, but I'm not sure, I was at the hospital most of the time.

The hotel is centrally located, very clean, breakfast was rich, staff are very helpful. We received an upgrade of the room and a late checkout free of charge. We would definitely come back.

Spacious room. Bed was too hard for me but housekeeping added an extra bed topper when I asked for help and that made a big difference. Pool was lovely (although very busy) and hotel prices were good value.

we stayed 8 days AI and what can we say. Staff were amazing couldnt fault them, clean restuarant and main areas. We stayed on 4th floor and the carpets were filthy, lighting poor very dim, a small lift bear in mind too. Foodwise had better, had to warm it up every evening due to the tepid temperature it was served and no choice every evening of fish!!! Not what I expected for a 4 star chain...

The hotel is situated in a nice quiet part of the sea front and only 4 miles from the old town but be prepared to pay anything from €15-20 for a taxi, a bus is slightly cheaper. The beach is lovely but beach shoes are a must! The staff are what make this hotel great - the hotel itself is clean and modern and very close to the beach, and had a lovely quiet and serene pool area, but the main quality are the staff who were all extremely polite & professional, but also friendly and personable - they make the hotel somewhere that you want to return to.

The hotel does not reflect a 5 star standard. Building works/finishing detracts from the guest experience, with visible holes in ceilings, exposed wires, poor paintwork, and unfinished plasterboard. Great location with the beach across the road. Fantastic sunsets. Rooms fresh and clean with air con. Food was good with plenty of variety.
