Despite all of the negative comments here, I believe that people should manage their expectations. It is not reasonable to book a four star hotel on a Greek island and expect a resort quality of accommodation. Great medium sized hotel in the centre of Rhodes City, close to the Old Town. I was only here for 3 nights as my husband was in the hospital. The staff were so kind and helpful, I enjoyed the food, there was enough choice for me but it wasn't vast. The pool is quite small and looked as though it might be in the shade, but I'm not sure, I was at the hospital most of the time.

Have stayed in the Plaza many times usually for just one night in transit to a ferry to the islands. Is a perfect location and hotel for this kind of stay.

Convenient location, clean and with kind staff.

The hotel is centrally located, very clean, breakfast was rich, staff are very helpful. We received an upgrade of the room and a late checkout free of charge. We would definitely come back.

Spacious room. Bed was too hard for me but housekeeping added an extra bed topper when I asked for help and that made a big difference. Pool was lovely (although very busy) and hotel prices were good value.

Was at this hotel for one week and cant be more happy with my holiday. The location and scenery was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and polite from start to finish especially the reps (sabi and maja) who conducted the activities making them fun and inclusive to all. I really enjoyed my holidays at this hotel. Situated in nice city Colympia, with many shops, bars and restaurants, nice beach, hotel close to city and beach but in quite place. The room was clean and comfortable with good city views. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff on reception were very helpful. Breakfast had a large variety, but average quality. The amenities in the hotel outside the room included a pool, gym and separate showers which were great for us to use before our late night flight.

Lovely Hotel This is a lovely hotel in Rhodes Town. Loads of restaurants nearby and local bars. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice for all tastes. The highlight of this hotel are the staff they are without exception friendly and appear happy. A special mention to the Chef who always looked out for me when I was looking for fried eggs.
