The room was clean but the towels were hard and old. This hotel is not 5 star hotel. I had to pay an upgrade cause my first room with the jacuzzi was not good. Nice hotel, unusual and very interesting room, fantastic view, good service. Difficult to reach, but it’s due to the nature of hotel on rocks, transfer was well organisches. I loved it! This was my favorite hotel during our 10-day trip. The staff was incredibly welcoming and reassuring. The cleanliness was also excellent. The view from the window of the Sunrise Suite I booked was incredible.

I don't recommend this hotel. Half of the rooms are located in the back, not in the view room, and are located in the basement of the front row rooms. It's not nice to have to go through the garage to get to the lobby. The service is good, but the hotel room type is not cost-effective. There are many options at the same price.

Stayed for 5 days in July of 2016. It's located over a main road of the island, but it's not close to Fira (at least not a walking distance). At the time of my stay they offered a shuttle van to Fira every hour. The breakfast options were amazing, I will never forget their Greek Coffee. The view and sunset is what they are famous for. Expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion.

Great breakfast and lunch served at our house. Spotlessly clean in and around the houses. Lovely view of Oia and Fira and all the cruise ships. Great to stay in Akrotiri after some busy days in Oia. The rooms are beautifully built into the side of the mountain overlooking the sea. Breakfast was served to our private villa every morning and it was lovely to eat fresh pastry and custom ordered eggs while looking across at the mountains and ocean. The staff was available at all times and booked us fun restaurant reservations as well as a catamaran trip. Fantastic!

The hotel was a very welcoming place; the owner was friendly, and the staff provided excellent service. Car rental and booking activities were convenient. Positives: We stayed for 5 nights at the end of September. The villa is extremely spacious, clean and well-equipped. Each bedroom is on its own floor with its own bathroom. Lower ground floor houses a little gym next to the bedroom. The pool and hot tub are heated. Our friends staying is a nearby 5* hotel did not have a heated pool which meant they could not use. Had the greatest experience in this hotel, room was huge, private pool was big, overlooking the airstrip on the island. They brought us complimentary drinks, snacks. Breakfast was amazing everyday. Location is prime to drive anywhere to explore rest of the island. Lots of walking by restaurants and shops near the hotel. Would highly recommend staying here!
