Had a nice stay with my mother at the Horizon Resort. We enjoyed both Greek breakfast and service. The stuff at the hotel was polite and friendly, open to do their best to make our stay pleasant. The location of the hotel is quite nice, around 12min to the beach and 5min to the central bus stop.

Would recommend The hotel is in a very quiet place far from all the noise in fira or oia. The people in akrotiri were very kind and it made the place feel better. Our room was beautiful however the air conditioning was underpowered and couldn't be left on while not in the room which led to a lot of nights where I was hotter than I'd like to be. I don’t know if we got lucky or if their standard rooms all have a huge 360 degree terrace overlooking the main plaza AND the ocean on both sides. It is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel. There are two pools and a restaurant. The ladies on the reception desk are service-oriented and make your stay as comfortable as possible. We booked a superior suite; it has two rooms with a balcony and a sea view. The rooms are sparkling clean. You feel the Santorini atmosphere in every detail. Room service was provided daily.

The receptionist!!! She was the very best!! The hotel is super cute, comfortable has all the amenities you need! Loved the restaurant Katsaboo at the hotel,they do amazing dishes. The pool was phenomenal eventhough I didn't swim. The location for me was perfect a bit away from the craziness of the center still super well located is only 5 minutes walk to the bus station.

Artemis made us feel like family from the start. They were so welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

As long as you have a car, property is convenient. Not the best but you get what you pay for, especially for Santorini. Photos shown in ******* are not exactly same and condition us not the best. There are overhead planes taking off and landing, so a little noisy. Would recommend the owners invest in power backup. My room is amazing, very clean, with a great view of the sunset and sunrise. It’s near a beach and a great little market about 20 minutes away. The owners are the sweetest couple. I was a little sad as this is the end of a wonderful vacation and they took time to comfort me and talk about the different places I saw and my life back home.

Really amazing customer service, we loved Anna and Artemis. Room had an amazing view of the ocean, gorgeous bathroom and very clean. Pool was freezing because it’s not heated and we went in the end of the season but we still enjoyed. The location isn’t great as it’s a 40 minute walk to Fira and public transportation in Santorini is not good but Artemis offers a free drive to and from the airport. Also...

Amazing service and great morning views. Picked us up from airport at midnight, dropped us at nearest bus stop in the morning as well. I would recommend 10/10.
