Great hotel very worthy for money but with big room, balcony, swimming pool, good service, and great location. Breakfast is great, various options. We love it!! Reception provide good service
Very close to public transport bus station and the city centre. The pool is extremely clean and a very nice size. The staff were very nice and accomodating
The staff was all very friendly, my room was spacious and clean, lots of hot water, comfy bed, nice table work area, pretty (but unheated) pool, terraces just off my room, good wifi connection, and a very nice breakfast in a sunny space
Location is few mins walk to center and bus stop, super convenience. My son very happy with chicken hotdog and hams coz he doesnt eat pork. This is a very great hotel I will definately to live here if I back again?
Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well
The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful, and enabled me to find good restaurants and activities, as well as watching my bags after I checked out until my ride to the port
We had a nice stay at Philippion. Very sweet and helpful staff.
Good rooms.
A bit out of center Fira and small pool area
The hotel is less than 1km from the bus stop. It's a small but clean accommodation. I had an issue with the tour I booked, so I couldn't participate
Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious The staff were all very warm and friendly. The young girl who worked in the restaurant was so sweet and kind. We appreciated the delicious breakfast as well
However, MIA, the receptionist, tried to contact the company until the very end. The next morning, she came to inform me that the tour company had acknowledged the issue and offered a refund
Great location walking distance to bus station and all Fira shops and restaurants. Property was very clean and nice staff.
The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the town of Fira which is within 5 minutes walking distance of all the restaurants, shops and cafes. The pool was also clean, private and, for the most part, child-free

Great location, close to the bus station. Beautiful view from the balcony and nice breakfast. Staff is really friendly and you can store you can store your luggage begore check in.
Easily walk to restaurants and stores. The view was spectacular for sunsets and watch the cruise ships. Loved our stay and would stay there next time we come to Santorini
Good place, very very clean, nice small pool , great view on caldera. Very quiet.
We really like the hotel, comfortable and amazing view. We had everything we need in the rooms. Close to all famous places. Really recommend!!!
Loved the location, the view and the people. Breakfast was good and it came at time you ordered it. Location was great as you were so close to everything including the bus stop to get around the island
Breakfast was a hilight and the pool overlooks the Caldera

We were very excited to see they had 24 hour reception even during low season. It was nice to have a place to stay after our 4AM ferry. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The room was cute and clean.
We stayed here in July and had an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to give us information about the island and the town, and also made us welcome to come to the lobby at anytime for a drink and a chat
You can't drink the water in Santorini from the tap nor use it to boil to drink as it is salty. Hotel provides only 1 bottle of 1 litre drinking water so you have to buy more on your own
It is near the bus station but as it is winter, the frequency is limited. Room is clean, beautiful and spacious with an outdoor patio
Coffee and tea are provided all day but they do not offer breakfast. Overall a comfortable stay in Hotel Antonia Santorini
A rather short stay here, but the reception was quite nice and helpful. Room condition quite satisfactory as well.
The breakfast is five-star quality, and sipping coffee while gazing at the Aegean Sea is truly an unforgettable experience. Although the rooms are small, they are very comfortable and the sleep quality is excellent
The room's location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Fira town, just a 3-4 minute walk away. Contacting the hotel in advance ensured a bellhop would bring your luggage from the shuttle point to your room
Secondly, the hotel breakfast was delicious and generously portioned, delivered promptly to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view while savoring your meal. Thirdly, the cave room had two 1
It's located in the heart of Fira, just a 7-minute walk from Fira's central bus station, a 5-minute walk from a large supermarket, and a 3-minute walk from a variety of restaurants offering sunset views
The only minor issue is that the bathroom, due to its structure, can get a little moldy, but it's not a major concern
It's a bustling yet quiet place, so even though there are many parties outside at night, the noise isn't a bother

Everything is perfect 👌The room, the pool and the location were perfect. The sun shines on the pool from morning to evening. From the terrace we saw a beautiful sunrise
I stayed at Hotel Golden Star for 3 nights and couldn’t fault it. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were modern and spotless, and the pool was fantastic
The front desk girl was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made our stay feel truly special
We stayed here one night in late Aug 2025. The hotel is very nicely decorated and very clean. Anastasia at front desk was extremely nice and helpful! And it's in close walking distance to Fira
The location is excellent for shops and restaurants and the bus station, making it very convenient
If I return to Santorini I will definitely come to this hotel
Fira, Unnamed Road, 84700 Santorini, Gretsiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
the pool is big and it has a nice view. location is perfect, 10 minutes from the bus station, in the center, on the cliff with a great view of the volcano
Unbeatable caldera view and excellent location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants though many were closed in low season. Only negative is the poorer condition of the shower.
Great location and priced because it was in early November. I highly recommend this place.
The pool was broken and I couldn't use it. They charge €10 if you leave towels on the floor and don't even give me a warning. They charged me €50 for the towels and for accidentally soiling the bed cover
breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅
swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool
We stayed in room 45 which overlooked the pool and had a great view (however, I'm pretty sure every room in this hotel has the same amazing view)
The rooms were gorgeous and the pool area makes it hard to leave the hotel!
A must stay!
The wine cellar room was very unique, clean and beautiful. The breakfast was simply a luxurious feast. And I must mention the service; the owner and his son were incredibly helpful, proactively helping with our luggage
On our last day, we needed to leave for the airport at 6 am, and they booked a car for us for 45 euros
You can sit on the sunbed and taste the wine brewed by their own winery. Breakfast needs to be selected one day in advance and handed over to the front desk. There are not too many choices but the taste is good
One of the best hotels we have stayed in Santorini. Great hospitality from the hotel staff and she offered some welcoming drinks to us before the check-in time. The room is very big and comfy with a private juzucci
Best hotel but quite hard to find since it's same entrance with another restaurant. Very nice view and the jacuzzi inside the room is very good and I like it so much ! All staff are nice
The room we had effectively had a private pool and was exceptionally clean with great air conditioning and also looked brand new
The gym is ok but some of the machines are a bit outdated and rusty. Small negative things: the one young worker that was at the restaurant and pool bar needs some training on social skills or maybe costumer service
They also organized shuttle to the airport for 30€ two persons. We ate one time dinner at the restaurant and the food was good. The pool bar has good cocktails
We stayed in mid-October 2025 and belong located on a crest of the island, you can see the sunrise and sunset either from your room or a 75 steps away from Three Bells
Good location to explore Santorini from, with parking easily avaliable on site
This is an exceptional property, do not hesitate to book Santorini Palace

The included breakfast and pool made it a great place to start a slow morning. The balcony view of the caldera was a great place to enjoy some coffee. Being on the outskirts of Fira, it was also quiet and comfortable
A quiet hotel situated near to the Fira bus terminus providing cosy rooms with basic amenities and has a pool view. The dining area is small, complimentary breakfast was nice
The staff was great and helpful in giving recomendations. Borrowed an umbrella from reception which was nice
Amazing view over the volcano and sunset, spotless rooms, walking distance from the bus station, restaurants and shops, nice pool.
Staff beyond friendly, especially Alma and Sarah.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Astir Thira Hotel. Their staff is accommodating, attentive, and very kind. They helped us book multiple excursions and ATV rentals, always helping us find the best deal and services
Just beneath fira, the market square, this hotel is 5min walk from supermarket, pharmacy and bus stand. Rooms are excellent, breakfast spreads are excellent. Host is cordial and services excellent

A beautiful oasis in Santorini! Lovely landscaping and impressive views of the sea. Comfortable and fun lounge furniture by refreshing pool & jacuzzi. Balconies are so worth it to enjoy breathtaking views
It is a quiet location about a 10 minute bus ride to Fira. Lovely property and very nice rooms. Very helpful staff, and a nice swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay there very much,!
Flora’s kindness and willness to share detailed Greek cooking tips were the very best part of Santorini. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the view everywhere was exceptional
The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful — she assisted us with logistics, offered thoughtful advice for planning our daily activities, and genuinely cared about making our trip enjoyable
After we left, we realized we had forgotten some belongings at the property. She went out of her way to help us by arranging for a courier to send them to Athens, which we truly appreciated
Walking off the ferry in Paros had an immediately different vibe of friendly, patient, honest people. I suspect the flood of (possibly rude) tourists on the island must be a challenge

Our room has no views, but we can step out to the shared balcony for the great views. The kettle in the room has a broken lid so several times, almost got scalded when we pour hot water. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay
Property had amazing views, staff was absolutely the best!!!! Friendly above and beyond helpful. Alex and Alex and the gentleman that drove us from the Port, were fabulous. Area is great, easy walking to everything
Service is warm and friendly! Very helpful. Location is excellent, 2min walk to the bus station where you can catch the airport bus and to Oia. The views outside the hotel is magnificent
The room was always spotless and the cleaners were so nice always. They also have a jacuzzi which is enough to refresh yourself but there’s also a swimming pool in the hotel near it
Friendly staff. Room was big and amenities plenty. Bathroom bit dated. Spectacular views and location. Breakfast was great.
Adi , Chris and all staff in Theoxenia are very friendly and room are clean, the view on the roof while you have breakfast is impressive.

This hotel also has a kitten that was particularly cute and clingy and I looked forward to seeing it every night when I returned to the hotel. We had a great couple of days here!
Lovely stay at Sunny days hotel. A lovely small hotel located close to Fira, walking distance from Fira bus stop. This is perfect for solo travellers or couples. Very clean.
There is a small pool next to the dining area, I had a short dip on one of the afternoons, was a little cold but good to have a pool
The construction of the hotel is particularly lovely and the room we stayed in was at the highest point of this hotel, with a small balcony and a great view
The owner is a very nice and exceptionally warm Greek. We were invited to take some chocolates off the table to go when we arrived and when we left
The location is bit far from the fira station, slowly walk will take about 15mins to fira station. Room is clean and quite big. Staff is friendly.

The clerk was very enthusiastic and introduced us to the surrounding delicacies. The bus also recommended the Sunset Cafe. The location is very good, a 4-minute walk to the bus stop and taxi station
The staff is extremely nice that helped us picking up the luggage from the previous hotel staff so that we could spare more time to enjoy the stay
They even gave us a free upgrade. They cleaned the room and gave us new towels everyday. Only a short walk- 2 minutes to main street and 5-minute walk to the ocean. The hotel itself, however, is in a small quiet street
A good place to stay. It is near a bakery, McDonald’s, some restaurants and some shops. There is a pool and a roof top on top of the building. It is also near the bus station. 20 minutes away from OIA by bus.
The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and very reasonably priced for what you get. Overall, a wonderful experience. We’d definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay here! The man at the front desk was so friendly and gave us fantastic recommendations that really enhanced our time in Fira
The entire staff was wonderful! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. So, so convenient to everything! The views from the rooftop were amazing. George went out of his way to do anything for us
Homemade breakfast brought to our patio every morning was excellent! Staff was extremely helpful with requests, directions and making suggestions for our group
We had a fantastic stay at Reverie. George and the entire staff were very friendly. We found the hotel to be a perfect location for our stay in Santorini and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Our stay at Reverie Hotel in Santorini was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff
We loved their breakfast , the professional introductions about tour operators, the friendly staff, the amazing viewing deck for sunrise and sunset
We are so blessed to have found this place for our first visit to Greece and Santorini. Thank you for making our visit unforgettable
The rooms a more than big enough. Free wifi very fast, downloaded couple films for the flight home in no time. Had shower gel/shampoo and bars of soap fresh every day with towels
Hosts were incredibly helpful & always happy to advise & give tips on where to visit on the island. Rooms cleaned every day & fresh towels & bedding provided daily. My only niggle would be the shower curtain
Staff absolutely lovely and friendly all round great value for the money would be happy stay again
The lady at reception was really friendly and we had a complimentary bottle of wine in our room because they knew we were there as part of our honeymoon, very nice! Our room was clean and cleaned daily and we had a balcony
The place was nice and it is good value for money, especially compared to hotel prices in Fira centre. if you are planning to walk to Fira though beware- the walk may feel like a hike if you are elderly or pregnant e
If you're looking for basic, family run, safe quiet & out of Fira centre this is perfect. I travelled alone & felt completely at ease here
Bit old style, but really clean and comfortable and the pool is lovely!
Irene is the host, always available with her smile, to reply to all question and to help the guests to solve any issue. Swimming pool is a plus for this hotel, opened from 8 AM to 8 PM, very cleaned and quite
This was a last minute booking after our previous stay didn’t work out! We needed a room and booked late, however, the staff at Hotel Hellas was incredibly understanding and even stayed there late in order to accommodate our check in
We had a great stay in Hotel Hellas. They gave us extra pillows when we asked for comfort. We had a really nice balcony and nice view. The owners were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us
The owners were lovely, our room was very clean and it was in a great location. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable
The room fit 3 comfortably and was exactly what we needed. Great stay with amazing service
Great place to stay fab location looking over the ocean and islands clean everything we needed and more beautiful private pool with our villa the staff were absolutely brilliant especially stallios nothing was too much trouble breakfast fab and brought to us every day 😀 😊 😄 😍
The property is located 15-25 minutes to all major attractions and with easy access to main roads, gas station, restaurants and market. We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa with private pool
Best holiday ever, enjoyed the Villa and Pool. Very relaxing, sunny weather. Beds were so comfortable and clean. Worth every penny, would have happily paid more to stay here
There was a laid back attitude of communication through whatsapp if we needed anything & he did organise the transfers to & from the airport, which was easy, if maybe a little expensive at 40 euros for 2 people each way
The resort is well maintained and absolutely stunning. Stelios, the property manager, was extremely welcoming and helpful. He was available 24/7 via WhatsApp and in person for any questions or assistance
The property staff were extremely friendly and they brought our breakfast to the villa in the morning where we enjoyed it privately. We loved this resort and it is definitely a keeper
When I wake up every morning and open the curtains, I feel very good about the blue sea! I think the biggest regret is that the hotel does not have a swimming pool. Other than that, there are no disadvantages! Perfect!
Stayed here for 3 nights in October — room was big, clean, and the sunset view was amazing! Lots of good restaurants around, and Fira is only a 10-min walk. If you’ve got big luggage, better get a porter.
She explained everything about the island, offered us tours to the caldera, and even gave tips on places to visit by car along with other attractions around the island
Very nice hotel, big room, very nice people 💙 and incredible view. The breakfast on the terrasse with this view is amazing! I definitely recommend it
Amazing small boutique hotel with beautiful view over santorini. Great location next to fira. Run by a small family. You feel at home.
Add blue touches to the room and everything's perfect 🙂
Mind the steps through, I don't recommend it to elderly people

The suite was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a special occasion. Waking up to those views and relaxing in the hot tub overlooking the caldera made the trip incredibly memorable
The only thing I’d love to see improved is a bit more variety in the breakfast options during longer stays—perhaps a few additional Greek dishes or snacks would be great
If you’re staying in Santorini this place is a MUST! Dimitris is an amazing host and the hotel is so romantic. 100/10 would recommend
But overall, the experience was exceptional, and I’d highly recommend Villa Irini Fira to anyone visiting Santorini
They also have free parking spaces on-site which was handy
It's nice that they give you amenities for the room but wine and beer are quite expensive when the ones at the supermarket are great and much cheaper, when you are paying 166 euro per night it's a pity they do not offer something like free wine or beer or at least have better prices for those ones in the room
