The room is okay. It is in the center of Fira town and very close to the train station and the cliff path. The service is good, but the room smells a bit damp.

The hotel staff welcomed us very warmly and helped us carry our luggage to the room. There is a large massage pool in the room and the staff will clean it every day. The view is sunny and has a sea view.

The staff at both Panorama and their sister hotel, Astro Palace were incredibly accommodating and warm. The suites at Panorama was gorgeous, and the location was in the heart of the market on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was lovely too.

My room is amazing, very clean, with a great view of the sunset and sunrise. It’s near a beach and a great little market about 20 minutes away. The owners are the sweetest couple. I was a little sad as this is the end of a wonderful vacation and they took time to comfort me and talk about the different places I saw and my life back home.

Very nice place to stay in Santorini. We spend there one week in August. The owner is rally nice. Our room was cosy and clean. We also had breakfast (5EUR per person) there, they were quite big, yet repeatable. Even though the airport was close, you can hear the planes only when being outside. The pool is clean and there is a lot of sunbeds.

Place is run by an elderly couple. Very clean. Pool is larger than you would expect. About 200m walk to the beach. The hosts are encouraging their guests to book via email or phone (booking.com takes 20% commission).

We only stopped for a drink here and to admire the views. Drinks were reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. On the basis of this experience I would certainly return to eat here. The areas on the terrace include shade and outer tables in the sun.
