The hotel had recently been refurbished and everything about it was first class. Flora was lovely and incredibly helpful. Really peaceful atmosphere - laying by the pool on the new luxury sunbeds was the perfect treat

Our room had a caldera view and was peaceful, unfortunately, whilst there we experienced two power cuts so the generator kicked in so this was a bit noisy but at least we had electricity! The breakfast buffet good, pool area was very pleasant

We had a room with a Caldera view which was amazing seeing boats and cruise ships come in and out. We ate twice at the good heart hotel in Akrotiri which is a good 30 min uphill walk there

Room towels and also pool towels available! The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do anymore for you! The location for us was good, it was a good 10 minute walk which is obviously uphill so for people who struggle, this may be a little too far out

My friends and I also had the chance to experience their private Spa space as a treat for my birthday trip! Happy I made the choice for us to book this hotel and would recommend to others visiting Santorini!

Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The room was comfortable but could benefit from blackout curtains due to the street lights.

Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. The breakfast was wonderful with a daily changing menu, all fresh and homemade. Pool is perfect with a snack bar available. About 15 min walk into downtown area

The staff was very helpful and attentive, helped to arrange a transfer to the port on my last day. I wish I had been able to use the spa but a nasty head cold prevented me from enjoying that perk

It was served in our room each morning, perfectly presented and delicious. Sitting on the terrace with fresh fruit, pastries, and coffee while looking out at the Aegean Sea was the best way to start the day

One word…WOW!! The property is immaculate and the staff was the friendliest we’ve ever seen. Jaw dropping views made this all the more special. Very convenient to the posh bars, restaurants and shops in Oia

We booked this back in July and it was a very cheap deal making it difficult to review!!! The hotel is better than average but not as good as “ very good” ( this is the flaw in Tripadvisor rating 3 being average 4 being very good!) We had booked a standard room and it was more a basement room , slightly below ground level which I would not recommend,Om assuming superior rooms are better

Pool area spotlessly clean but small. Bar excellent, The main plus was the sun loungers on the beach , Wouldn’t not return but would definitely not go for a basement room

Location is perfect everything you need is on your doorstep. The beach is straight in front of the hotel, and comfy sunbeds in the beach. The pool was immaculate and the sunbeds were plenty

We stopped at Perissa Bay hotel, 5th to 12th May, We loved it! Nice and clean! Right on the beach! Spectacular sun rises from the free sun beds! What made the holiday was the wonderful staff! Taylor on reception went way beyond her job description, to look after everyone! She is a fabulous human being and has an amazing personality and an even better singing voice! Excellent location just steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Excellent breakfast included. Hotel staff very kind and helpful. Very clean and comfortable.

This is a great place to stay close to the beach. We landed in Greece late night and we had to call the front desk since they are not there 24 hours. Make sure you communicate with them what time are you are arriving.

My husband and I spent two nights at Makriz Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent, the service was great, and the atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing

Everyone from check-in, housekeeping, bartenders and pool servers took very good care of us. The only drawback is you still have to walk up the street with cars to get to the main walkway so it is not on the main strip

I wish they were higher up in Oia. Overall, it was a good stay and we would return

Omnia Restaurant at Canaves Epitome is a must - absolutely beautiful setting (sunset is incredibly beautiful), wonderful menu , service and fantastic food! Would highly recommend staying at Canaves properties! Jodi B

My husband and I stayed here during our last stop of our Greece trip. This hotel was fantastic! We loved staying here. Our room had the most incredible view, everything was clean, and the service was incredible

The hotel staff was always available if you needed them and the food was great. We loved sitting at the pool every day and the service and drinks at the restaurant were top notch

What I got was two glasses of orange juice with ice, two glasses of yogurt, two glasses of diced fruit, some bread and cake, butter and jam

Even more ridiculous, because I needed to get to the airport at 6:30 am, I asked the restaurant to prepare two breakfasts the night before

A very nice hotel, excellent breakfast/restaurant with a superb view. The pool is fantastic! The staff is very attentive. You need a car on Santorini, but otherwise you'll be a 20-minute walk from Oia.

Just got back from my first time in Santorini having stayed in this little gem of a hotel. It is located just a 5 - 10 minute walk from restaurants, shops and bars and a really good supermarket

The rooms are a traditional greek style but are absolutely immaculate, the windows and patio doors had built in shutters and were brilliant for keeping the rooms quiet and cool, the room had a kettle and a full size fridge, free mini safe and also 3 usb and 3 type C charging points by the beds so no need to keep unplugging and charging your items 1 at a time

The room is clean too Do laundry on the veranda It dried well The hotel has a large parking lot. Parking the rental car was easy too. The price is really cheap in Santorini It was a good value hotel

The air conditioning was excellent and free and the shower was excellent with plenty of pressure and hot water. The beds and pillows were really comfortable too

Good Hotel in Pyrgos but needs to help create some atmosphere. There is no meeting point for guests other than breakfast which is excellent and always served by Mary

Staff are excellent especially Mary serving breakfast every morning and offering advice of things to do. yip it’s there and needs climbing daily but ensured my “rings” were closed everyday

We used buses 3 days once to Fira …then onto OIA the next day and finally to PERISSA which was good fun but I can imagine this could be stressful in July / August when it’s packed

Yes the hill is steep but not as bad as people made it sound in the reviews, I was really nervous after what I had read previously but managed fine! It also gave access to some amazing views! My only issue was I would have preferred some more breakfast options that weren't on a set menu that then repeated after 5 days, loved everything else though! TIP: hire a buggy to explore the island, it was...

Lucky for us, Caldera Romantica restaurant was right across the road and we had some time to spare before sunset! The hostess was able to seat us outside without a reservation and was very kind and helpful! We had a beautiful view of the caldera and the colorful sky while we enjoyed our incredible grilled octopus and white wine! We're so happy we stumbled upon this lovely restaurant! Highly recommend

Started for two days at this hotel. Very warm receptionist. Amazing view from the balcony of the room. The location is amazing with very pretty views of the caldera but a long walk from nearest bus station.

I spent the best quiet and relaxed days at this place, people who work there is just amazing, both receptionist very KIND! the pool is amazing, place is neat and clean! Yes its a little far from city centre but you can rent a car or scooter and there is no problem! Also they have wssp service all time so you can arrange your taxi service or tours, definitely they are very well organized and qualified...

We highly recommend this place to everyone: it has a truly romantic view of the caldera and is in a strategic location to reach Santorini’s best beaches (like Black Beach and Red Beach)

In short, four days of pure relaxation thanks to the wonderful team that runs this place 😄. We were really sad to leave and we hope to come back soon!

The only problem was the tap water. It was as as good as the sea water. Very bad quality and it felt as if I was taking shower in sea water, the only negative part about it

The staff, especially Alex and Giorgios, went above and beyond for us — always friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. They truly made us feel at home while on vacation

Rooms are beautiful, all the area is super clean, the breakfast has everything from sweet to sour. The position is wonderful, just one step away from the beach and the sea is priceless

The pool is wonderful too, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas, just like at the beach. Breakfast is well taken care of and always filling — you won’t leave hungry

We have had very nice holidays in Arion Bay. The Romanian Tourism agency which booked the rooms made an error and I have had to sleep, for a night, in another hotel

The rooms are not big, but they have everything you need for a sunny holiday. Everything is well maintained and cleaned daily

The windows are double glazed so it is very quiet in the room. Fridge is a good size so you can buy drinks at the mini mart and stock up. Thoroughly recommend this hotel in Santorini

The coolest hotel I ever stayed in. We had the honeymoon cavalieri suite and it was unbelievable. We had our own heated infinity pool that overlooked the caldera and the views were spectacular

This is our second time to this hotel. Ideal base to Kamari less than 5 minutes to the main strip of the town. Supermarket over the road and plenty of restaurants and shops with in easy walking distance

The location is very good, the boss's service is also very good, the breakfast is delicious, it is recommended to book a better room with a swimming pool, it is more comfortable, there are many delicious restaurants around, because it was only May when we came, it was not the peak season, it was very comfortable and not hot without crowding

Stunning location in the heart of Imerovigli...the most picturesque village/town of santorini. Authentic and beautifully renovated property.

Property is good and offers unique Santorini experience of staying. Please schedule hotel pick up as it is not easy to find the hotel entrance as you need walk for ~3+ minutes from the parking lot

We have just spent 3 nights at Marizan Caves and it was amazing. The location is the best in Oia. The hotel is located at the end of the walking path so gets the best views of sunset possible

The buses are only EUR2 to Fira and run every half hour. Akrotiri is a very quiet town with one main road, it's a real escape from the busier towns but has its own charm

In the innermost part of Oia, there is an independent swimming pool. You can wait for the sunset in the room. Breakfast is directly delivered to the room. The swimming pool is heated. The cave room is very spacious.
