The hotel itself is great for a family holiday, caters for all ages. Near a small town, bus stop outside to visit other places on Rhodes. Varied all inclusive food and drinks (we usually get bored of all inclusive food after a week, but during the 11 day holiday here we didn’t). Lots of different pools with different vibes at each, some more suited to younger children, some older. Some with music...

Hotel not perfect but had good food options for 1 week and rooms were OK but needed some upgrading. The sunbeds down on the beach you had to pay for which for an all-inclusive is not on. Pools were good as lots of them

We have just returned from a week with our two children and all had a wonderful time! The variety of pools were great (if a little cold!). The food was brilliant, our favourite night was the Asian night! Would recommend to people with families as the kids had lots to keep them entertained. We caught the bus from outside the hotel to both old town and lindos, well worth it!

We had a pleasant stay. The room was fine although beds are quite uncomfortable/soft. The food was ok although it would be preferred if there was more vegetarian options (especially on the beach bar). Beautiful pool area, beach bar and location on the beach were great. Staff were also very friendly and attentive. Good range of food and the A la carte restaurants were excellent but many of the hot food options were only luke warm in the main self service restaurant which was disappointing.

Hotel rooms are of a good size, beds very comfy. Clean towels every day, kitchen facility in apartment room very modern. Showers - lots of hot water available. We didn't stay in the hotel but visited the bar. The waitress was very nice and gave us free crisps to go alongside our drinks. I loved my Mai Tai cocktail, which was really strong and a large glass. The music here is very 80s and 90s and a decent loudness. We'll be returning for more.

We go to Marianna Palace every year as a couple. We absolutly love it. A good mix of ages and nationalities, we fnd the service excellent and a great base for us in a quiet town. i always reccomend it and return every time we come to rhodes.

we stayed 8 days AI and what can we say. Staff were amazing couldnt fault them, clean restuarant and main areas. We stayed on 4th floor and the carpets were filthy, lighting poor very dim, a small lift bear in mind too. Foodwise had better, had to warm it up every evening due to the tepid temperature it was served and no choice every evening of fish!!! Not what I expected for a 4 star chain...

The hotel is situated in a nice quiet part of the sea front and only 4 miles from the old town but be prepared to pay anything from €15-20 for a taxi, a bus is slightly cheaper. Was at this hotel for one week and cant be more happy with my holiday. The location and scenery was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and polite from start to finish especially the reps (sabi and maja) who conducted the activities making them fun and inclusive to all. Even they confirm room for person in whilchair unfortunately all the room from ground Flor in real is family room.Al the person in whilchair was acomodate to the superior level .This are very bad in case of fire foh they it will be evacuated?The room is not prepared to entry to shower even in room the space is to smell.
