Wow, what a view! We spent 2 nights in the double room which was much bigger than it looked online. We upgraded on the last night to the suite with the private jacuzzi and this was MORE than worth the cost (which I think they could charge double what they charge for this room). Staff is very rude and less communicative The first day I was given 2 keys they came the next to fix the WiFi in our absence and took the second keys with them. The Hotel excelled in customer service. They reached out to us before we even got there and asked if we needed to be picket up from the airport. Villa agas is a lovely hotel 20 minutes walk located from fira, Santorini. Perfect if you want to have peace and quiet away but still want to be near to the hotspot city! The pool is understandably closed in the winter

The hotel staff welcomed us very warmly and helped us carry our luggage to the room. There is a large massage pool in the room and the staff will clean it every day. The view is sunny and has a sea view.

The location and the sunsets are amazing! Our room was clean and spacious and we got every day free water bottles.

The pool was broken and I couldn't use it. They charge €10 if you leave towels on the floor and don't even give me a warning. They charged me €50 for the towels and for accidentally soiling the bed cover. They simply left a note under the door to go to reception and say I had to pay €50. They demanded cash, and I insisted and would only pay by card and invoice. Other than that, everything went well

We booked the hotel considering the location and the pool, but when we arrived, we were informed that the pool had been closed for over a year! I think this information should be provided at the time of booking, as it makes all the difference.
